Shopping Cart in Status I1112 - No PO created

Hi people,
We are facing a problem in EBP system:
Some shopping carts got in "Error in Transmission" status.
When cheking BBP_PD transaction, I can see:
Status         Description                    Inactive
I1111          Item in Transfer Process       X
I1112          Error in transmission
The document was not created in R/3.
If I check RZ20 transaction I can see the message:

Date               14.05.2008

No Dumps in EBP.
No Dumps in R/3.
After this, if I use the function module "BBP_REQREQ_TRANSFER" to transfer the SC, it works perfect!!!
I cannot understand!
What does happen when I approve a shopping cart and the document cannot be generated in R/3 ? EBP system tries again? How? It is something related to SPOOL_OBJECTS job?
Thanks a lot,
Cristiana

Hi,
See the foll threads for the related settings:

No instance of object type PurchaseOrder has been created. External referen
Also can you see any entries in the table BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB for your SC?
Also check whether the job CLEAN_REQREQ_UP is properly scheduled in trascn SM37.

    2.-SRM Server->Cross-Application Basic Settings->Business Workflow->Process-Controlled Workflow->Technical Configuration->Customize SAP Business Workflow Automatically
Execute step by step. is aut.
3.-Execute transaction SWDD; check that workflow WS40000014 exists...
    4.-SRM Server->Cross-Application Basic Settings->Business Workflow->Process-Controlled Workflow->Technical Configuration->Generalize Tasks
    execute task for default
    5.-SRM Server->Cross-Application Basic Settings->Business Workflow->Process-Controlled Workflow->Technical Configuration->Check Task Generalization

CHECK this point of customizing, here is where you must indicate to system that follow on document create for the shopping cart...exist several options...

    Hi All,
In one of my requirements i need to add an approver to a shopping cart which is on status awaiting approval programmatically in SRM7.0.
    1. Is it possible to add an aprrover to shopping cart whose status is awaiting approval programmatically.
    2. If yes, please guide me the steps or classes and methods are used to do this.
    Thanks in Advance.
    Best Regards,
    Krishna

    Hi Saravanan,
I am sorry for delayed response..
    Requiremnet:
Need to add approvers manually to the shopping cart which is on awaiting approval status.
The code flow follows as below:
    1. as the workflow already started for this shopping cart so we have interrupted the shopping cart with belwo method
              CALL METHOD /sapsrm/cl_wf_adv_facade=>interrupt_process
                EXPORTING
                  iv_document_guid = lv_new_guid ( shopping cart guid)
    2. instantiated the object for the class /sapsrn/cl_pdo_bo_sc_adv, to its constructor i have passed values work item id generated in above process.
    3. added an approver manually to shopping cart using method of above said class /sapsrm/if_pdo_do_apv_ext~add_approver.
    4. if i skip the execution of method  /sapsrm/if_pdo_bo_sc~order, i am able see all the approvers added manually but the status is "In your Inbox"
    5. if i execute the above said order method, all the approvers added manually are lost.
    Question:
    1. Please suggest me the sequence of methods called are correct?
    2. As per my understanding complete workflow is restarting, so it is losing all the manual approvers if i am wrong suggest me,  Is it not possible to have previously added manually added approvers even after ordering the cart?

  • Shopping cart header status differs to status at line item level

    Hello
I am using SRM 5.5 EC, got a situation where there is a single line shopping cart which has been approved. The status on the header is still showing "awaiting approval" but at line item level it shows as being "approved" and no follow on document has been created.
Can anyone help and let me know why this has happened and how to change the header status now?
    Many Thanks in Advance

  • Alert for shopping cart held status.

    Hi ,
I have a requirment  where i need to get  all the shopping carts
from last 1hr from the system time from the database table which are under held status and if they are more than 5 shopping carts in held status  then it should send a alert mail.
Is there any standard program? If any body worked on this requirement please guide me.
    Thanks in Advance,
    Savitha.

