AT THE TIME OF BILL BOOKING IN SERVICE GRN VALUE IS NOT COMING . PLEASE SAY ME WHAT IS A PROBLEM IN THIS MIRO SCREEN .

Hi,
Pls select the Purchase order/Scheduling Agreement in MIRO TCode.Refer only the PO Number and the amount flows automatically which inturn you have to manually give the amount to post the MIRO Document.
Also check the Transaction should be Invoice in MIRO TCode.

    I have a problem in vendor bill booking via MIRO. The purchase order contains details viz. Excise Duty, EDC etc. GR based IV has been ticked. When booking a Vendor invoice  thru MIRO (after the GR has been done), there is a  problem. If the Modvat Credit is taken (via J1IEX) the accounting entries are ok. But if the modvat credit is not taken then the modvat part is posted to Mat. Price Difference account. This does not happen to all the invoices being booked without modvat credit being taken.
    Why does this happen.

    I think you have checked tolerance limits in vendor master if yes please also check in configuration under Logistics Invoice Verification
    I just have one query as you stated duty amount is going in price difference. here in you must entering all the invoice value while you doing MIRO
    Please explain me as how system is behaving at your end in the following senario
    assume that
    invoice amount 116/-
    G/R IR 100/-
    excise duty 16/-
    here you havn't taken credit
    in your case i think system is trying to pass the floowing entry
    GR/IR Dr 100
    price difference Dr 16
    vendor CR 116/-
    right?
    Please tellme if you put 150/- at the time of miro then Is system passing entry  as follows
    GR/IR Dr 100
    price difference Dr 50
    vendor CR 150/-
    If yes then you need to check the tolerance limits.

    Dear PS gurus,
    Request pl advise if there is any Standard Report to see pending Bills Booking for Project System projects related.
    Understand only MR11 is see for pending bills bookings, but I would like to know the Projects PO-Service, after ML81N - service completion & PO-Material - after MIGO-Goods Receipt, these are done by Project Dept,
    MIRO for Service Entry sheet & MIRO for MIGO-Goods Receipt does by other dept
    I would like to see any standard report where the pending Bills booking status shown with regard to ML81N & MIGO-GR done POs.

    Hi Srihari,
    Use ME2J to view Purchasing Documents for Projects.For PO-Service you can enter item category as D & for PO-material you can enter item category relevant for material.
    From this you will be able to see list of POs.Check history of individual POs through me23n.You will be able to know how much is PO amount, how much amount SErvice entry/GR has been done,how much amount billing is done.

  • Service order billing in SD integration with PS

    Hai Gurus,
    My client is basically a civil construction one and we are in the process of
    implementing SAP for them.
    The scenario is my client gets sub contracting order from big construction
    company and execute all the constrction and the entire related works.
    The process flow is the actual service order price from the main constrction
    company is around 50 crore, so my client keeps his margin and allocate
    budget to execute the project as 40 crores.
    Now the problem is how to integrate the SD service order billing and cost
    captured for each and every activity in PS , so that my client actual cost
    incurred is 40 crore but he has to raise bill after adding his profit as 50 crore
    to main construction concern.
    How to link this process of SD service order billing with PS.

  • Trying to get in touch with customer service in billing. How hard is it to get a phone number?

    I am trying to find someone in customer service in billing. Been trying for three days to find a contact phone number. Not happy about how this process isn't very user friendly. If I could please have someone call me asap so that I can take care of a problem with actually speaking to a human being just like we used to do in the 80s before the invasion of electronic devices that impede human interaction I would very much appreciate it.     Audio POSIX receiver v190.9.p6) in dnssd_clientshim.c file and in API DNSServiceGetAddrInfoResponse has provided the implementation for ipv4 only.
    The test setup to test the DACP over IPV6 is by disabling the IPV4
    from MAC book and only enabling the Ipv6 .
    We are not sure if the test procedure is correct, please clarify the same.

