Currently the w_htmldata informations are stored in the form of RAW 1024 characters.
Using the below mentioned FM the attachment information i am passing through

Have you upgraded to Yosemite? Then you could send the attachment using Mail Drop.
You can use Mail Drop to send files that exceed the maximum size allowed by the provider of your email account. Mail Drop uploads the large attachments to iCloud, where they’re encrypted and stored for up to 30 days.
If you have an iCloud account and you’re signed in to iCloud when you click Send, Mail automatically sends the attachments using Mail Drop. Mail Drop attachments don’t count against your iCloud storage.
If you don’t have an iCloud account, or if you’re not signed in, Mail asks you whether to use Mail Drop (select “Don’t ask again for this account” to always use Mail Drop).
If a recipient uses Mail in OS X Yosemite, the attachments are automatically downloaded and included in your message just like any other attachment. For other recipients, your message includes links for downloading the attachments and their expiration date.
You can turn Mail Drop on or off for an account. Choose Mail > Preferences, click Accounts, select your account, click Advanced, then select or deselect “Send large attachments with Mail Drop.”

Emailing attached HTML file with embedded applet
Are there any mail servers that could reject emails with attached HTML file that includes embedded applet in a Java Plug-in Object tags? It has an absolute path to a server where the applet resides.
I have seen very few cases where Symantec Anti Virus filter is dropping the messages because of a mime problem. It appears that only two workarounds are to upgrade the Symantec product and to bypass our domain.
Is there anything I could do to prevent the mime problem issue? I hope the Java applet is not an issue.

But generally it is never a good idea to send e-documents as email attachments. Better use a file sharing service (Acrobat.com, Dropbox, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, ..), upload the document, then send the shared download link via email.

It's nothing to do with the way you send them. Every mail client chooses how to cope with attachments: in some there is a preference setting but in many cases it automatically displays embedded images. Even where there is a preference setting it's up to the person receiving the email: you can't control it. Why are they so fussed about your sending as an attachment? The image can be saved easily enough, usually by dragging it to the Desktop, or by a button to save attachments. If they really want this you are going to have to zip it, there isn't any other way round it. -
Hi experts
I have created a smart form which includes a logo (graphics). when this form is sent, through the system, the logo is not shown.
Instead, the space of the logo is there but empty.
I need you advice!
best regards;
Husainoh;;Hi,
if you send the smartform as an html document pictures are AFAIK not embedded. They are just linked. If you use a picture from the sap mime repository you have to make it accessable. This requires that the receiver of the mail has a web access to the sap server and the ICF services for the mime repository have to be open and need a service user so the picture can be read.
Rgds.

Hello experts,
I just got an iPad 3 and I am trying to figure out how to attach a file to an email that is already drafted or while replying to a mail.

AppleScript: Change an order of texts and HTML file in the body of Mail
I would like to know how to insert a HTML file below the Signature in the body of Email.
This is my code,,,,
set the clipboard to (read (choose file) as «class RTF »)
set theBody to "Hello"
tell application "Mail"
activate
set theMessage to make new outgoing message with properties {content:theBody, visible:true, subject:"mysubject"}
end tell
tell application "System Events"
tell process "Mail"
set focused of UI element 1 of scroll area 1 of window 1 to true
keystroke "v" using command down
end tell
end tell
What I would like to do is an order of body going like
From the top:
Body
Signature
HTML rtf file
Please teach me how to do!

Wondering how about inserting a HTML between body and signature? If you have a free time, please give me a tip again. Anyway, thank you for your help. Cheers,
You can set the order like this:
set the clipboard to (read (choose file) as «class RTF »)
set theBody to "Hello" & return & return -- need two return character to paste the clipboard after the body
tell application "Mail"
activate
set theMessage to make new outgoing message with properties {content:theBody, visible:true, subject:"mysubject"}
my pasteToEnd()
delay 0.6 -- need a delay to not remove the pasted text.
set message signature of theMessage to signature 1 -- this put the signature after the text
end tell
on pasteToEnd()
tell application "System Events"
tell process "Mail"
set focused of UI element 1 of scroll area 1 of window 1 to true
key code 125 using command down -- (arrow down + command down) to set the insertion point to the end of text
keystroke "v" using command down
end tell
end tell
end pasteToEnd
Here's another example, the order = the HTML, the body and the signature:
set the clipboard to (read (choose file) as «class RTF »)
set theBody to "Hello"
tell application "Mail"
activate
set theMessage to make new outgoing message with properties {content:"theBody", visible:true, subject:"mysubject"}
my pasteAtBeginning() -- at beginning
delay 0.6 -- need a delay to not remove the pasted text.
set message signature of theMessage to signature 1 -- this put the signature after the text
end tell
on pasteAtBeginning()
tell application "System Events"
tell process "Mail"
set focused of UI element 1 of scroll area 1 of window 1 to true -- this set the insertion point at beginning
keystroke "v" using command down
keystroke return & return -- to put a blank line between the RTF and the body
end tell
end tell
end pasteAtBeginning -

I am unable to attach any files to my Gmail or Mail
When I try to attach any kind of file to my Gmail account it locks up and I get the spinning ball of death. I tried using MacKeeper to clean my PC but no change. I have tried using Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome, Mail - they all have the same same problem. I then have to force close the programme I have not been able to send any documents with any attachments. I am running Mavericks X and all my updates are up to date.
When the Finder window opens in Gmail to select the file it does not load fully as it lists the files but greyed out so that I cannot select the required file at the same time the spinning ball appears - time out!!
My laptop is a MacBook Pro
Please help I am going madStep 1
Remove "MacKeeper" as follows. First, back up all data.
"MacKeeper" has only one useful feature: it deletes itself.
Note: These instructions apply to the version of the product that I downloaded and tested in early 2012. I can't be sure that they apply to other versions.
IMPORTANT: "MacKeeper" has what the developer calls an “encryption” feature. In my tests, I didn't try to verify what this feature really does. If you used it to “encrypt” any of your files, “decrypt” them before you uninstall, or (preferably) restore the files from backups made before they were “encrypted.” As the developer is not trustworthy, you should assume that the "decrypted" files are corrupt unless proven otherwise.
In the Finder, select
Go ▹ Applications
from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-A. The "MacKeeper" application is in the folder that opens. Quit it if it's running, then drag it to the Trash. You'll be prompted for your login password. Click the Uninstall MacKeeper button in the dialog that appears. All the functional components of the software will be deleted. Reboot.
☞ Quit MacKeeper before dragging it to the Trash.
☞ Don't empty the Trash. Let MacKeeper delete itself.
☞ Don't try to drag the MacKeeper Dock icon to the Trash.
Step 2
From the Safari menu bar, select
Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Privacy ▹ Remove All Website Data
and confirm. Test.
