SIS some key figures are displaying zero value

Dear all
Following Key Figures in Standard SIS tcode like MCTE, MCTA, etc. are displaying as zero
Incoming Return
Credit Memo
Credit memos qty
Returns items
Returns Quantity
MC+6 is displaying all the key Figures as zero.
What may be the reasons

Dear Babubala
In MC26 I am getting below warning for Incom. Returns, Gross returns, Net Returns 1, Net Returns 2, Returns items, Returns Qty
Incom. returns: Updating with date field VDATU can be set up restrictively only
Message no. M!208
Diagnosis
While updating the key figure Incom. returns the data field MCVBAP-VDATU for the period determination is used.
Updating via MCVBAP-VDATU causes a different result online as for statistic data set up. Online, MCVBAP-VDATU is filled with the current date (SY-DATLO); during set up, however, it is filled with the creation date MCVBAP-ERDAT of the item.
By using VDATU document changes you can see in the statistics that this type of 'delta updating' cannot be reproduced by a statistic data set-up. During the set-up the data is updated in different periods as in online updating, thereby causing the change history to be lost.
Procedure
Be certain that this is the type of updating you want.
In MC26 the Credit Memo Update Setting is VD Billing document and Type of Updating is A     Cumulative updating
while as in Credit memo pricing procedure there is no subtotal. How to maintain it in Pricing procedure and in MC26 because in MC26 after pressing the change button the system is displaying the following message "Maintenance of SAP standard updates not allowed"

  • Some key figures are not being correctly reversed in the Change Log

    Hi Experts,
I'm working with the BI 7 (SP 15) and I have created an ODS with Overwrite option (Record Mode equal to ' ') and a Cube receiving data from this ODS.
Whenever I have a change in one existing record in R/3 side (already previously loaded to BW), it comes perfectly to the ODS and overwrite the record in the Active Data. However, in the change log table, the before image record is not reversing all the key figures, there is one (Quant type) which is not working and it is being doubled in the cube. All the other key figures are Amount type and are working fine. PLease see below some examples of the Change Log behavior:
First time the record comes - Change log content:
Material   Valid Dt   Cost Value      Quantity Rec. Mode      Req. ID
    1234     May/01   $  100.00       10          'N'     1
Second time when the record changes the Date:
    Material     Date      Cost Value      Quantity Rec. Mode      Req. 1234     May/29   $  100.00       10          '  '     2
    1234     May/01   $  -100.00       10          'X'     2
Then the final result in the cube, after it is compressed, is:
    Material     Date      Cost Value      Quantity
    1234     May/29   $  100.00       20
Also, I have a Counter in the transformation to the Cube which is a constant equal to 1, it is also being aggregated erroneously. I could create a routine to check the record mode coming, but I'm not sure it is the best solution.
Can anybody help me to figure this out, please?
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Rajkumar,
Actually it is a generic extractor (customized) and the ODS active data is getting the delta records correctly. After I extract from R/3 and activate the ODS, the active table has correct results, but the change log table has the problem described before. All the fields comes from one single extractor.
The 0RECORDMODE that I mentioned is about the setting in the transformation to the ODS. You have the Technical rule group where you can set the 0RECORDMODE, in my case it is set to ' ' (blank) which means it will receive After-Images from the extractor (which I think is correct in my case). The most curious is that it is working for almost all key figures (all amount type), except for the Price Unit which is Quantity type.
    Any other ideas?
    Thanks.

  • Some key figure are not update for movement type 101

    Dear All,
I have done load for Inventory and now i am finding that for some material the with movement type 101 the key figures are not getting populated, for these materials the values in characteristics is getting populated fine.
I have loaded the data according to stranded procedure in "How to Load...."
I have checked the values of material in R3 and it is there.
    Example of the record::
Material    Plant Movement type  Calender Day    quanity Base Unit
    10101      01       350                     01.02.2006     20             KG
    10101        01       101                     05.07.2006                      KG
    10101         01      101                      10.07.2006                      KG
The Quantity is not appearing in second and third record.

    Hi,
Please check whether you have set  ''Rule groups''  at transfermation level . There you can set the conditions like materials having movement type X can be updated to one Key Figure and material having movement type Y can be updated to another Key figure.
Please check whether you have set this option at transfermation level.
For example, may be in your case materials from different plants are updating to different key figure.
    Thanks,

  • Why key figures are not displaying

    Dear Experts,
I am faced with a problem not encountered before. My report has multiple key figures all of which are not displayed when I run the query. However if I change the view to Tabular format (from query properties) the key figures become visible.
Request your help in resolving the issue.