    for cancellation of service GRN you have to cancel service sheet first then it will get cancel automatically
    In ML81N give you service entry sheet number for which you want cancel GRN
    then click on change mode and revoke you acceptance and then select item of service and click on delete icon and save
    here you GRn will cancel and service sheet also will get canceled

    Wow so sorry to hear of your issues with customer service.
    I have had the same run around with Verizon wireless customer service.
    Depending on who you talk to you get a different answer every time.
    How can you make changes to your account when you never know what the "actual" bill will be ?
    Have asked to speak to a supervisor and was denied, that is not right.
    You could try contacting the BBB maybe they can help you out ( may need them also )

    When i am booking the invoice thru MIRO , Service tax is calculating on each line item.
    If Invoice is Rs 100 Plus Service Tx Rs 10 Total Amount = 110
    Thru Miro
    One line itme for Rs 25 - Tax code selected
    Second Line item for Rs 75 - Tax code selected
    Toal Vendor Bill Amonut 110
    after simulation
    sr/ir ac dr  25
    sr/ir ac dr  75
    service tax dr 2.5 ( In three line item)
    Service tax dr 7.5( In three line item)
            To Vendor a/c  110
    Can anyone suggest how do i configure to calculate the serive tax on total amount but in only three line item
    for eg .instead of calculating on each line item , it shoud be calculate on total amount i.e. on Rs 100
    Few of invoice we are booking thru F-43 ( without PO ) for multiple line itmed but it is calculating on total amount & creating only three line items for total amount

    Change the condition type for Service tax as Header condition and instead of using in Calculation Schema,
    use these condition types in Tax calculation procedure TAXINN.

    I have booked one GRn on 31.07.2008 , The Same Grn is cancelled on the same date .
    But in Purchase Order history the MIRO has been posted for the Same on 08.08.2008
    is it posssible to book the Bill after GRn cancellation .

    In this case the system will ask to ask to enter the qty and value as there is no GR done against the PO and when you do gr against this po value will be pick from invoice document you have posted. so you can post invoice after cancellation of GR doc also.

  • How can I file a complaint about customer service and billing

    I Changed from AT&T as they didn't offer service where I now reside and ever since March of 2014 it takes about two to three calls to get my billing corrected. And then they have me on the phone for about two hours about the same issue. They have corrected my bill a fee times for their fault. Now I have come to the end of a long battle only to find out they want to charge me a disconnection fee that shouldn't have even taken place.  I sent back a phone before the 24 or 15 days that one has to send it back. A phone that was never used and that every month they seemed to remove those charges. Now after 6 months they finally said that I have to pay the disconnection fee. I am so disgusted with customer service as they always make it seem that there is no one else to speak to. This issue should have been resolved months ago and now they are trying to charge me a fee. When their Texas office received the phone I nt back and didnt put on the account when they received it. Yet every month they seem to resolve the issue and say sorry. I spoke to a supervisor who said I have reviewed your account inn two minutes and decided that he wasn't able to do anything with my account and that charge was valid but prior to this everyone would remove the charge and apologize for e inconvenience, now they just want me to pay the disconnection fee we'll it is not happening and I would like to speak to someone about this. I emailed John bianchi to see if they could help me get this corrected. My biggest frustration that I have not had with AT&T before was so many calls for something so simple and not be able to get answers or them just make it seem as they are always right. My bill since I started has not been consistent and that is frustrating. It is has become a joke in a my family about what my bill will be this month. I have a total of five lines with Verizon and if the opportunity came to go back to a different carrier I wouldn't hesitate to change over.

    I am currently having the same problem with the SOA Order booking demo application. All of the installation went fine until I tried to run the web client. Whenever I try to access http://localhost:8888/soademo, I get a 500 internal server error.
    Did you ever find a solution for this problem?

