Sensors aren't working

Question

I don't know if this is the place for such a post,but when i run "sensors",I get the following output :
No sensors found!
Make sure you loaded all the kernel drivers you need.
Try sensors-detect to find out which these are.
and when i run sensors-detect,it does detect my hardware,but nothing changes when I run sensors again