    Hi,
are you hidden the some key figures? please check.
select the KF -> go to properties -> check the display tab - hide/show/hide can be shown.
if not close and open one more time in query designer.
    Thanks,
    Phani.

  • Key Figures being displayed in Scientific Notation

    Hi GURU's,
I have created a Analysis Process Designer (MultiCube to Flat File) and everything seems to be ok in that but the output for 2 of the key figures are in scientific notation (i.e. 10 decimal places) and this needs to be fixed up immediately.
The value of the Key Figure is displayed as 1.72E04 instead of 1,7231810000000001E04
How do I go about solving this issue.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Praveen Battula

I think in floating point math adding 1 to 9999999999999899999999 is going to be a meaningless operation as by the time one converts 1 to a floating point of the scale & precision needed to represent 9999999999999899999999, it's going to lose any significance (ie: it's going to basically be represented as zero).
You'll need to do a search on how to deal with numbers of very high precision & scale.  I don't have any code to hand.  Have you done any of your own investigation on how to deal with this?

  • Virtual Key Figure in report giving  values

    Hi Gurus,
I have created a Virtual Key Figure on a Multi Provide and completed all necessary user-exit coding.
When I run the BEX report for a single material my Key Figure is populating correct values.
But when I run the BEX report for multiple material and if the key figure value is zero it is putting  star and due this my result is giving me the wrong value.
Please suggest me what I need to do to correct this.
    Thanks,
    Saleem.

    Hi,
    Thank you for your responace.
But still i am getting the same error. While displaying on BEX report some rows showing * and some rows showing ERROR after the value.
    Please advice me .
    Thanks,
    Saleem.

  • FM 'REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY_LVC' : display zero value as '0.00' howto?

    Hi,
this is weird: I have a couple of CURRENCY values in my display structure.
Whenever it is zero, the field is displayed as space, even in detail view.
There is no NO_ZERO set in field catalog.
Ist it possible to display zero values as '0.00'? - The values are present in the fields.
Please: Working solution for 'REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY_LVC'  (on 46C).
    Regards,

    Hi Rich,
we defined our own dictionary structure.
    domain in question is defined
    <pre>
Data type        CURR      Currency field, stored as D
    No. characters       13
    Decimal places        2

    sign and lowercase NOT flagged

  • 0IC_C03 - some key figures have unassigned Store location

    Hi,
I try to implement Inventory managment scenario in BW.I follow the How to document How to handle inventory management scenarios in Bw.
Now I uploaded data to BW, the sume of key figures as general look good but I have problem with key figures, which work with value in currency, this key figures(e.g 0ISSVS_VAL, 0VALSTCKVAL) are not assigned to Store location 0STOR_LOC, values of these key figures have this characteristics Unassigned (#), unlike key figures with amount value e.g. kg etc are assigned to store location. So there is problem that is no possibility to compare material stock in currency and amount.
Do you have any experience how to solve this issue?
I work with BI 7.0 version and use standard object from BI content without modification.
    Thanks

    Hi,
Inventory values are captured at site/plant levels not the storage locations. These values are caputured using 2lis_03_um datasource. When you create a material, materials are created as per site. 0MAT_PLANT.
when there are movements of sales in the inventory, sales take place thru site not storage location. So sloc will not get updated in the transaction. where as when you move stock from one site to other site, there may be on storage location for all site or one sloc for one site. So for qtys you will have sloc.

I have a macbook pro with OSX Mavericks 10.9.5 and some keys randomly are not working. Specifically, the enter/return button, the "p", "0", ";", and all the function keys.  What's really weird is that happens randomly.  I've never spilled anything on it, and I can't for the life of me figure out how to fix this.  Can anyone help?  of course this happened after my warranty expired.

    **update**
I don't know if this will help someone but I am posting this for that purpose.  In the past when I first had this problem, I'd read a post somewhere (sorry, long ago, don't have the link) where an individual was having the same problem and they stated that when the MBP got heated, that's when the keys would stop working, and they went into the MBP and jiggle some stuff around (a specific wire, I'm not electronically inclined so I know NOT of what they spake!).  Well I didn't want to do that but it always stuck in the back of my mind.  I had given up, really, and was planning to take my MBP to the apple store.  But by chance one night I left my MBP on the floor where it's cool, and when I turned it on, the problem went - poof! It seems there was some validity to the post that spoke about heat, because my problems started when I would stream foreign dramas on my MBP for hours at night, and I would hear the fan going off all the time, and in the mornings, my "p", "enter", "0", ";", and all the function keys would stop working.
So, maybe try keeping the MBP in a cool place when it's off.  Since I've started doing this overnight every night (keeping it on the cool floor, out of reach of any big feet), I have not had a single problem with my keyboard.
    Hopefully this might help someone.

