Service Request Detail Report Data Definition...Where is It?

Hi All,
Can anyone help me find the data definition associated with the Service Request Detail report?
Here are the specifics and I am in R12
Module: Service (CS)
The report name is: Service Request Detail
The short code for this report is: CS_SR_DETAIL_DEF
When I look at the concurrent programs, I could only find the following concurrent program:
Program: Service Request Detail Report
Short Name: CSXSRDET
Executible: CSXSRDET
This appears to not be the same report. Could someone help me with this?
Thanks,
Patrick

I am using FME viewer to see the data and my problem is that I got data for bridges, land ,sea as S57 files(WGS84) and got detailed data for roads in ESRI shape files (NAD83),then I changed the coordinate system for road data in WGS84(same as of bridge data) but for the bridge with coordinates
1: (-95.1270104, 29.0784282)
2: (-95.1194496, 29.0855485)
3: (-95.116253, 29.0885589)
the road appears far away from it in FME viewer.
I will really appreciate anyone could tell me like what can be the reason for this or the place from where I could get data for all the layers(like land, sea, depth, bridges, and detailed roads including local roads too) in one format.

  • Display Service Request Detail screen when saving a Service Request

I have created a weblink that creates a new service request with the Contact field already populated.
Is it possible to stop the application from returning to the contact detail page when I save the Service Request. Ideally I would like to display the service request detail page when I save a service request.
    Thanks.

The first button option is useful if the table to maintain is a "Customizing" type, and you need to transport easily its values. If the table is of type "Master Data" or even "Transactional data" then  the data has not to be copied between environments.
    Sample :
    T001 - Customizing => Transport requests
MAR - Master Data => No transport
I think that your table as no client "MANDT" fields, so the program asked for a "workbench" request and not a "Customizing" one.

  • Display additional fields in Service Request detail page

    Hi All,
Is it possible to display some fields like Account Type, Contact Type etc. in Service Request detail page?
Service Request Field Edit page only allows to add default value to the newly created field, that's not the result that I needed.
    Any suggestions are appreciated.

    Bruce,
There's a function called joinfield value that will allow you to bring across information from those pages, if you email me (alex.neill@{see profile}) I'll send you the document.
    cheers

  • How to show product info in the Service Request Detail layout

I want to add product in the Service Request Detail , but can't not find the place to do that , is that possible in R16?

In the service request layout (step 3) you can bring in a field called "Product" which will allow you to pick a product.

  • ABAP report to read request details in data-target and delete

    Hi,
Is there any abap report which I can run in background to read all request details (Request ID, Date) in a data target?
And any ABAP report which can delete a particular request?
    Regards
    Vikrant

    Hi Vikrant,
You can check Table RSREQDONE and RSREQICODS for all details about requests.
About deletion you can try with standard function in InfoPackage when uploading.

  • CRM BW Service request analysis Reports

    Dear All,
I am using the data source '0CRM_SRV_REQ_INCI_H' to extract the service requests created. And based on which i need to create SLA report in BI. I have extracted the data from the mentioned DS and loaded to DSO '0SRQ_DS10' and then to cube '0SRQ_C10'.
My requirement is to populate the report with the number of ticket/request open, inprocess, close as on given date, like below.
Service ticket '123456' is created on 1st april and it is loaded to BI and now my report gives all the ticket no with status where user have entered the selelction value 2nd april. Am picking all ticket less than user entered date.
Now the service requet is closed in CRM and if it comes to BI with new status on 3rd april and if i pull out the report in 4th april am getting two entries for ticket '123456'  but i need to show only 1 record with closed status which is recent one.
And if the user enters 2nd or 3rd april i should display one record with status 'Open'.
    How to acheive this?
    Thanks
    Prem

Exception Aggregation should be helpful in your case. Check if exception aggregation maximum can be put on some fields like status or changed date.
You need to identify a field which can you give the latest entry for a ticket. Exception aggreation on that kind of a field should work if you have ticked number in rows. but if report can be drilled up, you will need use exception aggreation at tickt no level, I am not sure if you can achive that in the query by putting exception aggreation twice (CKF1 and then CKF2).
If not, you can create a conactenated characteristics and load it with ticket number + the field you will identify to give you the latest entry. Then use this characteristics to put exception aggregation upon.
    I hope it helps.

In a Contact layout I have created a web applet which show product information.

I want to enable the user the following:
By clicking on the product name, a new Service Reuqest window will be opened, containing the Product that was chosen and the contact details.
    Can it be done?

At this time there is not a direct link from a service request to a opportunity. However, you could use a completed activity under a service request with a Type called "Link" that would link the service request and opportunity. This would allow you to do reporting on these two linked objects.