Hi. I don't think there is anything standard like this. You will have to write a program that selects in carts created in the last hour (Table CRMD_ORDERADM_H will show you this).
Then either call function BBP_PD_SC_GETDETAIL structure E_STATUS or check table CRM_JEST for status I1009 with inactive = space. That status means the cart is on hold.

    Dave.

  • Shopping cart - item status table

    Hi Friends,
I have a requirement to develop a Z report which should include two status fields of Shopping Cart.
One status column should show status at header level and the other should show status at item level.
I am able to fetch the Status of the Shopping Cart at header level, but I am unable to find logic to pick to status at the item level.
Can anyone explain how can I get the item status information.
    Thanks and Regards
    Vamshi Sreerangam

    Hi,
The function module BBP_PD_SC_ITEM_STATUS_CHECK will give you the item status of the shopping cart.
You have to pass the guid of the shopping cart and the item for which you want to find the status , then you ll get the status of the item in the export parameter ev_status.
    Thanks&Regards

  • Change Shopping Cart in status "Awaiting Approval"?

    Hi there,
Quick question: Should a user be able to change thier shopping cart if it is still in "Awaiting Approval"? It would seem like a logical thing for the user to be able to change the quantity, date etc of the item before it is approved?
I have been looking at template SAPLBBP_SC_UI_ITS 120 and it seems SAP standard prevents this?
How would I allow users to be able to change shopping carts in awaiting approval state?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

  • Shopping cart in status awaiting for approval

    HI ,
    Scenario is
case 1     SC is created and ordered, but status is having awaiting for approval.
when we did dummy changes in SC and ordered, then we got approved stattus.
my problem why in first case work flow is not started .
Appreciate your efforts and will be rewared.
    Regards
    Ramakrishnaiah Y

    Hi,
When you ordered the cart first, did you check if a workflow was started?
    BBP_PD -> SWI6
If a workflow was started then expand the workflow in the technical workflow log to see if there are any errors in the log.
If the workflow was not started then check with the start conditions to see if they match the first cart cart. Refer to note 322526 for other checks to carry out.
    Which release are you using?

  • SRM 7.0 Modify POWL for shopping cart check status screen

    HI Experts,
The standard settings in check status for SC in SRM 7.0 is to display the sc with item level. This causes the SC number to be repeated (for no. of items in SC) and all links open the same SC in a new window.
We want to display only the header of SC and no item data should be displayed in check status.
    I tried
SRM Server->Cross-Application Basic Settings->POWL and Advance Search->Adjust POWL Layout, search criteria and push buttons----choose feeder type SAPSRM_FEEDER_SC -double click field catalog-choose ITEM_DESCR, ITEM_NO, ITEM_STATUS---CHOOSE display and select HIDDEN COLUMN radio button.
This hides the corresponding columns but duplicate records are still showing.
    Can some one please help?
    Thanks,
    Anubhav

    Hi NM,
After performing the steps in first post for hiding item relevant fields you can filter the data displayed in the result by using the BADI  /SAPSRM/BD_POWL_CHNG_SEL_RSLT .
In the BADI Delete the records from result internal table where SC num is repeated so that thers only one entry for each SC.
Let me know if it works for you or not.

  • Default timeframe for Shopping cart Order status

    HI,
We have requirement to set default time frame 30 days for the "Order status" in SRM 7.0
We used query id SAPSRM_E_CHECKSTATUS_0, but the these changes not replicating in POWL transaction.
can some one help e on this, how to defult timeframe.
    Thanks,
    Rams

I checked out TC POWL_QUERY in our Dev box and it appears to do the trick.  However, in order to update the Order Status screen with the new criteria, I need to run program POWL_D01 which will update all user ID's.  I would only like to update users without anything in the timeframe field.  Any idea if that is possible?  If not, we would need to communicate to our end users first before making the change in case they had different criteria in the timeframe field.

