Module status on LMS is showing as incomplete - even after the user has completed the module.

Hi Folks,
Hope you are all keeping well! I have a bit of a problem here. On a number of modules that were developed using presenter - and custom animation (including click next to continue) etc etc, the LMS is not showing the module status as complete - even AFTER the user had comleted the module and closed. This problem has been noticed only when the user uses the CLICK NEXT or click this part of the screen to continue.
When the user navigates using the presenter control buttons - to navigate the training content that is, the LMS is correctly showing as the module has been completed.
The problem I am having is that - is there any way to make presenter detect a click within a slide (user click to navigate from within a slide) and thereby register it as a valid module completion?

LMS = cornerstone on demand. It has been customised to suit the company requirements, Reporting tab is SCORM 1.2
To circumvent the issue I have changed the % view to 0% so in theory when the user launches even one slide / page - it will set it to report as status complete.
However this is not a viable solution on content critical modules....dont you think so?
Ideally I would like to get to the bottom of why a button within the module (which is able to navigate between pages) is not being able to report / set / increment the completion status counter.

Status of the sales orders is showing as open even after completed

Dear experts,
I would like to know the orders which are still not completed . In Va05 Report i am getting orders which are already completed. But when i check document flow in Va02 It is showing status accounting document not cleared.I am sure that billing is already done for this orders. Kindly help how to change the status to completed.

You are getting the status as "Not cleared" which means that the payment has not yet been done.
Please do this by using the T.Code "F-28".
Goto the T.Code "F-28".
Enter the date,G/L account,Amount.Select the document number.
Click on "Process open items".
Enter your document number.Ensure that the not assigned is equal to "0".
Click on Simulate.
Save.
Before doing this goto the T.Code "FBL5n".
Click on "open items".Your sales order will be displayed in open items.
When you pay this amount it will be displayed in "Cleared items".
Simultaneously,the status will be changed.

User status doesn't changes in WebAdmin console even after deprovisioning..

When a user’s organization is changed from one to another, he is automatically deprovisioned at once from the target resource (if already provisioned).
But when you check the status of that user in the WebAdmin console it shows as Provisioned to that resource. Even manually disabling and revoking the access doesn’t works. Nor the user can be provisioned to that target resource again as in when you go to resource profile of that user, there is no resource (that specific target resource to which he was provisioned earlier) present.

Can anybody give a solution to the above problem???

SC status is still in Awaiting for Approval Even after PO and confirmation creation.

We have SRM 7.0 with Classic scenario, Here we have strange case where for One SC already backend PO created and Confirmation is done. Still SC status is showing as Awaiting for approval. Kindly Help me to solve this issue.

Hi Basu,
What is the workflow framework that your are using. Is it application controlled workflow?
1. Go to T code BBP_PD and check if the workflow triggered for the shopping cart is in in-Process status. If it is in in-process status copy the header workitem and go to T code SWPC , remove all the values displayed in the selection screen just enter the header work item ID and execute. If you are able to see any entry after execution select it and click on continue workflow. this will fix your problem.
2. Check in transaction SM58 to see if there are any failed entry on the day of shopping cart creation , if there is any entry in failed status please reprocess the LUW.
hopefully any one of the above steps will fix your issue.

TS3992 My ICloud still says 'incomplete' even after I closed every app, then opened only Camera Roll.

I'm trying to free up storage on my Iphone 4. When I attempted to move pictures/videos to my ICloud via backup, it's saying 'incomplete' even though I closed ALL apps (including Camera Roll, then tried again with it open)

Unfortunately it like the problem is stored in your backup. The only thing I can think of to do other than restoring your phone as new is trying to recover an earlier backup to restore to. If you backed up your phone by syncing with iTunes prior to this happening there's a chance you can recover the backup using Windows System restore (restoring to an earlier restore point) or mac Time Machine. If it's there you will find it at one of the following locations:
Mac OS: ~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup
Windows XP: %AppData%\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup
Windows Vista: %AppData%\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup
Windows 7: %AppData%\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup
If you find it, put it on a flash drive and then revert your system back to its current status (by undoing System Restore or ending Time Machine). Once done, copy this backup file to it's original location. Then disable automatic syncing in iTunes (Preferences>Devices>Prevent...from syncing automatically), connect your phone to your computer and save any recent pictures in your Camera Roll, right-click on it in iTunes and select Transfer Purchases (to save any new purchases), right-click again and select Restore from Backup chosing the older backup you just recovered.

Customer Line items are showing in red even after clearing? Is there some configuration I am missing?

I am learning SAP FI. For this I created a customer invoice using T.Code F-22 and later posted incoming payment from the customer using T.Code F-28. After that I checked the line items for this same customer using the T.Code FBLN5. The cleared items are still showing up in red. I double clicked on the DZ(Incoming payments) documents and also verified that the incoming payments went towards the correct DR (Customer invoice) document. could someone help me understand why this is happening?

I observed your Line items.... your invoice amounts are not equal with the payment documents
for ex:
doc no: 200001 .... invoice is posted with amount 27K inr.....but the Incoming payment is not matching with this 27K..... once the dr and cr is matched they only items will be cleared. so now you can clear doc no 200001... with doc nos 400000 and 400003...with t.code f-30 transfer with clearing.... first select all the items and deactivate them and after that select doc no 200001 and doc no 400000 and 400003... now dr and cr will be matched you can get this info at not assigned field if this is o then you can save and the items will be cleared. for clearing the items you use the standard tab... in f-28 or f-30.

