can any please explain what will happen of above query's detaily .
Thanks,
Aravind .

Hi Aravind
The Service Ticket will be visible through Interaction Record - Activity Clipboard as well as Agent Inbox amonst other.
To be able to Search on Service Tickets in the Agents Inbox there is some configuration required.
Goto: SPRO->IMG->Customer Relationship Management->Interaction Center Webclient->Agent Inbox->Inbox Search Definitions->Define Item Categories for Searches
Here add your Service Ticket Transaction into the  "Inbox One Order Item" Type with a description you will recognise as your service ticket
Next:
Goto: SPRO->IMG->Customer Relationship Management->Interaction Center Webclient->Agent Inbox->Define Inbox Profile
Create a Z* Inbox Profile from Default-1 and in the Assign Main Categories option include the required Item categories as well as the one you created for your Service Ticket in the previous step.
Next
Add this profile to the Webclient Profile, when viewing the Inbox you should now see your Service Ticket as a searchable category.

  • Service Ticket: Search using Inbox & My Worklist in IC WebClient

    Dear Gurus,
When I create a Service Ticket in the IC WebClient in CRM 5.0 and save it, the system generates a Transaction Number which I can then search for by using Interaction History, Inbox and My Worklist.
When I search using Interaction History, I select the relevant Service Ticket and the system takes me to an Interaction Record, and from there I can navigate to the correct Service Ticket.
When I search using Inbox, the system takes me to a Service Order, which I do not believe is correct.
When I search using My Worklist, the system also takes me to a Service Order, which I do not believe is correct.
    Any recommendations?
    Rgs,
    Alan

    Hi
You can search service ticket from inbox ideally by entering the object ID in the agent inbox or you can also search for service tickets in interaction record which is an activity transaction type if you maintain the copy control for service ticket from interaction record then you can search for service ticket through the interaction record as well.
refer to best practice link for the service ticket custimiseing settings for icwebelient

  • Inbox Search:Locking Service Ticket Categories,Priority & Status for update

    Hello Gurus,
If I create a Service Ticket and save it, I get the transaction number and then can search for the Service Ticket using either the Interaction History or the Inbox.
If I search using the Interaction History, I get taken to the Interaction Record which I am ok with (would be better if it took me straight back to the Service Ticket though), but can navigate to the Service Ticket where I can update the Categories, Priority and Status.
If I search using the Inbox, I go straight back to the Service Ticket and the Categories, Priority and Status are Greyed out and I cannot update the Service Ticket. This for me is a problem as the Agents will need to update the Categories as well as the Priority and Status.
Please would somebody assist me with this.
    Thanks in advance,
    Alan

    Hi Allen,
Now there could be only two reasons
    1. check for the bsp_wd_workbench transaction, launch crm_is and go to the viewset SRVTHEAD
open the code SrvTHead.htm and check for the
"change button = true" (it may not be exactly this as i'm not on system rgt now .
    2. Check for the role authorization , i think the user you are logging from does not have the create  and change authorization for the service ticket .This can be rectified by the basis person just ask him to provide you with the concern role for the business transactions you would require .
I'm sure this will resolve you issue.

  • Auto-open 'Completed' Service ticket based on tracking text in email...

When sending out e-mails we embed a so called tracking number into the end of the e-mail text saying something like:
    DO NOT DELETE ***
         Ticket No. [[1234567]]
    DO NOT DELETE ***
This is pretty common, I believe, and how this is achieved is documented in a number of places.
However, if a client responds to an old email containing a tracking number then the e-mail is attached to a 'Completed' service ticket, but the agent responsible will not be aware of this as it might not show in their Inbox.
An agent regularly tracks new e-mails so will pick up on this, but then has to re-open the service ticket before the agent responsible (ususally another agent) can see it and respond.
What I would like to achieve is to automatically have ERMS re-open the service ticket that the new e-mail is assigned to. In this way the agent responsible will be notified immediately and there is no manual intervention required, as such.
Has anyone done anything like this before?.

