Hello
Your account shows that your Online Number, 3 month subscription is not canceled. To avoid further automatic renewals you need to cancel the Subscription now. Cancellations are effective on your next billing date [02/19/2015] and you can use it until then. Skype Number Subscriptions aren't refundable.

Hi, k5blazer4x, and welcome to the Community,
Please check your account dashboard once more to ensure that the payment posted to your account.  Look for a "reactivate" link for your Skype Number.  If this is not helpful, please contact Skype Customer Service immediately for further assistance.
Here is a link to the instruction on how to contact Skype Customer Service via their secure portal: Contact Customer Service
Skype is aware of lingering problems with the website when contacting their customer service agents. If you experience difficulty reaching Skype Customer Service or find yourself redirected back to the Community, please try again using a different web browser and - most importantly - choosing a different path through the various drop-down menu options presented. Also, look to approve a pop-up dialogue box which would connect you to start an instant message chat with a customer service agent. If you have pop-ups blocked in your browser settings, this will also block reaching an agent.
People are getting through and starting instant message chats with customer service agents, however it may take several attempts before you are successful.

  • I have a subscription for Ireland and still being billed on credit?

I have a subscription for Ireland and still being billed on credit?

    Hi, macconad
Welcome to the Skype Community! Thanks for choosing Skype for your needs of calling Irish phones!
Please be aware of the calling plan you have chosen. Somewhat often, some customers have chosen a Landline-only minutes/subscription plan and have attempted to dial a mobile phone with their surprise to the additional charges they weren't expecting.
Did you choose a landline-only plan?
This means that calling an Irish mobile phone number will result in additional costs deducted from your Skype Credit. There's also a mobile and landline plan for a higher premium. You'd still be taking advantage of Skype's low calling rates.
For your reference, here's the pricing for Republic of Ireland:
Click on the image to visit the rates page. If you have made the correct purchase and really cannot call any Irish number without spending Skype Credit, please let us know. Otherwise, I hope this satisfactorily addresses your concern.
If you've got questions about Skype,
We've probably got answers to them!
Community-based support from people who use Skype everyday - That's powerful stuff!
If you have something on your mind about Skype - a question or feedback - let us know!

  • I cancelled my plan on January 28th and yet I'm still being billed and my last line that was supposed to be cancelled is still active!  This needs to be fixed ASAP!!!!

I was told my line was cancelled on the 28th of January and that I would be receiving no more bills of any kind.  Yet some how for a line that isn't even in use I got a bill that is nearly $300!!!! How can this be!?

First off, I'm only another customer like you, and have no access to your bills or account.  All I can offer is possible reasons why you are now getting a bill.
The line(s) you cancelled were under contract, so involved an ETF if cancelled before the contract ended.
The line(s) were for a phone purchased using the EDGE agreement, and there is still a balance due on the phone.
Billing for service for the billing period in which you cancelled - you are billed till the end of the current billing cycle, so it could be up to a full month's service, depending on when you cancelled and when your billing cycle falls.
A combination of these possibilities.  The bill you received should show you a breakdown of the charges.

  • A fraudulent order placed on my account was cought and cancelled by Verizon, but I'm still being billed for it.

