Since uploading to 6.0 I cannot play any games on Facebook as it does not allow me to post to wall, send requests or even open half the games yet IE will work still, why is this happening?

We installed Firefox 6.0 yesterday [Aug 17th] on our computer. Since that time I have had serious issues with trying to play the games on FACEBOOK. The system will not allow me to send out friend requests, post to the wall and for the flash type games those won't even load at all.

Oh no... NOT THE 99-PAGER!!! Anything but THAT!!!

Try the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on the router
- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
- Wi-Fi: Unable to connect to an 802.11n Wi-Fi network
- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

When I want to update my app a different account comes up now. Wierd. It's the family plan owners id...why is this happening and how do I fix it?

I have my own account attached to this phone. Why is this now happening and how do I return it to update my apps with my login ID?

Did you by chance accidentally purchase these app with the different account?
Because all apps are tied to the apple id that was used to purchase it.
You can also check settings - appstore - apple id - if it isn't your id, log out and log in with your id.

Certain games in facebook on firefox does not upload whole page what can I do

When playing games on facebook, some of the games pages don't load all the way so I can, not able to click or move page to be able to click on items needed. I used to be able to do this and within the last week I can no longer get the pages to load correctly. I have tried everything. but nothing has helped. Please help as I would rather use firefox

this may happen when you encounter a firefox auto-update after a restart of your firefox.exe. 2 ways to solve, 1st, remove the firefox for now, go mozilla official download a completely new install pack of firefox 4, and install it. 2nd, wait wait and wait, use an alternative(maybe google chrome 10.x), during waiting for the firefox.exe responding. good luck of you.

My ipod wont play certain music from Songs, but the playlists work fine, why is this happening?

after the most recent Ipod update (along with the recent Itunes update) my ipod has been acting weirder than normal......on occassion it has frozen up or completely erased all my music when i connect it to my computer and has been sayng it's corrupted (it has since stopped doing this once i updated it but the past few days i have had to restart it numerous times) and when i plug it into itunes it freezes itunes and i have to argue with the thing just to synce my music!
all the music that is on Songs has been added so it CAN locate the original file so im not sure why all of a sudden it wont work...

-Plug in your iPod
-Remove the song files from your iPod
-Disconnect your iPod
-Reset your iPod
-Plug in your iPod
-Send the songs back onto your iPod

Firefox 3.6.12 does not load nay images from Joomla sites 1.5.21 and above. Works on Safari but Not Firefox. This happened after the firefox upgrade. All Joomla 1.5.20 and below work ok. why is this happening?

I have been developing Joomla sites for more than 4 years now and generally all the Joomla sites work well in Firefox. In this case, however, ever since Joomla upgraded to 1.5.21 and above, all Joomla sites on this level are having problems with Firefox 3.6.12 loading images.
We have tested a number of Joomla template manufactures and all the results are the same.
This problem is with the macbook pro only thus far. All the other apple products, like the towers, etc. are fine.
Not sure why this is happening. Any advice would be greatly appreciated,

Thanks a lot for your swift response. And sorry if it was a bit too hectic to go through my detailed query (which I did because it was misunderstood when I asked previously). As I've mentioned above, I was informed that updating to 5.0.1 would '''require''' me to '''delete''' the current version and then install the new one. And doing so will involve losing all my bookmarks. I guess I should have been more specific and detailed there. By losing, I didn't mean losing them forever. I'm aware that they're secured in some place and deleting and installing the software doesn't harm its existence. What I meant that if I install the new version, I'd have to delete the old one. And after installing the new version, I'd have to transfer them (bookmarks) back from wherever they are. Get it? When it updated from 3.6.9 to 3.6.13, and from 3.6.13 to 3.6.18, I didn't need to follow that process. They were already present on their own.
BTW, I'm having no problems with 3.6.18 but after learning about the existence of version 5.0.1, I'm a bit too eager to lay my hands over it.

I had some problems, got a ticket issued, was told to reset all to defaults on firefox. I did that, now the last 2 days, I have had more than 12 times where firefox cannot connect with the server. It does work sometimes., but it seems to be getting worse. I am certain it is not the hardware in this case. It was not until I saw a search engine called Whitesmoke in the search field, that problems began. I went through all the recommended ways to remove and ultimately I was successful, I think, could the server problem be caused by this Whitesmoke search engine hijacker? Please provide a solution, I am sure I am not the only one experiencing this. My system has also slowed down to a snails pace since I reset to your defaults, what can be done about that?

A possible cause is security software (firewall,anti-virus) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.
