SOA-Cluser and WSDL one physical soap:adress?

Hi All,
Regarding WLS-Cluster with SOA-Installation need to check, if Loadbalancer (via Hardware LB und then Appache LB) is configured correct.
In Addition, I see in WSDL only one physical soap:adress (one node) and NOT all Nodes or one V-IP. How can I solve that?
Which topics and/or points is to check? What is best approach to check it?
Regards,
Moh

The cluster address is used for EJB handles.
I would try setting cluster -> Configuration -> HTTP -> Front End Host/Port
This can also be set at the individual server level also:
Server -> Protocols -> HTTP -> Front End Host/Port
I would try the cluster level first and if you are still having the issue try setting each of the server level hostnames as well.

  • SOAP and WSDL help.

    I'll try to make this as simple as possible in hope I get a
    response. I have a particular web service I need to consume. Using
    its WSDL file I have locally, how can I make a direct SOAP call to
    it using the actual XML SOAP envelope? It balks when trying to use
    cfinvoke with CFinvokearguments, giving me a "method doesn't exit"
    error. I figure I can invoke the service somehow using CFHTTP and
    using the entire soap envelope to call the web service. Am I
    barking up the wrong tree here?
    Looking at the actual soap body inside the envelope, Since
    its XML there are a number of child tags inside i.e.
    <soapenv:Body>
    <the_request>
    <security_header>
    <some_element>whatever</some_element>
    <another_element>whatever2</another_element>
    </security_header>
    <config_header>
    <some_configelement>whatever</some_configelement>
    <another_configelement>whatever2</another_configelement>
    </config_header>
    <data>
    <some_dataelement>whatever</some_dataelement>
    <another_dataelement>whatever2</another_dataelement>
    </data>
    </the_request>
    </soapenv:body>
    Thats it, no magic, no soap headers, nothing. Its all
    contained within the body. Side note: How does CFinvoke arguments
    keep track of what child elements they are under in the call? Any
    help would be appreciated..
    Thanks! Jeff

    I wish I could give more details. Heck, I would post the
    entire WSDL and soap call, but I am under NDA with the company that
    I am implementing it from. I am also in between a rock and hard
    place, because they DO NOT have any coldfusion implementation of
    their product and know nothing about the language. So, I am SOL
    when I am having problems with consuming their web service.
    With that being said, I have used CFINVOKE and CFinvoke
    arguement. Odd thing is that when I do and pass the correct
    arguments, it tells me that the method doesn't exist. Now, I have
    even heard that you must include all optional arguments with some
    web services. I tried that too, still it tells me the method I
    chose doesn't exist. Very frustrating.
    Thats why I thought there might be a way to use the entire
    soap envelope against the WSDL to produce a result other than
    "method doesn't exist".

  • How do i delete my primary email address and use one of my alternate email adresses as my primary email address

    how do i delete my primary email address and use one of my alternate email adresses as my primary email address

    Hey freightguy,
    It sounds like you want to change your Apple ID. Follow the steps in this link to do so:
    Before you change your Apple ID:
    Sign out of all Apple features and services that you use with your current Apple ID.
    Make sure that the email address you want to use for your Apple ID meets these conditions:
    The email address is one that you use regularly, because it will be the primary email address for your Apple ID.
    The email address is not associated with any other Apple ID.
    The email address is not an iCloud email address, which is already an Apple ID. iCloud email addresses end with @icloud.com, @me.com, or @mac.com.
    To change your Apple ID, follow these steps:
    Go to My Apple ID (appleid.apple.com), click "Manage your Apple ID", and sign in.
    If you have two-step verification turned on, you'll be asked to send a verification code to the trusted device associated with your Apple ID. If you are unable to receive messages at your trusted device, follow the guidelines for what to do if you can't sign in with two-step verification.
    In the "Apple ID and Primary Email Address section," click Edit.
    Enter the email address you want to use, then click Save Changes. Apple will send a verification email to that address.
    Open the email from Apple, then click Verify Now in the email.
    When the My Apple ID page opens, sign in with your renamed Apple ID.
    If you have two-step verification turned on, you'll be asked to send a verification code to the trusted device associated with your Apple ID.
    After you see a message indicating that verification is complete, remember to update all of the stores and services that you use with your Apple ID.

