Since update, my iPhone 3 and iPad give me a mail server error for one of my email accounts. It says I have to correct mail settings, but I always use to get this email before.
I receive a "cannot get mail" message when my iPhone and iPad try to retrieve one of my email accounts. Since updating, it says to verify account information in mail settings. I haven't changed information.
Rarely data and settings are corrupted during an update. What happened when you verified the mail account settings as suggested? Even if they appear OK, I suggest deleting and reinstalling the account.

After my last update mu iphone and ipad has an deleted apple id, but my itunes have the new on and I cannot change it on my devices. Any help would be appreciated.
If it's an old account which you'd updated with a new email address then try logging out of it on the iPad (and iPhone) by tapping on the id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on the iPad (and iPhone). If you created a new account then any content that you purchased/downloaded via the old account will remain tied to that old account, and only that old account can download updates to its apps.

To do that, you don't go to iCloud.com on your iPhone. You use the apps that all your iCloud data is synced into, such as Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Notes, Reminders, Safari (for bookmarks), Photos (for Photostream) etc. -

Since updating my iPhone 3GS on my friends laptop, it keeps asking for her iTunes Id not mine. When I log onto a computer it comes up with my Id but from my phone it's my friends. iCloud emails me to say I have exceeded my iCloud storage but Settings tells me I have 18 out of 25gbs available. I can't understand this.... can anyone explain?
Same problem. Received a from icloud about 2 hours ago saying that I had exceeded my storage and my mail would be stopped. Checked all devices and I have 22.5GB available. It sounds as if there is a problem with icloud?

create a backup of your information in itunes. update your ios software. reset network settings. if that doesnt work, delete and re add email account.

All of a sudden I am not receiving one of my gmails on my Mac mail account. I have a mobile me account, a cox account, a different gmail account and they all seem to be working. I tried deleting it and adding it again. No luck. Not sure what happened. I get the emails on my iphone and ipad just not coming in on my desktop for some reason. Any suggestions?
I actually deleted the account and re-added it as an IMAP account and it seems to be working. No idea why. My other account is still a POP account, but it never had any issues. Oh well. I'm getting them again on my desktop. Thanks for the response though!
