Shipped even after the order is confirmed to be canceled

I ordered a "CasioPrivia PX150 Digital PianoBlackPX150BK" (Order Number: {removed per forum guidelines}). But later I found a better deal and Best Buy haven't shipped yet still allowing me to cancel my order, then I just canceled it.
A confirmation of the cancel was received shortly.As the following:

Since this is the official confirmation of cancel, so I treated it as is, I proceeded with the another order which has the better deal, and awaiting for the refund from Best Buy.
But hours later, I receive another e-mail saying the order is shipped even after being confirmed to be canceled and refunded!
Now the item is already in the UPS system and it will be delivered next week. Of course I don't want both 2 items and I still want the one from Best Buy to be returned (since I requested cancel and Best Buy guaranteed that it will be canceled). I will ask the courier of UPS to refuse the delivery.
Since there's no online RMA tracking system to reflect the status of the order once it gets shipped, I setup this thread on this forum to be better in touch with the custom representatives (-BBY) to track the return process. To make sure the return-and-refund process goes smoothly.

    Have you checked & followed all instructions  in SAP note 207942.
    "Generally you can solve these problems with report SDRQCR21from Note 25444. If not, these kinds of problems must be processed further in SD-BF-AC.
    However, often the problem is also caused by the fact that
    no requirements are generated at first or the generated requirements are only displayed but are not included in MRP calculation
    or vice versa
    due to the Customizing settings requirements are stored although this is not wanted from the business view. "
    This is a release independent SAP note. so it applies to ECC6.0 as well.

  • How to automate the WM/shipping process after the consignment issue ?

    I am looking for the best way to automate the shipping process after the consignment issue orders has been created. since Warehouse/shipping process will not consist of any actual picking and shipment but we are still required to go through the use of Vl01N and VL02N for Delivery Note and Good issue... steps......I want to know if there is any best practice is to automate the call to VL01N,VLO2N for all the completed consignment issue orders that SAP suggest or someone has done some work in this space.....and can share their views.....

    Create the consignment issue orders via EDI....and once they are there ...we need a automatic process to find these order and create the delivery note , goods issue documents.........looking forward to hear from experts who can inform  if there is a standard SAP process( automatic)  out there or we need to do some custom development....to achieve this....thanks.....

    Thanks for the insight....we are thinking to have a new custom table added which will have all the order that needs to batch processed and if we have any errors we can re process them from the control table ( new custom table)...please let us knwo if there is any other way to do this....or sap already has some tables....whihc we can use...to automate....as a batch process.....

  • Shopping Cart Reappears in Sourcing Cockpit Even After PO Ordered

    Hi Experts,
    I have a big problems where all SC reappear in shopping cockpit even after has ordered PO. Strangely and sadly, it's only happen at production system.
    But somehow, my friend has implemented  Note 1432540 - Sourcing relevant flag is not updated properly and apparently and the result is as expected even we have to create dummy PO first and delete it. The next morning, the problem appears again.
    So far I have the analysis result as above:
    1. Only happen at production system
    2. CLEAN_REQREQ_UP and BBP_GET_STATUS_2 running as background job without variants
    3. SOURCE_REL_IND always "X" even follow-on document has been created
    4. We implemented BBP_PGRP_ASSIGN_BADI to re-reoute purchasing group
    Anyway, I have question about field BBP_PDBEI-BE_PUR_GROUP. What if this field has different value with the SC purchasing group at SRM? Is it okay?

    Imo, the table BBP_PDORG will determine sc purchasing group, while BE_PUR_GROUP record PR purchasing group from ECC.
    But anyway, so far this is my update about sc reappears. I don't know why BBP_PDIGP-QUAN_PO_E always 0 even has ordered PO and it happens to PO with contract.

  • In F110 the payment document is calculating discount even after the

        I am executing F110 and in the proposal list the documents are calculating discount although the payment date is much beyond the discount allowable period.
    For example - We are having a payment term which says if payment is made withing 14 days then 5% discount is allowed and after that no discount.
    But when we execute payment program(F110), it is calculating discount even after the due date. whereas if we pay to any vendor through manually using tranaction code - F-53, it is working fine and calculaing cash discount accordingly.
    But in F110 it in not. Can anybody help me on this.

                   Firstly i am using a payment term which is having the following condition-
    - Within 14 days 3 % cash discount
    - Within 45 days Due net
    Also i gave the run date, posting date and document date as 04/15/2008.
    The Invoices were gererated on 03/30/2008. So after 14 days it should not calculate discount, but it is calculating that.