  • Table from which all requests details report can be extracted

    Hi to all
I would like to know from which table we can have a look on all request details which are in quality but not in production
i want move prd data to quality if i does this all request are getting vanish in quality
    Regards

    Hi,
I guess you mean transport request. I don't think that such table exists. If you're on quality and you're able to see requests that were imported in production then most probably these data are read with some FM from production system.
Normaly you can see transport requests in tables E070, E071 and so on, but these refer to current system, not a remote one.

  • XML Publisher with Service Module - Service Request Reports -- URGENT

Hi all ... any pointers/help/guidance with the problem listed below would be much appreciated.
I'm working in the context of the Oracle Service Module & Service Request Reports.
I'm required to configure the XML Publisher Responsibility seeded functionality with the service module reports.
Listed below are the two reporting requirements that I'm considering , corresponding to the following seeded XMLP Responsibility seeded components:
(I'm quoting an extract from the Oracle TeleService Implementation & User Guide here).
    Detailed Report
Data Definition: Service Request Detail Definition (CS_SR_DETAIL_DEF)
Corresponding Template: Service Request Detail Report Template (CS_SR_DETAIL_TMP.en)
Template Description: Includes all of the available service request attributes including charges, the two descriptive flexfields, and extensible attributes.
    Summary Report
Data Definition: Service Request Summary Definition (CS_SR_SUMMARY_DEF)
Corresponding Template: Service Request Summary Report Template (CS_SR_SUMMARY_TMP_en)
Template Description: Includes a subset of the detailed report attributes including the same charges information as the detailed report.
When I log into the EBS >> XML Publisher Administrator Responsibility >> Service Application ... I find these seeded XMLP components, together with the preview data, downloadable templates & sample output.
    The question is:
Where (responsibility/application/navigation/etc.) do I find the seeded EBS Service Reports to provide the expected XML input to the seeded XMLP Service Request Data Definitions & Templates????
    Notes ...
I have found the following two reports, under the Service Application in EBS, set their output type to XML and viewed the output of the submitted request:
    - Service Request Detail Report
    - Service Request Summary Report
... but each of these two reports produce XML output of a different data model/structure to that expected by each of the corresponding seeded XMLP data-definitions/templates.
Additionally, I cannot find any corresponding concurrent program definitions on the system with the same SHORT-NAME/CODE as the seeded XMLP data definitions themselves i.e. CS_SR_DETAIL_DEF and CS_SR_SUMMARY_DEF.
Are the necessary reports not actually seeded within EBS? Do the seeded XMLP data definitions & templates require development of new Concurrent Programs from scratch to access the database tables and provide the necessary data/input, or am I missing something here??

I am sure you found a solution to your problem. If not, to give a pointer to this issue, I guess these reports are gererated right from the service request screen and this definition is used there. This report can be generated from several places based on where you are within SR scree.
    Thanks

  • Requested end date must be later than requested start date in Service Request

    Hello Experts
I am getting this error in the service request when the date displayed in UI is
    Requested start date-06.05.2014
    Requested End-08.05.2014
I have searched this error in the SCN, many people  have posted this error . I have not got any satisfactory answer in the posts. I am attaching screenshot in the post.
I am configuring the service request. Please reply as its urgent
Thanks all of experts in advance

    Hello Ashik
I am facing a new problem please help
I am currently working on service request.I am facing a problem in the date management there. In my service request i have 5 statuses .One of my status is "Pending with consumer".I am using duration settings of service request.By duration settings , i am calculating the duration for which its pending with consumer.I am having 2 response profile one is 24*7 and other is having 9 working hours. In the service request from the SLA configuration i am calculating the escalation date & Time .I need to add the pending with consumer duration with the escalation date and time.I am facing a problem , i am explaining whole problem ..
Let say if the pending with consumer duration is  1440 minutes(that is 24 hours) .I am adding the minutes to the escalation date through the date rule.
I am facing problem that if the service profile is 24*7 then there is no problem but if it is having the 9 hours working service profile then after adding the minutes to it the escalation date is changing to 4 days ahead which is wrong.
I need to add only those minutes for which it is pending with consumer in working hours for the 9 hours service profile
I need to dynamically determine the working hours from the duration then add it to escalation dates when the status is changed from pending with consumer.
Please suggest a badi will work or how to do it.Its urgent as i need to give demo.I will appreciate a quick reply. Please reply

  • Service Request Aging Analysis

    Hello All,
I am trying to create a report in Siebel off the canned aging report. It seems to give me the average age in calendar days which is fine, however I need to report on number of business days.
The data I need specifically is:
Service Request's (SR's) Average Age - This is default
Average age of open SR's business days - This is the tough one, I need to have > 5 business days and < 5 Buisness days
Average age if not closed on the first contact - Buisness and Calender days
SR's open greater then 5 days - Buisness and Calender days
If anyone has any advice if this is possible or how to go about having Siebel create the report for me, that would be great.
    Thanks in advance
    ~The Call Guy