    Hi Gary,
We have done something very similar to this. Here is how we achieved it:
    1. Create your own class using the standard Action Handling classes as a guide (you can find these in SPRO: Customer Relationship Management > E-Mail Response Management System > Service Manager > Define Service). You need to use Interface IF_CRM_ERMS_SERVICE.
You can retreive the Service Ticket number from the Fact Base as follows:
    service_manager->factbase->get_by_xpath( '/parts/context/stkt/number/text()' )
You then just need to get the guid and run the following two function modules to update the status of the Service Ticket and save:
    CRM_STATUS_CHANGE_EXTERN_OW
    CRM_STATUS_SAVE_OW
    2. In SPRO: Customer Relationship Management > E-Mail Response Management System > Service Manager > Define Services create your own custom Service with Service Type Action Handling and reference the Class you created.
    3. in SPRO: Customer Relationship Management > E-Mail Response Management System > Service Manager > Define Repository under Context ERMS add a new Action and enter the Action Service ID created previously.
    4. Amend your default ERMS rule policy in the Rule Modeller, and add a new rule with the new Action based on any conditions you want to use.
    5. Before testing first run program CRM_ERMS_REGEN_RULES to regenerate your rule policy (you need to do this if the repository is changed)
    Hope this helps,
    Sam

  • CRM 5.0 - IC WebClient - Agent Inbox - Forward to Function

    Hi Gurus
In the Agent Inbox I can view Emails, Service Tickets & Follow-up Transactions.
Currently I can forward Emails to other employees, but I cannot forward Service Tickets or Follow-ups.
Is this purely config, if so where must I look?
    Many Thanks in advance.
    Panduranga

    Hello Panduranga,
Responsible group is a (SAP standard) partner function. Just add that partner function in the partner determination procedure of that transaction type(s).
Responsible groups will only work when you have maintained your organisational structure.
When you assign a responsible group to a transaction everyone in that responsible group (in the organisational mgmt) can see the transaction in it's inbox.
A responsible group will be an organisational unit of the organisational structure. Everyone assigned to that organisational unit will be able to see the transaction in it's inbox.
    Maintain org. structure
    Transaction PPOMA_CRM
    Maintain partner determination procedure
    SPRO->CRM->Basic settings->Partner processing->Define partner determination procedure.
    Hope this works!

  • ERMS: Creation of Interaction Record and Service Ticket

    Hi All,
I am configuring the ERMS system (SAP CRM 2007). So far I am been able to get internal emails into the CRM system and the emails are getting routed to the respective agent's inbox based on the rule in Rule Modeler.
I have created rule for creating Interaction Record and Service ticket. However, Interaction Record and Service ticket are not getting generated. Also, I am not able to receive external emails (yahoo, gmail etc..) into SAPconnect.
Any input on these issues is appreciated.
    Thanks & regards.

    Hi Namita,
Same as the other thread, please make sure that the BP is identified for the incoming email and then only the creation of the IR/SO ERMS Actions will get executed with success.
I am not sure, whether you still face this issue ?
    Thanks & Best Regards,

  • Automation of service ticket  creation using RFC

    Hello Friends,
    Here is our new requirement.
In general, in HR team , a manager / employee will perform an action that triggers a workflow in ECC. Then they will call an agent in CRM to raise a service ticket for that. Our requirement is to automate this generation of service ticket when the manager/employee performs an action.  But sometimes CRM system will be down. so at that time we need to save the data and create the service ticket when the system becomes active.
    Approach:
The workflow will have a method(custom enhancement) that updates a custom table in ECC.
We(CRM) have to develop a RFC function module to read the data from ECC and update it in the custom table of CRM.
we have to create a program to loop the data from custom table and create a service order/ticket by using a function module.
As of now the process looked good.
    1. But we don't see any link between the record in the custom table and service ticket generated. we cannot compare the service ticket and from which record it generated?
    2. After using RFC we read the data into CRM custom table. How do we compare both the tables and delete the ECC table as soon as the CRM tables is updated?
    3. when the service ticket failed to generate we should update the field in the custom table (CRM), the number of failures
Please help me .....Suggest me if there are any other approaches?