  • Check status for Shopping Cart to include F-53 postings

    Dear SRM GURUS
we are following a classic scenarios and SRM version 4.0 where in we create a shopping cart in SRM and a  purchase Req is created in backend and based on that we create a Purchase Order and do a Goods receipts and Invoice Booking in MIRO in R3.
When we check the status of shopping cart we are able to view all in SRM check status for shopping cart.
Now my requiremnt is that when after MIRO in R/3 we run F-53  for payement to vendor.
Whether this can be displayed in the shopping cart check status that as to when actual payement was made to the vendor through F-53.

    Hi All,
We are on SRM 5.0 .After rejection of shopping cart , if the requestor checks the staus of shopping cart in Check Status link , it is showing as 'In Your Inbox' which i believe is correct but the status for this object id is still Awaiting Approval in transcation BBP_PD.
Why is the status not geting updated in transcation BBP_PD?
    Regards,
    Anubhav

    Hi,
One more strange thing is that there are some shopping carts with status
    Stats:
               Status         Description                    Inactiv
    HEADER     I1015          Awaiting Approval              X
    HEADER     I1016          Release Rejected
    HEADER     I1021          Created
    HEADER     I1038          Complete
    HEADER     I1106          Shopping cart ordered
    But these are very old.
All the shopping carts that were rejected in recent times are..
    Stats:
               Status         Description                    Inactiv
    HEADER     I1015          Awaiting Approval
    HEADER     I1021          Created
    HEADER     I1038          Complete
    HEADER     I1106          Shopping cart ordered
But I have never seen the Accept Changes button in my system , so howcome the old shopping carts have status Release Rejected?

  • Check Status BBPSC04 showing all the shopping carts

    We are on SRM 5.0
When a user clicks on Check Status. It is showing them all the shopping carts even those which are not created or approved by them.

    Hi Srini,
In 'Check Status' all the shopping carts are shown if you do not give anything in the search criteria except the ones that are completed irrespective of the purchasing org / P.group.
If you want to see the shopping carts created for that P.Group / P.org mention the same in the search criteria of the 'Find' tab.
If you want to see the shopping carts only created by you then go to 'Centralized Purchasing' Link and click on the ' Check Status'. There you can see only the shopping carts created by you.
In case of any clarification feel free to ask.
    Award points for suitable answers.

  • BADI  that is called when we create shopping cart

    Hi all,
Can any one tell me the BADI that is called when we order a shopping cart.
    Thanks&Regards,
    Hari

    Hi
For Business Object type - BUS2121, the SAVED event is triggered, once shopping cart is saved, using Standard SRM Workflow.
Refer to SAP transaction - SWETYPV (for Event linkages)
When a user orders a shopping cart. This triggers the SAVED event, which starts the approval workflow. The system analyzes the start conditions in Customizing.
There is information here on which workflow the system should start under which conditions. Each workflow represents an approval process (single-level or multi-level) or is defined in such a way that no approval is necessary.
If approval is required, the system goes through the corresponding approval procedure. The user can meanwhile change or delete the shopping cart. The shopping cart can take on the following statuses:
    Not accepted
    Approved
    Deleted
    Changed
You can further process a request via a subworkflow.
If approval is not required, the system sets the status to Approved and immediately starts the subworkflow.
Users receive a work item. Before the shopping cart can be further processed, they have to accept the rejection of items (or not, as the case may be).
After the shopping cart is released, the system calls the spooler. This transfers the shopping cart to the backend system or creates a purchase order locally in the Enterprise Buyer system.
This is how a workflow triggers.
You want to start several Wf for one event ? Technically this is possible, but not recommended as you will loose some functionalities like the approval preview and maybe some related to the workflow restart: In SRM the system consider that only one workflow instance can be active at a time.
For the approval preview, it get the last active version.
For the worklow restart, the same.
Select BOR object BUS2121 using SWO1 transaction.
The whole list of shopping cart approval WF will be displayed.
Please go through the related links as well ->
    Re: Activating workflow
Re: Custom Workflow is not behave as like standard..
How workflow is getting trigger when you click order
can we have 'BUS2121' for multiple WF..
Hope this will help. Do let me know.
