Since updating to iOS 6, I cannot access any of my purchased movies in the cloud

on any of my devices (ipad 3, ipad 2, iPhone 4S or iPhone 4) but I can access them via Apple TV. I have hundreds of purchased movies, so its not rescinded rights by the networks/studios. I have restarted the devices. I've deleted settings. I honestly don't know what else to do. When I open iTunes on a device, click purchased then click movies, all I get is the spinning wheel as if its downloading. After about 10 minutes it just stops. No error message. I don't think it's actually connecting to the movies section because there is a drop down that still says sort by album or artist...as if its still in the purchased music section. I can access the purchased music and purchased tv sections just fine.
Any ideas?

What email account are you having an issue with?
Try removing the account you are having an issue with and then re-add the account via settings > mail, contacts and calendars.
A lot of times this fixes the problem with sending and receiving mail.

Have you tried a reset ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
I've also seen it suggested that people try downloading a free app from the store onto the iPad (as that seems to reset something), and then re-try the apps - the free app can then be deleted.

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.
Some Wi-Fi losses may stem from a problematic interaction between Wi-Fi and cellular data connections. Numerous users have found that turning off Cellular Data in Settings gets their Wi-Fi working again.
You may have many apps open which can possibly cause the slowdown and possibly the loss of wifi. In iOS 4-6 double tap your Home button & at the bottom of the screen you will see the icons of all open apps. Close those you are not using by pressing on an icon until all icons wiggle - then tap the minus sign. For iOS 7 users, there’s an easy way to see which apps are open in order to close them. By double-tapping the home button on your iPhone or iPad, the new multitasking feature in iOS 7 shows full page previews of all your open apps. No you're not the only one having this problem in fact many people are having it I spoke to Apple support today about it. First it is my opinion the aspect ratio is different on iPhone 4s compared to iPhone 5s, however I really feel it is a software issue. Just to make sure I am having the same problem you are I will describe my issue. I Have confirmed the following: if I Center an object on my iPhone 4s screen and open the picture while I am still in the app (open on the bottom left it)looks fine. But when I open camera roll and open that particular picture it's also fine
Until I scroll left or right it pulls the image to the left side appearing to cut off the left side of the image. After talking to Apple support today and my knowledge with Apple products I strongly suspect this is a software issue. Apple asked me to do a restore as a new phone but I'm not going to go through all that nonsense when I believe it's a software issue and not a hardware issue. Since I updated my iphone 4 software from 4.3.3/4.3.5 - bought brand new only 2 weeks before the update came out - to iOS 5, my bluetooth no longer works in me ford fiesta and when I ring people, they literally can not hear a word I say. It has nothing to do with poor signal areas as they are the same areas I was in with the same phone before the software update! i have even sent for a replacement phone and received a reconditioned phone (after paying excess charge - JOKE!) and the same problem occured when I updated again. I cannot believe there is no downgrade as this iOS 5 is a shambles and to be honest, I see very little difference in terms of apps and photos so i have no idea why apple are recommending this upgrade!
Is there anything I can do to improve the fact that nobody can hear me on the phone when I speak?!! Or are apple going to insist I keep a phone that is of no use to me if I can't actually use it as a PHONE!

Thanks! I forgot to add, I have debonded and rebonded the bluetooth in car and phone and have carried out 3 restores on the phone in my ITunes. All to no avail. I have also jsut spent £40 on a lead from Ford that has made no difference too! I went to them today to request a software upgrade on my car as I though perhaps the lack of connectivity in the car was down to the car being behind the iOS5 software but was informed there was no need for an upgrade and this problem is purely an apple problem! Is there any way around the downgrade? Or are apple gong to resolve this problem at all??

Keep getting messages that it needs backing up. Have tried multiple manual back-ups for at least 24 hrs or more, but back-up will not complete. Help!

If you get the error "Backup not successful" and you've tried deleting the last backup and trying to back up manually without luck, try the following test: Go to...
Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>manage Storage, tap your device name in the Backups section, then look under Backup options. Turn off all apps from backup and then do a manual backup. If that doesn't work, then this post will not help. If the backup works, then go back to the app list and turn some on and try another backup. If successful, keep repeating these steps. If it fails at some point, then try to zero in on the one app that seems to make the backup fail. (I had this problem and found one app failing, probably due to a corrupt data file.)
This process will take time, but if a backup works with no app data being used but clearly fails with the original settings, then somewhere in the mix of apps is a "bad" one.

Cannot connect to my WIFI network since updating to IOS 7.0

Since updating to IOS 7.0, I have been unable to connect to my (or any) wifi network.
I have tried every suggestion / help from the forums / web searching.
I have tried different wifi connections (all the same - unable to connect to network).
Waited for the 7.0.3 to see if this has fixed the problem, but no..
I'm extremely frustrated and would like Apple to help.. I'm not the only person with this problem - and I haven't seen a single response from apple regarding this.
Since I am now out of the 1 year warranty - I will be pursuing this through the 'sale of goods' act in the UK if I don't receive a satisfactory response - I expect my device to last longer than a couple of years and consider the ipad broken as a result of the update...

Close out of the mail app. Double tap the home button, find the mail app hold down until you see the red minus sign and hit that. then go back into the mail app and open an email you should now be able to read the full content of the email.