For question 1 look at the attachments in oss note 940882 Frequently Asked Questions about ERMS
a mailform can be used but is not required.
For question #2, John Burton wrote an article in CRM expert a few years back that explains this concept well.  The email coming into the agent inbox doesn't create the ticket until processed but his article explains how it can and give and auto repsonse to the sender with the ticket number attached.

  • Agent Inbox - Classifications

Can we search Service Tickets By "Classifications Fields" in Agent Inbox?
Or Can we add "Classifications" in the Sort drop down in Agent Inbox.
    Thank You.

Sorry,I forgot to tell that we are using IC Webclient Service Add On.

  • Process Completion Email flooding Agent Inbox

    Hi Experts,
We got a scenario when a user registration process is completed in E-commerce an email will be sent to an agent group. But the agents inbox is flooded with a completion email repetitively for every 2-3 seconds and we checked the following:
For the user registration process, the program that executes this type of email (Registration Complete) is debugged but since based on the custom table for user registration there is no user that is pending for notification, thus upon debug, the processing did not even proceed to the email sending logic but exits the program.
I also checked the batch job that includes the triggering of the said program.  This batch job runs with every 15 minutes interval.
I then checked the email log via Transaction SOST, and check the email transmission going out of SAP starting from March 8 to 9. But was only able to see 1 Registration complete email being sent to the user. I wasn't able to find any emails that sends to the group.
Experts, does any one  have any other ideas on what might be triggering these duplicate email as it seems based on my initial checking it doesn't seem like the batch job and the program was the one that triggers the sending of these said duplicate emails...
is there any other configuration (erms or action) that may have been sending these emails to the group that we can check on.?
    Thanks in Advance,
    Rama Rao.

    Hi Glenn,
You can use the 'Interact' button on the agent inbox, whic will take you to the account identification screen after selecting the e-mail and click on interact. Further activiteis(without clicking on end button) will affect the linking to the service ticket and e-mail.

  • Serch by Mail in Agent Inbox and save draft mail.

    Hi gurus,
    I have two questions:
1- In the ICWC, I send a mail.
Then when I go to the Agent Inbox, the search by mail doesnu2019t work.
However, if I search by service ticket or interaction record I can find the mail in the hierarchy tree, but it is not a suitable solution because I am not able to know if there is, or not, a mail.
2- When I am sending a mail, always in ICWC, sometimes I save a draft first.
    Where recovery this draft?
    Best regards
    Virginia

    Hi Virginia
1 - Firstly Email Objects are not Transaction Objects so they are managed slightly differently
Only Incoming emails are searchable in the Agent Inbox
2- The Draft Email can be located against the relevant Interaction Record or Service Ticket it was created for. It should be visible in the activity clipboard for example.
Just in case, you should not be creating draft emails for a customer which has not been confirmed yet.
    Hope this helps

  • Forward to field configuration in Agent inbox

    Hello,
does any one know how to configure following scenarios:
    1. After saving service ticket with responsible organisation(BP) and responsible person(employee), i go to agent inbox and forward same ticket to other resp emp. This should not change resp org.
2.If I forward the ticket to other resp org system should not change pre asigned resp emp.
    regards
    Sriky

    Hello,
According to me you can acheive your requirement in two ways (at least):
    1) Modification of method IF_ICCMP_CUCOPROCESS~SET_RESPONSIBLE_FOR_ONEORDER from class CL_ICCMP_CUCOPROCESS_IMPL (check the comments at the beginning of the coding), to implement your own logic.
    2) Use customer-specific partner functions to handle responsible employee and/or responsible group... in that case the standard won't change anything because it won't find any employee responsible ;o)
    Regards,
    Nicolas.

  • SAP Service Ticket: Use of due date and traffic light

Presently our company is not doing much with the traffic light and due date when managing our tickets from the inbox.  If there is someone making use of these, I would like to know what are some your your Best Practices. Ideally we would like to use these to improve our "issue to resolution times".
We are using CRM5 and we will be updating to CRM7 in May of 2010.
Any eperiences that you would like to share are greatly appreciated.
    Regards,
    rr

    Hi,
We have used this functionality for IC-Agent Inbox. Our Inbound agents can search for  the service tickets in there Agent  inbox. The tickets  are displayed with Due date for the resolution as per the SLA based on the subject and code group. This helps them in understanding of the ticket resoultion time .
also the Different Symbols are used for the tickets
1.Tikects which are still within SLA but are not resolved are classified by Yellow Colour
2.Tickets which have violated the SLA are cassifed with red colour
3.Tickets which are completed within SLA are classified by Green Colur Symbol.
Pls. revert if you have any queries.

