I have skyp set to auto-recharge 10$ when my account gets low. Today when my account got low, skype auto recharged and then a few hours later, auto recharged again. How can I reverse the second auto recharge?

Yes; you will have the same number -- as long as you reactivate your number within the 90 days following your Skype Number subscription's actual expiration date. While it appears to be a convoluted process, I can attest to the fact that it works.

I received an email stating that I have topped up $10 from my paypal to my Skype account due to auto-recharge. However, I have disabled it in the past. Furthermore, the email sent to me is in mandarin. Please help to correct this. I have since disabled Skype auto-recharge, but just a few moments ago, I received 3 more emails stating that I have auto-recharged (3* $10) from my paypal account! I hope that Skype can resolve this as it is a major nuisance and breach of trust. Thank you very much.

How are they showing up on your account e.g. are they auto-renewing subscriptions that you haven't stopped : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4098

If they aren't showing on your account's purchase history then you should also contact your card issuer.

Hello, My id has "live:"<name> on my account. How can I get rid of "live:"? Btw, I am using Microsoft account. Also, since my name as live: I get unnecessary public invites. HOw can I block all these unnecessary invites?

There is no way to make your ID private.
live: <name> is actually your Skype name which is automatically assigned to your account when you create this account using the Microsoft account option. If when creating this account you would have chosen the option "I have a Skype account" and linked Microsoft account with this existing Skype account, then your Skype name would have been this linked account name.

There are fellow users here, you aren't talking to Apple on these forums. You can check the purchase history on your account via the Store > View My Account menu option on your computer's iTunes - not sure whether that shows in-app purchases as I've never made any. You can also check to see if you have any auto-renewing subscriptions . If you don't recognise the charge and you haven't added or changed your credit card details (when you do then a temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the details are correct and valid, which should disappear within a few days) then you can contact iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

It is not possible to create a new iCloud account using a Windows machine. You must create the account using a Mac (10.7.5 or more) or an IOS device (iPhone etc). Once that is done you can sign into and use the account on your Windows machine.

If the music is on the same computer, import the songs to your iTunes library by dragging them into iTunes or choosing File > Add to Library (Mac) or File > Add File to Library or Add Folder to Library (Windows). I shared my iTunes account with my 2 daughters for years. A few months ago, switched to iOS 8 and Yosemite and upgraded to Family Sharing. We can still share music/apps/etc, BUT now everyone in the family has their own playlists, document, etc. Works great.

Yes.
On their iOS devices, under Settings>iTunes & App Store, they should use your Apple ID. When they log into iCloud, iMessage and Facetime, they should use their personal Apple IDs.
