What is your 4 digits Oracle version ?
I cannot reproduce this even with Oracle XE:
SQL> show parameter cursor_sharing
NAME                                 TYPE
VALUE
cursor_sharing                       string
FORCE
SQL>
select sql_text from v$sql where sql_text like '%dba_objects%';
SQL_TEXT
select sql_text from v$sql where sql_text like '%dba_objects%'