I am a Verizon customer in North Carolina. For the past few months I have been unsuccessfully trying to correct a problem with my account that seems to be getting so out of hand that now when I call to address it, the Verizon representative can’t understand the issue. So I’ve decided to put the issue down in writing to see if someone here can help me…
On May 22nd I received a text stating that my address had been changed. Shortly thereafter I received a phone call from the Verizon fraud department trying to verify an order that was placed on my account. When I told them that I had made no such order, It was explained to me that someone had likely obtained my account info and fraudulently ordered equipment in my name to be sent to an address in Ohio. I was told that the order would be cancelled, my address was changed back to my correct North Carolina address, my MyVerizon account was deleted and I would have to create a new one, and that I would not see any impact on my bill as a result of this issue.
The following bill I received, dated 6/21/14, included $84.66 of normal charges that I had seen on pretty much every bill before that, and $65.71 worth of equipment charges (which included a $24.99 Edge Agreement payment, and $40.72 for Ohio State sales tax) that were a result of the fraudulent order. When I called to complain about it, I was told by a rep in the Billing Department that there was nothing they could do to correct it, and I would have to speak with the Fraud Department. They forwarded my call to a number that no one answered. Eventually a machine picked up and stated that I would have to fill out a form and someone would call me back, and the machine hung up. I then paid the amount I owed of $84.66 on 7/15/14.
The next bill, dated 7/21/14, showed; a balance forward of $65.71, monthly, usage and tax charges equaling $94.63, a late fee of $0.41, and equipment charges of $24.99 (fraudulent Edge Agreement). When I called this time I spoke with a rep that actually did a very good job of explaining the situation to me that even though the order was cancelled, the Edge Agreement that was signed in my name (fraudulently) had to be cancelled through a different process, and only the fraud department could initiate it.  She stated that the “form” that had to be completed to get the fraud department to call a customer back was only available to employees, and not the public, so she would have to make the request. She also stated that she’d put a note in my file that an issue with my bill was being worked on so that my service would not be shut off. I never received a phone call from the fraud department. I then paid the monthly usage and tax fees of $94.63, and the late fee of $0.41 (even though I didn’t really owe it in my opinion), totaling $95.04 on 8/18/14.
The next bill dated 8/21/14, showed; a balance forward of $90.70 (which equates to the equipment charges of $65.71 and $24.99 from the previous two months), an Adjustment of -$10.00 (which was a correction made when I questioned the overusage fee from the previous month), $84.60 of monthly usage and tax fees, a $0.84 late fee, and another equipment charge of $24.99 (fraudulent Edge Agreement). Again, this time when I called I was told the billing department could not help me, I was forwarded to the fraud department and the machine hung up on me. I then paid $74.30 to cover the monthly usage and tax fees on 9/11, while taking credit for the -$10.00 adjustment that I essentially overpaid the month before. Due to a math error on my part, at this point I should have owed $0.30 because I owed $74.60 ($84.60-$10.00) and only paid $74.30.