  • Look at these bugs even after the .757 update

    With a very large update like that, I thought all the bugs that I was experiencing would be solved.
    However, it is with a frustrated heart that I share to you that all the built in apps bugs that I've experienced in Walkman, Movies, and Contacts app are still here even after the "major" sound bug update.
    Look at this:
    This used to work in 4.3 before. When I search for certain info with Gracenote, I get that error message even though I am connected. This only happens for particular titles like "Thor", "Pacific Rim", and a whole lot of others. It is still very frustrating. Could you try enter those titles and see if you get that kind of error message?
    I recently downloaded the Movies app with the new UI, but again, the bug is still there.
    Here's another one:
    I store a lot of music. And it is a huge annoyance that the "speed scroll" bar at the right side keeps on disappearing. As you may know, the Walkman features a "speed scroll" that looks like a thicker bar that allows you to skip-browse tracks with ease. With 4.4 and the new update, this still hasn't been solved!
    And another one: My Phonebook contacts' photo have been replaced with a SIM card logo. The problem goes away if I do a reboot, but it comes back after a few minutes!
    Please please please do not tell me to do a hard reset, repair via PCC/SUS, or run in safe mode. I've done them all already. As a matter of fact, I have factory wiped and repaired my Z1 a total of 14 times since the 4.4 update.
    Now with the .757 sound bug utpdate, these problems are still here. I know they're nothing really major but they just ruin the aesthetics. I wanted my Z1 to be perfect. It used to be back in 4.3. Now it's just plain crap.
    Has anybody else been experiencing these bugs too? Anyone? Please?

  • Process chain is running even after the 'No Schedule After' date

    Hi Experts,
              On 19th sep, we scheduled a process chain where the scheduled start date is 20th sep, 07:30:00 and no start after date is 22 sep, 00:00:01. The periodic value is 'Daily' and there is no restrictions for this load.
             But yesterday the process chain ran at 7. We checked tbe jobs that triggered and found that the start date and no start after date is changed to 21 and 23 respectively.
            But the last changed date for the process chain is 19th sep only.
            Anyhow, we removed the process chain from schedule. But, I want to know the reason for this load that loaded even after the 'No start after' date.
           Please help me to know why this issue happened...

    I also have been caught by this option once : the "do not start after" is here to avoid problems of scheduling : let imagine your system can be stopped, for any reason, so the scheduling will be postponed. In this case, it avoid, for instance, to load data during the day. It's not for running a PC for only a certain period of time.

  • Module status on LMS is showing as incomplete - even after the user has completed the module.

    Hope you are all keeping well! I have a bit of a problem here. On a number of modules that were developed using presenter - and custom animation (including click next to continue) etc etc, the LMS is not showing the module status as complete - even AFTER the user had comleted the module and closed. This problem has been noticed only when the user uses the CLICK NEXT or click this part of the screen to continue.
    When the user navigates using the presenter control buttons - to navigate the training content that is, the LMS is correctly showing as the module has been completed.
    The problem I am having is that - is there any way to make presenter detect a click within a slide (user click to navigate from within a slide) and thereby register it as a valid module completion?

    LMS = cornerstone on demand. It has been customised to suit the company requirements, Reporting tab is SCORM 1.2   
    To circumvent the issue I have changed the % view to 0% so in theory when the user launches even one slide / page - it will set it to report as status complete.
    However this is not a viable solution on content critical modules....dont you think so?
    Ideally I would like to get to the bottom of why a button within the module (which is able to navigate between pages) is not being able to report / set / increment the completion status counter.

    The TCode EMMA, monitering mass runs, when it is executed, even after the Jobs have run successfully,it shows as zero in the columns, viz. No. succesful jobs, Proc. Jobs. in the ECC 6 Version.
    Can someone suggest what could be the reason, and if any Notes is to be applied for the same,kindly suggest which one.

As told I did, but still I am not getting for the mass bills i.e EA38, EA26 and EA29 but where as the FI-CA related Tcodes, the list shows all the job items, i.e Number of Success, failure and all, and as Ravi said, we need to see the configuration, can you please tell me as where and what has to be done in the settings.

    Sorry, I should distinguish between slow loading and manual reloading.
    I understood your problem to be that Firefox never finished loading the page, i.e., some part of the page was loading too slowly.
    By reloading, I meant Ctrl+r (or the reload button), to manually reload the page. You can disregard any cached files and reload all content fresh from the server by adding the Shift key, i.e., Ctrl+Shift+r (helpful when specific sites do not load correctly).
    If the page is automatically reloading itself over and over, that sounds like a completely different problem.

    10.7 was horrible unstable so I waited until 10.7.1 and tried it again. Well I have to say that it is still a defective OS. I am reverting to Snow as we speak from my carbon clone copy.. This is really the worst OSX I have ever used. It gives me random Kernel panics for no reasons, unstable airport and hundreds of small issues that are just not necessary. For instance I can't use QuickTime in Lion to trim a videoclip ( the UI goes mad and the trimslider becomes inoperable and hangs the Player window ) while in Snow it is no problem. Itunes gives me crackling sound when the equalizer is turned on, Graphical glitches in Photoshop, games crashing, Preview.app not working with some pdfs, so I need Adobes reader which I never used before.. It is definately not ripe for mass usage. Might 10.7.2 or 10.7.3 fix it, but not yet.
    * and just for the records : the hardware is absoltely ok. Because in Snow it works as it should. ( So many Lion fanbois are talking : "your Ram is defect", defintely NOT. - Lion is defect! ).
    Shame on you Apple.