Okay, if your report is using the Service Request History subject area, use this code exactly:
(CASE WHEN /* Convert Sunday to the Business Day Of the Year */
    DAYOFWEEK("Service Request"."Closed Date and Time" )=1
THEN (DAYOFYEAR("Service Request"."Closed Date and Time")-WEEK("Service Request"."Closed Date and Time"))-(WEEK("Service Request"."Closed Date and Time")-2) /* Convert Saturday to the Business Day Of the Year */
    WHEN DAYOFWEEK("Service Request"."Closed Date and Time" )=7
THEN (DAYOFYEAR("Service Request"."Closed Date and Time")-WEEK("Service Request"."Closed Date and Time"))-(WEEK("Service Request"."Closed Date and Time")-1) /* Convert Mon-Fri to the Business Day Of the Year */
ELSE (DAYOFYEAR("Service Request"."Closed Date and Time")-WEEK("Service Request"."Closed Date and Time"))+(2-WEEK("Service Request"."Closed Date and Time")) END)
    - (CASE WHEN /* Convert Sunday to the Business Day Of the Year */
    DAYOFWEEK("Service Request"."Opened Date" )=1 THEN (DAYOFYEAR("Service Request"."Opened Date")-WEEK("Service Request"."Opened Date"))-(WEEK("Service Request"."Opened Date")-2) /* Convert Saturday to the Business Day Of the Year */ WHEN DAYOFWEEK("Service Request"."Opened Date" )=7
    THEN (DAYOFYEAR("Service Request"."Opened Date")-WEEK("Service Request"."Opened Date"))-(WEEK("Service Request"."Opened Date")-1) /* Convert Mon-Fri to the Business Day Of the Year */
    ELSE (DAYOFYEAR("Service Request"."Opened Date")-WEEK("Service Request"."Opened Date"))+(2-WEEK("Service Request"."Opened Date"))
    END) + /* Adjust for Year Change */ (365 * (YEAR("Service Request"."Closed Date and Time")-YEAR("Service Request"."Opened Date")))
If your report is using the Service Request subject area, use this code exactly:
    - (CASE WHEN /* Convert Sunday to the Business Day Of the Year */
DAYOFWEEK("Service Request"."Opened Date and Time" )=1 THEN (DAYOFYEAR("Service Request"."Opened Date and Time")-WEEK("Service Request"."Opened Date and Time"))-(WEEK("Service Request"."Opened Date and Time")-2) /* Convert Saturday to the Business Day Of the Year */ WHEN DAYOFWEEK("Service Request"."Opened Date and Time" )=7
THEN (DAYOFYEAR("Service Request"."Opened Date and Time")-WEEK("Service Request"."Opened Date and Time"))-(WEEK("Service Request"."Opened Date and Time")-1) /* Convert Mon-Fri to the Business Day Of the Year */
    ELSE (DAYOFYEAR("Service Request"."Opened Date and Time")-WEEK("Service Request"."Opened Date and Time"))+(2-WEEK("Service Request"."Opened Date and Time"))
    END) + /* Adjust for Year Change */ (365 * (YEAR("Service Request"."Closed Date and Time")-YEAR("Service Request"."Opened Date and Time")))
I have verified that both formulas are error free when used in the correct subject area... the column that you start with does not matter... just be sure to completely blank the existing formula before pasting in this one.
Let me know how it goes.

  • XML Schema file in data definition

    Hi,
I am creating a custom RTF template for a seeded data definition in the eBusiness Suite. The data definition has an XML Schema file loaded however this does not include all the data required for the template. Running the report to just generate the XML (i.e. no template) I can see that the additional data is available at this level just not included in the XSD.
I have built the template including the additional elements from the XML and expected to have to create a custom data definition as well to add the additional elements to the XSD. However the template is working against the seeded definition and successfully picking up the elements that are not included in the XSD.
Has anybody else come across this situation? And are there any potential issues? I could create a custom data definition as well to load an amended XSD but this would be a more invasive change as it would involve end dating the seeded data definition which I would prefer not to do. The report is not being generated from a concurrent request so I cannot just create a custom request and leave the seeded report untouched.
    Thanks,
    Sarah

The XML Schema is only required if you are using a PDF template (the template file itself is PDF) with field-mapping. For other template types the schema is optional.
The XML Schema is used to define a "class" of XML documents, so to speak. The define the semantics and structure of the XML documents more thoroughly.
If you have closely related reports, you could use a single schema to standardize (in a sense) the XML to be output from the class of related reports. In that case you could have a single schema file uploaded to multiple reports/data-definitions.
The W3C has good documentation on XML Schema.
If you want to see samples, you can use tools such as dtd2xs to create sample schemas from your DTD.

  • .xsd in XML Schema in 'Create Data Definition' window

I need to know the following about .xsd file while definining it in the XML Schema in 'Create Data Definition' window:
    1. Why to use this file?
    2. How to create this file ?
    3. Is .xsd file should be different for each different report?
    4. Is this file creation is one-time activity for each report?
    5. Any details about .xsd file.
    Thanks.