  • Multiprovider displays zero value for Key figure

    HI,
Multiprovider contains 3 cubes, in which one keyfigure (YDAYS) presents in two cubes and assigned to multiprovider from two cubes. But iam getting zero value in the multiprovider level. But in the cube level getting the data. This problem iam getting in testing system.
When i compated Develoment system and Testing system everything is correct, mapping, assignment .
Any ideas what might be the problem
    Thanks / Venkata

Check the report to see if it has any filters that is available in only one of the infoproviders. if thats the case then move the filter and make it restricted.
Use RSRT to see which infoproviders are being hit when you execute the query. Look in detail. I had the same problem once and careful investigation revealed a filter that was at the report level instead of kf restriction level.

We've applied SP 14 - SP 22 in our 3.1C BW system. Prior to the patches going in, users were able to unhide hidden key figures through the Change Query local view and view them in the report once the query was executed. After the patches were applied, even though the key figures
were unhiden through the change query local view, they are not returned in the report after executing the

  • KEY FIGURE: Effective purchase order value & K.F "No. of Purch.Orders"

    Yo my fellow Gurus,
Got a problem, when executing listcube on the Info-Cube 0PUR_C01 - I see the data/amounts in the column for "Effective purchase order value" / 0ORDER_VAL. But when running the query with the Key Figure I just get "0"

  • Key figures are of date type

    Hi,
I am working with a standard business content IC that has the key figure InfoObjects defined as type date. When I double click on the InfoObject to review the detail from tab 'Type/unit', I see that it is defined with the radio button 'Date', but the 'Data type' is 'DEC - Counter or amount field with comma and sign'. When I loaded the data to this IO, I would get a 732,163 for the value, for example.
Has anyone come across this issue before? Can I change the standrad IC to have these in the Time characteristics instead of the Key Figures? I am expecting a date value, what should I do?
    Thanks

    Hello ,
This actually depends on ur requirment. if you want some calculation like processing time,difference.. etc.. with this Date infoObject then u have to use the Key Fig InfoObject.
The difference between DAT and DEC is that in DEC..if the date is 13/04/2007 then it will give u number of days from 1.1.0001 that means somthing around 732,688 (current day of month =13 + April = 120 days+2007*365).
and your DAT will take exactly with it recives yyyymmdd (20070413)

  • Displaying zero values when there was no data

There are two columns 'A' and 'B' in the report which has some values.IF there was no data in the report,it shows the following system message
    +"No Results+
+     The specified criteria didn't result in any data. This is often caused by applying filters that are too restrictive or that contain incorrect values. Please check your Request Filters and try again. The filters currently being applied are shown below."+
My requirement was to shows the zero values instead of this message in the table format and should show the chart at 0 axis.
Please give me your inputs and help me finding the solution
    Thanks in Advance.

Because a report with no records will not produce a record "with zeroes," you have to think of another way to let the client know that the report was produced successfully, but simply with no data. We faced this issue with auditing. If no report shows, how does the auditor know that there were no data rather than the report itself not working that day? So what I did is build a "NIL Report." It is a simple report that consists of two columns. The first column is the system date column. The second column is column in which in the fx button (edit formula), I put in a text like "There are no records for this day." The first column serves two purposes: one, to timestamp the report so the user knows what day the 'NIL Report" was generated, and two, to serve as a column because OBI requires at least one column for the report to run.
I also added a footer to the report which had the name of the original report in the left pane and the run date in the right pane. The Title View also contains the name of the original report. Now when viewed, this report has all the essentials to indicate to the user that 1) the report ran successfully; 2) the title of the original report so the client knows which report is associated with the "NIL Report"; and 3) the date the report was run to timestamp the report.
So in one of the two sections, in the Section>Properties, you will use the guid. nav. feature of the section to look at the ORIGINAL report, but this section will have the "If request returns nothing" checkbox" checked off. Put the "NIL Report" in this section. When the original report produces no records, this section will display so the client knows that there were no records.
This is what I mean by a "meaningful report" -- a report that conveys the necessary information to let the user know what is going on. There is no way (that I know) where you can have the original report display "zeroes" when in fact there are no records at all.

    David
