SLA 7.1 ZMIN - How to make automatic Product (Hotline Support) assignment

Hello Experts,
I have SLA configured, and now I'm wondering how I can make Product assignment automatic for ZMIN message?
Currently I have to assign the product (Hotline Support) manually for each of ZMIN messages.
Is there any way to do it automatically when ZMIN message created?

    I shut the services both in SYS Test and my DEV box.
    Zipped the Catalog.
    Deleted all the old catalogs from my DEV box.
    unzipped the new Catalog
    started the services and I can see everything under " More Products"
    Shut down the services
    Moved back the Catalog to Sys Test
    And NO LUCK!!!
    I am beginning to think it is something to do with SSL

    Form numbering can be done in a variety of ways. For high volume jobs (or small jobs, too if you happen to own a numbering machine) the numbers are often printed separately after the forms themselves are printed.
    The next most efficient method is to use a printer with variable data capabilities that can pull the numbers from an external file and add them to the print job as it runs.
    The only way to do it directly in InDesign is to make a multipage file -- one page for each number. To do that you will need a list of numbers as a text file, one number per line. You can use this file either for a Data Merge or you can place it like any other text file. Which method is best will depend on the job itself. In either case, I would recommend putting all of the repeating text on the master page. For data merge, leave a hole where the numbers belong and apply the master AFTER you do the merge. For placing, include a frame to hold the number on the master page, apply it to page one, and use autoflow.

    The way it is automated is by setting the correct entry’s in the registration database on the Instruments. In Windows CE registration database.

    But how is this done in the registry on the device?

    changes in "rndisfn.h" in public folder have no influance on your project, because those files are not built at all. Visual Studio will use this one anyway (which is already built): C:\WINCE700\public\common\oak\target\armv7\retail\rndisfn.dll
    To make use of Microsoft public code, you have to clone this code - that is copy selected source files to BSP folder and adjust DIRS files to include new data in the compilation process.
    To clone RNDIS component, copy rndis folder from C:\WINCE700\public\common\oak\drivers\UsbFn\class
    to C:\WINCE700\platform\YOUR_BSP\Src\COMMON\USBFN.

    You can't. When someone downloads and fills-in the form they are working on
    their local copy, on on the file that's on the server. You have no way of
    knowing how many copies of the file were already submitted and no way of
    preventing duplicate codes.

    TAF is a service ? Can it be connected on Apache Tomcat application server
    Oracle version 11.1.0.6
    Users are connect via Tomcat Application server with Oracle RAC having 2 nodes in it.
    Users don't receive data if node 1 (RAC1) goes down. connection error message.
    Where as if RAC2 is down user can still connect to RAC1 and can retrieve data.
    Outside note- I want to understand the difference with Public and VIP of Oracle. My current understanding and correct me if I'm wrong, users are connected with RAC1 Public IP and in case of failure , VIP of RAC1 take over and eventually RAC2 and so on....

    We have SAP CRM, ECC and NW Portal using MaxDB databases.
    For DB Backups and monitoring, we are using Database Studio.
    But in this DatabaseStudio, we have no calendar and no automatic backups is possible. In SAP ECC and CRM, we can access the tcode DB13 which give us acces to the DBA Planning Calendar.
    Connecting on ECC or CRM backends, we can then plan automatic backups.
    But for Portal I dont' find how to use a calendar for automatic backups.
    I saw that in DB13, you can select the system you want to backup. Would it be possible to add the Portal and to manage all systems, including portal, in on single backend point? If yes, how can I add portal system / db to this DB13 menu?
    If not, do you know if there is any other way to have automatic backups of NW Portal? Or any external tool we can use for doing this?

    You can put any database in DBACOCKPIT and schedule centrally using DB13C.

    For bigger production environments I'd suggest getting an external backup too and schedule everything centrally.
    Be aware that especially in a Java environment (such as a portal) it's not enough to just backup the database, you have to backup the filesystem content at the same time to be able to restore your system in case of a failure. If you have just the database backup this won't help.

    I want my visitors to download the mp3 simply by clicking the "down" blue icon. But here's the challenge, I can't do "Link to File" cause I have a lot mp3 files [80 gb total]. I believe Muse can't carry those in one file. I already stored those in my GoDaddy account.
    Right click "Save Links as.." is not an option.
    Hopefully there's another way to do it.

    Wrapu-up is a reporting method, not telephony or UCCE method , what you can do in the outbound case is to do the call back but i had never saw a wrap-up to be used as a filling .
    i think your best option is (if you really need this) is to go to a third party CRM agent software that is capable of doing such thing.

    I tried to make it more tidy. So I decided to use as little textfields as possible. But I am clueless now. I want to recast all these tree textfields…

    If I wasn't using a catalog plug-in...
    I would make a page layout with separate text frames (with placeholder text), the size labels and an empty image frame for the product, and select everything and drag the layout into the library panel. I would do that for the basic variations. Then when I added a page, drag the type of library item onto the page and change the text, add the image and move to the next page.