  • Doubt about Agent Inbox with ERMS and NON-ERMS

    Hi All.
We have configured both ERMS and NON-ERMS email receiving (to make some tests) and we verify that only the workitem generated by the NON-ERMS workflow (WS14000164) is shown in the IC Web Client Inbox. The workitem generated by the ERMS workflow (WS00200001) is shown only in the SBWP transaction. Is this right???
We believe that our agent inbox configurations are correct, because it is working fine for NON-ERMS emails.
There is some trick to make the generated ERMS workitens be shown in the IC Web Client Inbox?
    Thanks in advance!!!

    Hi Julio,
You will NOT be able to get the workitems created by the standard ERMS wokflow (WS00200001) into your inbox, because SAP's assumption is that ERMS precisely replaces manual inbox assignment work by some automation (Response Management).
Even if you add the ERMS task 207914 in transaction CRMC_IC_AUICOMM, this configuration will be made inactive by the workitem search-engine. You can observe this in method CL_CRM_IC_AUI_WI->IF_GENIL_SO_HANDLER~GET_LIST, around line 210:
read table lt_wflows with key object = co_erms_email_task into ls_wflows.
      if ls_wflows is not initial.
delete table lt_wflows with table key object = co_erms_email_task.
      endif.
If you still want to see ERMS WIs in your inbox, make a copy of WF WS00200001; in copy, replace task 207914 with your own one, that you add in trx CRMC_IC_AUICOMM. Deactivate triggering event of WF WS00200001; activate triggering event of your own one. No changes in SO28 necessary.
But you may then think about what should happen when one wants to postprocess an ERMS WI displayed in inbox; because some ERMS processing may already have taken place: incoming e-mail may already have been linked automatically to an existing service ticket. You should then support easy navigation to that ticket, and forbid e-mail is linked again manually.
    Hope this makes topic clearer
    Kind regards
    Walter

  • Forwarding of service tickets in Interaction Center R E W A R D  P O I N TS

    Hi CRM gurus,
I'm working on SAP CRM 2007 with Employee Interaction Centre (EIC) service scenario.
I need to fulfill the following requirement:
in the call centre, there are two groups of agents. From the Inbox, an agent of the first group has to be able to see the Service Tickets assigned to his group and he can decide to forward a ticket to the second group.
The organizational structure has been maintained in SAP CRM and there is no link with R/3.
With the PPOMA_CRM I've created an Organization with two Offices and I've assigned the employees to them.
    ex.
    SORG.001 --> ID: O 5000001; Business Partner: <None>
        SOFF.001 --> ID: O 5000002; Business Partner: <None>
        SOFF.002 --> ID: O 5000003; Business Partner: <None>
When I define Forwarding Profiles, with the transaction CRMC_IC_AUI_FWD, I have to specify the receiving BP: the code I have to insert is not the ID of the Office, but the Business Partner associated to it. The problem is that I haven't been able to associate a BP. How can I do?
I hope you can help me!!!
    Thanks in advance,

HRALX MSGRE 0 Recipient of Error Message When Creating BP
HRALX OADBP Business Partner of Standard Address

HRALX OBWIG X Ignore Business Partner Warnings
HRALX ONUMB 3 Business Partner Number Assignment (Org. Unit)
HRALX OSUBG 01 Business Partner Subgroup (Organizational Unit)

HRALX PSYNO Log: Organizational Units in Dialog
HRALX PSYNP Log: Employees in Dialog
HRALX USRAC X Create Relationship to User
The position HRALX-OBPON was already set with "ON".
Deactivating the HR integration I'm able to create employees from the transaction BP in SAP CRM; but I'm not able to create Organizations with BP Role BUP004 (Organizational Unit)...
    What should I do?