Create a dynamic stamp that ask the user to choose the icon to show

I need to develop a interactive stamp. The user should be able to enter text and a graphic that shows in the stamp. I have been able to make this work when the stamp file is open but it would not work if I only have open the document in which I'm going to place the stamp.

The user enters the exhibit number and then should be able to browse for an icon to be shown in the button "SIGN". As I said, this works if I have the stamp pdf file open. However, when I close it, it does not ask the user to select an icon. It only ask the user for the exhibit number. Any ideas why this is happening and how I can make this work? Even if I have to open the stamp pdf file in the background to make it work.

You have to first configure a text field so it can be used for file selection. You do this on the Options tab of the field properties dialog. In order to select the corresponding check box, make sure only the "Scroll long text" option is selected.
You then can set up a button that has the following JavaScript attached to the Mouse Up event:

Replace "upload_text_field" with the actual name of the file selection text field.

ICloud shows 'no devices' even though my iPhone has the FindMyPhone app installed and is logged into the iCloud account. How can I get the phone to show up?

My phone signs in OK with iCloud, and iCloud syncs the calendar etc. OK, but FindMyPhone app does not work. It is iinstalled and logs in to iCloud OK, but iCloud shows 'no devices'. I've uninstalled/reinstalled several times with no change. The phone is connected to the internet, FindMyPhone is turned on, and location services is turned on. What else can I do to get iCloud to find this phone???

Your phone should automatically re-appear in "Find my iPhone" when it next connects to the internet. There's nothing you can do to force it.
So, from that support document you've confirmed that none of the following are true:
The date on your device is incorrect. This can be set in Settings > General > Date & Time.
Your iOS device is currently off or not connected to a data network (Edge, 3G or Wi-Fi). Wait a few minutes and try again.
Your iPad (Wi-Fi only), iPod Touch, or Mac is currently off or not connected to a Wi-Fi network.
Location Services is not enabled on your device in Settings.
You are located in a country where Apple does not offer this feature. This feature may not be available in all countries due to technical limitations or local law.

ICloud continues to show open tabs even after Safari quit

Since OS 10.10, when I close and quit Safari on my iMac or MBP iCloud occasionally continues to show an open tab on the other devices like the iPhone, even for several hours after Safari has been quit on the iMac. This is annoying in that one time I left it, and the iMac restarted because of a kernel panic.
This appears to be an iCloud and Yosemite problem. Furthermore, I have called Apple care twice about this, and they have been unable to find any problem with my computers.
Has anyone else had this problem, and what to do about it.

[SOLVED] Arch boots 2.6.31 even after 2.6.32 upgrade, without modules

I've upgraded my machine from 2.6.31 to 2.6.32, making sure that kernel26-headers was installed as well.
After rebooting into either the stock or fallback kernel images, 2.6.31 is what boots. The quandary here is that all the 2.6.31 kernel modules have (rightly) been deleted in the upgrading process, leaving my machine without network or LVM support.
I tried manually running mkinitcpio in various modes as described in the Wiki. It reports building a 2.6.32 image, yet 2.6.31 is what always boots up. The mkinitcpio config files all appear to be normal.
For reference, here's the output of "uname -a" on the Fallback image:

Thanks for the help, but you were a few seconds too late! I just realized the correct solution and fixed it.
Turns out when I installed the machine, I created - and used - a separate /boot partition. I had forgotten about this. Somehow, I either neglected to add it to mount at /boot in /etc/fstab, or I deleted it. While it was not mounted, GRUB was set to use it. This "broken" setup managed to work fine until the minor version number changed and the kernel modules were no longer compatible.
The first hint that there was a mysterious /boot partition was that I, on a whim, deleted the contents of /boot -- and the machine still booted! Once I found the "lost" /boot partition, it was an easy enough fix: Add it to fstab, mount it, and reinstall the kernel packages.
Thanks for helping me! If not for me posting this and awaiting replies, I would not have keep digging away at the mystery with such fervor.

Why is my 40GB only showing 16.0GB even after restoring it

hey everbody and anybody! I have this very same problem with a 30 gig 5g ipod video and have found very little help or answers. I had 27+ gig, did a restore because I got write-delay errors, then went to update from itunes library and received an error that I didn't have enough space!! I did the 5 R's, I have the latest software and updates.

Swagbucks keeps showing up even after I removed it from the Add-Ons.

I installed the Swagbucks Toolbar & it took over my iGoogle search engine for FireFox. Iwent to the Add-Ons & Extensions & removed the Swagbucks/Conduit Add-Ons BUT it is not really gone. Everytime I try to go to Goolge the Swagbucks web-site pops up. I NEED to know how to COMPLETELY remove Swagbucks from my FIreFox..??..
I would like to add that my iGoogle web-page will not show my Gadgets since the Swagbucks ha taken over.

I just figured this one out and it worked for Firefox 5.0. First, I removed everything from the extensions/add-ons that had to do with Swagbucks. Then, in the toolbar search bar itself, I used the drop down menu next to the Swagbucks logo and selected managed search engines; swagbucks; then selected remove. It seems to have worked, since I've restarted and it has not come back yet.