The next bill dated 9/21/14, showed; a balance forward of $116.83 (which equates to the equipment charges of $65.71, $24.99, $24.99 from the previous three months, the $0.84 late fee from 8/21, and the $0.30 balance that I actually owed), an Adjustment of -$1.14 (due to a “Fed Univ Srv Credit”), $84.60 of monthly usage and tax fees, a $1.25 late fee, and another equipment charge of $24.99 (fraudulent Edge Agreement). This time when I called, I was forwarded to the fraud department, and someone actually answered the phone! After explaining the situation yet again, I was comfortable that the rep understood my situation, and I was told that they would submit an Edge Agreement cancelation form, which would have to be reviewed by their superior, and then the account would move on to someone who did some kind of balance analysis to see how my account was to be credited for charges that were a result of this fraudulent Edge Agreement. They said I would receive a phone call in a few days to verify the changes that were made. I never received a phone call. I then paid $84.60 to cover the monthly usage and tax fee on 10/1. At the time I made the payment, I wasn’t sure what the -$1.14 adjustment was for, so I didn’t account for it in the payment. Though, understanding now that it had nothing to do with my account problems, I basically made an overpayment of $1.14 in the 10/1 payment, and accounting for the $0.30 that I actually owed from the previous bill, at this point, my account should be at -$0.84 ($0.30-$1.14), that is that $0.84 is owed to me from Verizon.
Which comes to my latest bill, dated 10/21/14. The bill shows;  a balance forward of $141.93 (which equates to the equipment charges of $65.71, $24.99, $24.99 and $24.99 from the previous four months, the $0.84 late fee from 8/21, the $1.25 late fee from 9/21, and the -$0.84 balance that was actually owed to me), $84.61 of monthly usage and tax fees, a $1.36 late fee, and another equipment charge of $24.99 (fraudulent Edge Agreement). When I called this morning, the rep I spoke to didn’t seem to know which way was up, and didn’t see any problem with my account. As I started to explain the whole situation again, we were disconnected, which prompted me to write this letter. Because I’m tired of explaining this to everyone I speak to, every time I call, and the story just keeps getting longer. I will be making a payment today in the amount of $83.77 to cover the $84.61 of monthly usage and tax fees, and accounting for the -$0.84 starting balance that I should have.
At this point, I’m receiving 2-3 automated phone calls and text messages from Verizon on a daily basis (which could probably be considered harassment) telling me my balance is past due, yet when I do finally get someone on the phone who understands my issue, I’m told that things are being done to resolve this, but obviously they are not.  I need this issue to be corrected ASAP. I’m done trying to explain this issue over the phone. I NEED SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME IN RESPONSE TO THIS LETTER, TO EXPLAIN TO ME HOW THIS ISSUE WILL BE RESOLVED BY VERIZON.  I will continue to make the payments that are valid due to my usage, but I will not pay any fees associated with an order that was not only identified by Verizon to be fraudulent, but was cancelled by Verizon within the hour that it was made.
Secondary to the issue explained above, I also have an issue in regard to my Hardware Upgrade Eligibility date.  When the fraudulent order was made my upgrade eligibility date was reset to 24 months after the order was made (05/2016). Since the order was cancelled, and the issue above should be resolved shortly, my upgrade eligibility date should be put back to the date it was at before the order (which was sometime in March of 2015, which corresponds to the date that my contract ends). If my upgrade eligibility date is not corrected, and my contract expires, I will not be staying with Verizon.
As I write this letter, I have received yet another text message informing me of my past due balance. PLEASE contact me at your earliest convenience, or forward this letter to someone who can help me resolve these issues.