    Edit to add. You can move the one block of text up using baseline shift. But that much shift makes it difficult to select/edit the text. The screen shot shows a massive amount (65 pts if I recall). The black is actually the selected text that appears above due to baseline shift. In short, your flying blind on editing text unless you use the story editor.

    We have an applet that's using the latest technology, 1.5. We're also using a 3rd party applet that's using earlier technology. When we bring up our web page on a virgin windows platform, the 3rd party applet appears with no problem. Ours though doesn't appear at all unless we manually install the 1.5 runtime. How can we make that install automatic? Or at least make our applet 'know' it wont work. Thanks,

    There seem to be two issues. The first is what people are using. This web stats shows pretty poor penetration of 1.6.

    The second is I've read that mac and 1.6 do not get along except on a 64bit platform.
    So for applets there is not much choice but to compile on 1.5 for the broadest user base. I guess the good news is 1.4 and earlier are almost non-existent.

    One more method is to achieve this is by using Production Scheduling Profile. In transaction OPKP, for your Plant create a new production scheduling profile or use the existing one created in your plant. Inside the production scheduling profile, in order type section, for make to stock field, maintain the value as ZP01 (which you want to come automatically all the time while creating the order by co01) and save.
    Now assign this production scheduling profile in material master of all Semifinished and Finished materials.
    Now create new production order by co01. On initial screen of this transaction give only material code and production plant and enter (don't give anything in order type field).
    After giving material code and production plant, press Enter. After pressing enter system will take you inside the production order .
    Check here by default system will take order type as ZP01.
    Check and Confirm.

    I'm the proud owner of an X220 and a first-time Thinkpad owner. One problem: the Trackpoint. Everything takes me longer, scrolling, clicking, pointing, everything! You loyalists, does it get easier? Help me out, please. Is there a learning curve? Are you actually faster with the red Tracpoint? Or, does everyone carry a USB mouse in their case? I've set mine up so the trackpad is off. The Trackpoint is set to scroll, regular mode. (Smooth scroll is weird and awkward.) Is the Trackpoint productive once you learn to not overshoot and how to hit small spots precisely? Thanks!!!

    Yes, it's just practice.
    The technique that worked for me was to go into the Mouse settings and dial all the sensitivities down as low as they could go--"pointer speed" all the way low, click on "enhance pointer precision," then go to the Ultranav tab, click Trackpoint Settings, and put the slider all the way to "Firm Touch."
    Having the settings like this will give you the most leeway to learn the trackpoint. As you are learning, it will take you longer to move the mouse pointer than it would with the touchpad or a mouse. But you'll get to keep your hands right over the home keys even when you're mousing. (That's why the trackpoint seems to go hand in hand with touch typing, I think.) Over time, you'll get better and faster at the trackpoint, and you can crank the sensitivities back up little by little.
    Eventually, you'll be moving the cursor as quickly as you could with a mouse or the touchpad.
    I haven't plugged a USB mouse into my X220 ever, I think, and I prefer the Trackpoint to all other forms of mouse control including big multitouch touchpads.

    I'm trying to use the LabVIEW2009 installer for the first time. I haven't used any earlier ones, so my understanding is limited. I have created a project and an executable and wish to direct the installer to place some groups of files in a number of directories other than the one in which the executable goes. On the Source Files page I can see a number of Folder descriptions in square brackets. I don't understand how to use these. Are they to be set up to point to specific directories? If so how?
    So far I have managed to create an installer which puts all the support files from the project in a single directory. My attempts to select a subset of files within the Project View window and place them in a separate directory were not allowed since they are treated as an indivisible group. Basically i don't know enough about the installer and my searches for information have only yielded very basic information.
    If anyone can help by supplying or pointing to more detailed information I'd be most grateful.

    Destination View—Specifies the location and directory structure of the files when they are installed. Select an item from the Project View tree and click the arrow button or drag the file to the Destination View tree to include it in the installer directory structure. You can drag multiple files at the same time. Click the buttons below the Destination View tree to add, remove, and rename folders in the directory. You also can right-click the folders and select a command from the shortcut menu.
    The folders in the Destination View directory that do not have an LV prefix correspond to Microsoft Installer (MSI) properties that install files in the following locations.
    [CommonAppDataFolder]—Files you include in this folder install to the Application Data folder.
    [CommonFilesFolder]—Files you include in this folder install to the Common Files folder.
    [DesktopFolder]—Files you include in this folder install to the Windows desktop of the current Windows user.
    [LVxxRTEDIR]—Where xx is the LabVIEW version currently in use. Files you include in this folder install to the folder of the Run-Time Engine for the LabVIEW version currently in use.
    [LVDIR]—Files you include in this folder install to the folder of the LabVIEW version currently in use.
