Hello, I would like to know how can I save the snapshop that I take (MMAPI in MIDP 2.0) into a file and then I can use it like an icon

Hi,
getSnapshot(..) returns a byte array, so you're able to create a new Image object immediately bu using that byte array, see Image.createImage(byte[ ], int, int).
However, when you would like to store this snapshot as an file things get a little more complicated.
Have you tried the setRecord(int recordId, byte[] newData, int offset, int numBytes) method in the RecordStore (RMS)? Looks like that it should be possible to add the byte array as a new record in the RMS. Okay, the snapshot will then not be available as a separate file object...
There's also a possibility by using the 'Connector.open("file://<<<drive>>>/<<<local folder>>>")' method, but then it requires that your device manufacturer's implementation allows MIDlets to access its filesystem and to create new files... You will probably run into further Java security problems and annoying user dialogs (grant access to certain drives or folders, etc.).
I suggest to look at the RMS part, unless you really would like to store the image as a separate (and accessible) file.

Scanning multiple pages into one file using MAC

How do I scan multiple pages and save them into one file or document using a MacBook Pro laptop? My printer is an HP Photosmart 7520. When I use this printer and scan from my PC, it does allow me to scan multiple copies and save as one document by just adding pages as I scan. When I scan with my MacBook Pro, it scans each page, however, I don't get any option or choice to save as one document. It automatically saves each page as a separate document.

Try scanning from your Mac. Use Image Capture app in your Applications folder.
Click once on the scanner on the left side, then click on Show Details along the bottom. Along the right side you will see LOTS of options for scanning and saving.
One of those is Format, make the Format PDF. Just below that will be a check box allowing you to scan multiple pages to one file.

I tried deleting FireFox and reinstalling it multiple times, and a message pops up sometimes that says FireFox may not have installed correctly, so I follow the steps, but all the extra icons on my desktop don't go away. This has happened every time I have downloaded FireFox. The browser itself works, but I need to know how to get rid of these icons, but still be able to use FireFox. This is on a new computer, with Windows 7.

Managed to solve this myself. Just went to properties > hidden.

Payment Order (multiple) Idocs need to be downloaded into single file

Hello Gurus,
I am able to generate Idocs for Automatic Payment Run in F110 for message type PAYEXT with PEXR2002 idoc type. However, what I found is the system generates one idoc per vendor for a single payment method. So, for example if I run APP for 50 vendors at a time, 50 different idocs are generated and placed in AL11. Currently the requirement is to download the idocs into flat file and upload it in Bank's website. I would like to know is there any way to download all the 50 idocs into a single file (ie a single file containing payment run information for all vendors).
PS: I use CG3Y Tcode to dowload Idoc from AL11 mentioning the directory path but this can allow me to download only one file at a time.
Any Info regarding this would be appreciated.

i have some problem with writing the values into excel file...if \ found then the values after will write the values in next rows...

The Write to Spreadsheet File is not the same as writing to Excel -- for that, you should use the Report Generation Toolkit (and there have been a number of posts here, as well as examples that ship with LabVIEW).
That being said, it is not clear (a) what you are trying to do, and (b) what is (or is not) happening. The image you attached looks OK ...

This may not be an option for you but in pinch you may want to consider outputing your data to an MS Spreadsheet, then saving it as a CSV. It's somewhat of a cumbersome process, but it will get you by for now.
You will need to change your content type to application/vnd.ms-excel.

Hi,
Create the file format thru OWB and mention the location in OWB. Deploy the file and it will be ready to use for target load. Make sure the connection to the target loc is available.

How to store data into a file from a host VI developed for Compact RIO

I am new to the CompactRIo.I have developed a VI which runs on the FPGA(CompactRIO) which continuously monitors tha data from a system and i have developed a host VI to read the data and i am successfully getting the data into my computer and i want that data to store into a file.When i use the write to spreadsheet VI for writing into a file.The data is not written into file can anybody tell me why this is happening?

1.As you said to connect to ftp://xx.xx.xx.xx i have seen some extra files along with my files waht are they? waether my data files are stored in flash memory of RT controller?if so, how to clear those files?
2.Suppose i want to clean up the flash memory of RT contrller i.e suppose i have deployed some file earlier , now i want to cleanup those i dumped into the memory how to do that?
3.How to disable the Application running on the RT controller when it powers on? i.e. when i switch on the power it should be connected but nothing hould be running on.

How to convert a .class file into .java file without .jad using DeJDecompil

I am using DeJDecompiler and working with swing applications.If I try to convert a .class file into .java file,it is converting into .jad file only.Fine but if I try to save that file into .java file,It is giving lot of errors in that program.When I went into that program the total style of the program is changed and TRY-CATCH block is not recognised by the dejdecompiler,hence If I try to include some methods in the existing .java file thus got,I could not do.Kindly help me.
If I get the .java file without error then I can process the rest of the functionality.

HT1473 How do I get iTunes to download an entire album in one file versus splitting it into multiple files with the same Album Title?

I have added several CDs to my iTunes files, several Albums were added in the form of multiple files of the same Album title with random songs listed, but not the entire album in one file.
I have tried to reassemble the Album into one file, but could not find a way to do so.

Generally setting a common Album title and Album Artist will fix things.

Scaning multiple pages into one file on a 4630

Using HP 4630 printer, windows 8.1, wireless connection.
Want to scan multiple pages into one file.
Per user manual, I work from the computer not the printer.
When first page is scanned am asked if I want to save, I click yes and name file.
When I scan second page am again asked if I want to save, my file name appears, I am told it already exists and asks if I want to keep or replace it.
Whichever one I click, only the second page is saved.
What am I doing wrong?

I'm trying to create a cartoon taking a movie (I've chosen blade runner) as base. I've got the real movie and I've exported all the pictures using VirtualDUB. Now I have a lot of images to modify. I would like to modify the actors faces with the faces generated by Facegen modeller. I'm thinking how to make the whole process automatic because I have a lot of images to manage. I've chosen to use Automate BPA,because it seems the best for this matter. I'm a newbie,so this is my first attempt using Adobe Photoshop and Automate BPA. I wrote a little script. It takes a face generated with Facegen modeller and tries to put it above the original actors faces. But it doesn't work very good and I'm not really satisfied,because the process is not fully automated. To save some time I need to write a script that captures the coordinates of the mouse when I click over the faces and that saves them into a file,so that Automate BPA can read these coordinates from that file and can put the face generated with Facegen Modeller above the original face. I think that Automate BPA is not good for this matter. I think that two coordinates are enough,X and Y. They can be the coordinates of the nose,because it is always in the middle of every face. It is relevant to knows how big should be the layer of the new face,too. This is the Automate BPA code that I wrote :

In the last scene of the video you will see the script asking to input the X and the Y coordinates of the nose. This request is time consuming. For this reason I want to write a script that captures automatically the coordinates of the mouse clicks. The only thing to do should be click over the nose and the script should make the rest. As "c.pfaffenbichler" suggested here : http://forums.adobe.com/thread/775219, I could explore 3 ways :
1) use the Color Sampler Tool’s input with a conventional Photoshop Script.
2) use After Effects would provide a better solution.
3) Photoshop’s Animation Panel might also offer some easier way as it might be possible to load two movies (or one movie and one image) and animate the one with the rendered head in relation to the other.
Since I'm a totally newbie in graphic and animation,could you help me to explore these ways ? Thanks for your cooperation.

These are the coordinates of the contours of the face that you see on the picture. Can you explain to me how they are calculated ? The coordinates of the first colums are intuitive,but I'm not able to understand how are calculated the coordinates of the second one.