First thing to always do is write a Certified Return Receipt letter or just copy the post you made and send it to Verizon Wireless and dispute it in writing.
Then walk down to your local court and file a small claims court case against Verizon for all the fraudulent charges. Verizon will call you before that court case and then it may be possible to get this wiped off your account.
Also file a BBB complaint http://www.bbb.org
Again Verizon will contact you to offer to settle. Get the settlement in writing not verbal. Or proceed to court.
Sorry you are going through hell for something you should never have had to go through.
    Good Luck

  • I cancelled my creative cloud membership on the 29th of janurary but I've just been sent an invoice for the bill of this years payment. Luckily there isn't enough money in my bank account for it to go through. But why am I still being billed?

I don't know why Im being billed for it when i spoke to the online service team he told me that i wouldn't be billed for this year and now they are trying to charge me for it. I'm a student and I don't have that kind of money to pay for it so I'm not keeping anything in my card account to make sure that it can't be taken out. How do I tell them again that I'm not paying for it anymore

  • MY BT COMPLAINT! still being billed for faulty ser...

    Good Evening,
I'm not usualy the type of person to complain, however, I feel my hand has been forced by some very unhelpful staff in your customer services department.
I opened my account with BT in January 2010, when the 1st bill arrived you had billed me for a period BEFORE I had recieved any service and also attempted to bill me for a free vision box. this is the only issue that has ever been resolved.
My broadband/vision service has never worked properly, constant connection dropouts, homehub resets, service not available etc etc. several conversations over several months with your staff and an engineer visit, BT have not resolved my issues.
I became aware yesterday, Wednesday 12th May 2010, after running several line quality/speed checks that the maximum speed available to me was 2400 Kbps, yet all results from testing when the line was actually usuable were below 1600 Kbps, despite only being 1 mile away from the exchange. I purchased your services on the assurance from my very 1st telephone call that I would receive a minimum of 8000Kbps and upto 20000 Kbps. My conclusion is your services were mis-sold to me, Had I known about the true capability of my line I would never have ordered BT services.
While I am happy to carry on paying for my landline service, I am not prepared to pay for a non existent broadband/vision service that has never worked as intended since the day it was installed. Despite the many many calls to resolve the issue over the past 4-5 months and an engineer visit, the problems still persist.
What I DO NOT expect, is the rude and obnoxious call center staff that I spoke to this afternoon, After asking to speak to someone in a higher posistion to call me, I felt the need to hangup, and terminate the call before I told her how obnoxious/rude her manner was. I did not get her name, but I'm sure you can pull any records up, if indeed she did make any.
My bill has been paid every month without any problems, yet despite several 'promises' that I would be reimbursed for the lack of service since I had them installed, nothing has transpired and I am now in reciept of yet another bill for services I cannot use.
I have spoken to a very polite/professional young lady in complaints called Janice who has provided me with a reference number for cancellation of my broadband/vision service, yet when I was passed to customer services to resolve the billing issues, the young man who's name I could not understand, was very unhelpful and refused to pass the call onto a supervisor/manager.
My direct debit instruction is now cancelled until BT can provide me with a satisfactory resolution to this matter.

I have recieved a letter today confirming cancellation of my direct debit instruction.
"I Can confirm that this request has now been actioned and you will receive quarterly bills in future."
bloody right it's been actioned, I cancelled it myself!
"However, I would draw your attention to the £68.57 presently outstanding on your account, payment of which is due immediately. Please note that failure to make this payment may result in your telephone service being restricted without further notice."
You mean I am still liable to pay the ADVANCE charges for a broadband/vision service I no longer have! I don't think so. As for restricting my telephone service, don't bother, CANCEL IT INSTEAD! This is now beyond an absolute bloody joke.
If big businesses like BT think they can bully/manipulate the consumer in this way, then they have another thing coming. I have paid you people for 5 months for an unusable service.
This is not something that BT are going to get away with.

  • Skype number subscription cancelled? No!

Howdy,  in one of my Skype Numbers (I have two), there's a message that says:
"Your Skype Number subscription was cancelled. It will expire on November 9, 2013."
Then have the option of getting a new Skype Nr.
However, I didn't cancel that subscription and want to continue to use that number past that date.   It's a US number.
    How can I do that?
When I get a new Skype nr, I can get fairly close numbers, but not the same..
    Thanks!

Ok, contacted customer support (CS) via chat and this is what I got:
CS: I suggest that you wait for this Online Number to expire for you to see an option to reactivate the Online Number.
Me: But I need to put this number out there for people to add in their contacts.
I need to be sure I'll be able to continue to use the number.
Are you telling me that for sure when the number expires I will be able to reactivate it and continue to use it?
CS: Don't worry once the number is expired it will still be on your account for 90 days.
Me: ok, tx. Any reason I can't extend it now?
CS: I apologize but there are some cases that extending an Online Number is available however, we suggest that you wait for this number to expire.
Basically, looks like I can only renew close or after expiration, which 1) doesn't make sense and 2) why does the error message saying my subscription was cancelled appear?
I guess I'll have to wait and see.   Meanwhile, the number is working.
Hope that helps someone out there in the same situation!

  • ITunes app. I recently purchased the Daily app for 1 year service. I am still being billed .99 weekly. Can't find anyplace to correct this.

How can I cancell a Reaccuring app being billed to my cc?

You can call your credit card company and tell them to deny the charges.
Communicate with iTunes customer service and have them end it
    Communicate with the app owner/seller
You can also look into your iTunes settings and somewhere in your account info should be the ability to turn off or choose recurring charges (I've never set any up but have heard people talking about it)

  • I thought a Skype number was free e.g. 0756412123....

I pay for free national calls Australia wide for land line but I did not have to pay for a Skype number. So why is my number disconnected unless I pay a fee?

Hi, Chuck8732, and welcome to the Community!
A Skype Number is a paid subscription; more information here: Skype Number
