Sending FI/MM Invoice to XI from R/3

Hi-
I did all the required config on R/3. Do I need to config anything on XI system. When I looked at XI system I did not find any invoice function modules,process codes for configuring Partner Profile. Can anyone help me out?
For MM Invoice also can I use same message type and idoc type INVOIC/INVOIC02 to transfer to XI from R/3.

XI is not your final destination, it just acts as a middleware and there no partner profile settings that you need to do in XI.
Set the target system as XI in R/3.
In XI, import the IDOC type and you need to create message types / message interfaces / message mapping / interface mapping in the Integration Repository. In the Integration directory, you configure the sender and receiver of this message type.
XI will convert this message type into a different format depending on the target system and send the information.
Look at IDOC weblog in XI.

I have tried going into my settings and making sure I'm only set up to receive iMessages to my cell number and not my email....but that didn't fix the problem.

Here the way to do it, for both, or for only one Go into your settings, Messages and turn on iMessage. It will then send messages that are iMessages to both your iPad and iPhone. You can also turn off this feature on the iPad if you do not want to receive messages on the iPad.

Can't send PDF as a mail attachment from iPad to a Lotus Notes account

Hello, I have some problems sending PDF documents as email attachments from my iPad. Using the adobe reader app for iOS, I create an email with the file attached. Sending this to e.g. a hotmail account works fine. However, if I send it to any address at my company, where Lotus Notes is the standard, the attachment seems to be converted into a text file. Is this a known issue with the reader for iPad, or should I rather be looking to IT support at my company for help?

You can open the XLS attachment in that app, then transfer the document to your Mac via the USB cable. You can then print from the Mac.
Printing from your iPad doesn't work via Bluetooth either, by the way.

Have you tried to set "Output Format" for "RAW Text" to HTM in SCOT.
If HTM is missing in your dropdown-list, you could check out table SXCONVERT2. Copy the line with category T/format TXT, and change the format from TXT to HTM. The existing function
SX_OBJECT_CONVERT__T.TXT does not need to be changed. Now you should be able to choose HTM in SCOT. You will probably need som HTML-tags in your text to make it look good.

Can payment terms on AP invoice always defaults from Vendor Master

It defaults from vendor master in the purchase order and that carries forward to invoicing. But you can then change the terms in PO and those terms would be effective for subsequent invoicing.
Just FYI.. master data payment terms in company code segment defaults to FI invoicing, payment terms in purchasing segment defaults to purchasing based invoice (MIRO).

After receiving the error message I try to resend. Get second error message. BUT AFTER ABOUT SIX TRYS THE MESSAGE IS SENT.
What shall I do???

Ok now I get your requirement.
you cant achieve this - how one receiver channel can put in two location if you dont have a dynamic configuration defined i.e Adapter specific attributes.
easy way - involve IR mapping
else
have a adapter module to define your dynamic configuration.

First create an entry via NACE with medium = 5 ( External send ) with all other details same as normal print option. Now ensure that vendor master of the po has got the external e-mail id of the vendor. Now go to ME22n in mesages create a message with medium = 5 ( External Send ). Go to communication method, key in Communication strategy.Go to Further date & against Despatch time pick up option 4 viz. Send immeidately while saving an application. Now once you press the save button it will be sent to the address maintained in the vendor master of the vendor of the PO. Please note you require some basic settings from BASIS side as well.

The mail is sended OK, but the receiver hasn't the picture on the mail (don't find the picture).
Here is my syntax :

append st_objtxt to t_objtxt.

Have you a idea to resolve this problem ? It's the syntax OK ?

Have you tried storing your picture as a business document? Have a look at the class cl_bds_document_set to read your picture from the BDS.

Stop printing of Invoice and Payment from Sales Order

When creating a Sales Order, the user can enter a "downpayment' in the Payment Means window. When doing this 8.8 will create an AR Downpayment Invoice + Payment.
When the user prints the Sales Order, SAP/b1 will also print the invoice and the payment.
How can I stop the invoice and payment from printing, but still print the Sales Order?