  • Issue in service order billing- total cost is positive but negative cost exists in different periods

    Hello Experts,
    Need you advice/solutuin on the below scenario:
    In a service order the total accumulated cost is positive, (some material positings has been reversed in some other periods, so that is displayed as negative cost in the cost overveiw): but when we try to the billing in DP90. it is asking for credit memo request also. 
    In the DIP profile configuration following characteristics are maintained for generation of dynamic items:
    Activity type, Cost element, Material, Object number, Period, Posting row, Transaction Currency, Unit of Measure,
    As per my understanding negative cost is taken into consideration because of the "Period" characteristics maintained in the ODP1 tcode. And this is causing the creation of credit memo request due to cancelled postings in different period, as a result for that period total accumulated cost is not positive.
    My analysis may not be correct, Please let me know your understanding on this and how we can handle this situation if not want to create the credit memo request (because it will require extra configuration i.e. sales area mapping etc and may lead to change in interfaces etc..)

    HI all just to let you know I have been with bt ( all 3 packages vision, broadband option 3 and telephone + the £5 each month free calls )
    Until they tried to put all of the bills together all was fine I got all bills and went online to pay instant with card and or part direct debit for 2 of the 3 accounts. ) all no problems.
    UNTIL!!!!!!
    the change over back in July 2010.
    After a 1.5 hours repetitive conversation with customer service ( and yes they where english speaking ) we are astill no where.
    they now say that my bt broadband has a different account and has been sent to my landlord ( as he had to call them 3 yrs ago to get a line put in to my rent place)
    any way the only problem is my broadband bill. I have not received any bill paper or email from July 2010 at ALL!!
    I still get the bills for vision and telephone all in my name and gets paid direct debit I have no problems with those 2 its the broadband bill
    Only to find last night my landlord came round irate that bt had cut him off because my broadband bill was not paid and he said its not his its mine ( this was lets say a slight confrontation with me and landlord) BT muck up again !!!!
    Next I call today to speak to Customer service only for them to keep repeating that there is nothing they can do its in the landlords name.
    I say I'm not bothered I just want to know why I was getting all bills and paying for them ON TIME until July 2010.
    They then say they need to change the account holder to my name and I say but your sending me online email bill and paper billing for my vision and telephone why have you stopped the broad band.
    Any way sorry for long story but I am seriously thinking of enough is enough now what with the first 18 months broad band connection problems ( exchange end had to re port 3 times their end) and 4 engineers. to get it sorted to now when BT change all account into one for this to happen.
    LISTEN BT  ITs now become a personal confrontational matter ( my landlord coming round)
    ITS your problem your end GET it sorted.
    If my only advice to anyone with BT
    1GET account in your name same address if possible.
    2. make sure BT know your mobile, and email addresses. double check each year when you renew contracts
    3. WRITE EVERYTHING DOWN , name, time date who spoke to.
    HERE COMES BIG COMPLAINTS LOOK OUT BT
    also sent email to adam lee yesterday about this whole thing. Adam lee was who my landlord spoke to about the whole thing and so I think he deducted the wrong billing of my broadband to his account.
    his email is  ******* for any one else.
    UPDATE:
    when I check my online statements it shows all 3 accounts yet BT customer service say my broadband account has been disconnected??  DUHHHH im using it now !!
    and funny thing is  how can you pay a bill if the broadband says your bill is uptodate your next bill is due 16th October 2010 ( YES 2010 ..LOL)

    I totally agree as I run my own facebook custom fanpage design and webhosting so I know how customers what to be treated Key 1 I learnt is always listen and repeat back their question. and 2 solve the problem. 3 revert back to no: 1
    UPDATE: just spoke to another customer service person called KAREN. Now this is not a name and shame in fact I have include her name as she sorted this all out in 30 mins totally understood and has 75% solved problem while on the phone. The other 25% is down to waiting to activation of a move over of the error of bt putting my broadband account under my landlords account ( different address ). Why the other CS couldn't do this I don't know.
    any way will let you all know how it goes.