  • Axis2 and wsdl- Exception thrown when client attempting server connection

    Hi all,
    I am trying at the moment to develop an Axis2 server, and test it with a client.
    The server is to provide a soap wsdl service, returning an object request.
    I have generated server code and client code using axis2's wsdl2java tool, and all seemed fine.
    The server I created using this generated code seems to work, so far as i can tell, as I can connect to it through a browser.
    For example, using the browser I can connect to it via:
    http://localhost:8888/services/PersonInfo
    and it gives me a page showing 'Deployed Services', listing the operations available.
    but the funny thing is here that it seems to auto-direct me to another url: http://localhost:8888/axis2/services/ which I have not specified.
    For the server I am using the axis2 supplied SimpleHTTPServer. Here is the complete code excluding the actual generated code:
    public class EmbeddedAxis2Server {
        public static void main(String[] args) throws Exception {
            ConfigurationContext context = ConfigurationContextFactory.
            createConfigurationContextFromFileSystem(null, null);
            AxisService service =
            AxisService.createService(caps.integration.rhos.dk.schema.astraiaservice._2008._04._15.PersonInfo.class.getName(), context.getAxisConfiguration());
            context.getAxisConfiguration().addService(service);
            SimpleHTTPServer server = new SimpleHTTPServer(context, 8888);
            server.start();
    }I can even call the published operation using the browser, via the url:
    http://localhost:8888/axis2/services/PersonInfo/getPersonInfo
    and pass in arguments using the usual form variables syntax.
    HOWEVER!! My problem is (and maybe it is related to the url redirect strangeness I mentioned above, or maybe not), that my coded client is not able to connect.
    I generated the client stubs also using wsdl2java, and call the functions... but I get this show stopping exception:

    Hi, I have an update!!!
    Another aspect of my problem (which I had forgotten to mention) was a mysterious difference in the original wsdl file, and the one that was generated by my SImpleHTTPServer when my browser contact it, and requested the wsdl. That is, when I use the url in my firefox browser
    [http://localhost:8888/axis2/services/PersonInfo?wsdl|http://localhost:8888/axis2/services/PersonInfo?wsdl]
    the wsdl that was returned to the browser was different in several ways to the original wsdl that I generated my server side java code from using the axis2-1.3 wsdl2java.sh script.
    I had noticed this, and decided to create a client using this new and strangely different wsdl, and see if this provides different results.
    It worked!!! After creating my stub java code with the new wsdl file, and the wsdl2java tool, and modifying my custom java code to match the different stub generated, the client was able to connect to the server, and return me a serialized object.
    Does this give you any clues as to what may be the real problem?
    Differences in the wsdl include:
    1. the targetNamespace attribute listed in the wsdl:definitions tag shows the namespace backwards!!
    2. The new generated wsdl file has two extra element types,
    GetPersonInfo, and GetPersonInfoResponse, + GetPersonInfoIn , GetPersonInfoOut
    while the original only game me GetPersonInfoOut & GetPersonInfoIn.
    The client code I had to change now looks like this:
    try
                ConfigurationContext context = ConfigurationContextFactory.
                createDefaultConfigurationContext();
            PersonInfoStub stub =  new PersonInfoStub(context);
                GetPersonInfo reqs =   new GetPersonInfo();
                GetPersonInfoIn req = new GetPersonInfoIn();
                reqs.setGetPersonInfoIn(req);
                req.setCivilRegistrationIdentifier("CIV123");
                req.setHospitalCode("HOS123");
                req.setRequestId("123");
                req.setUserName("sean");
                GetPersonInfoResponse res = stub.getPersonInfo(reqs);
                GetPersonInfoOut resultObj = res.get_return();
                            OMFactory fac = OMAbstractFactory.getOMFactory();
                            OMElement xml = resultObj.getOMElement(GetPersonInfoResponse.MY_QNAME, fac);
                            XMLStreamWriter writer = XMLOutputFactory.newInstance().createXMLStreamWriter(System.out);
                            writeOMElement(xml, writer);
            } catch(Exception e){
                e.printStackTrace();
                System.out.println("\n\n\n");
            }

  • More webdispatchers on one "physical" server serving more WAS

    Hi we have two different web AS which we both need to access from the
    outside(HTTPS port 443). Normally you would just install two web dispatchers on two
    different servers.
    However it would of course be preferable if you could install the two
    web dispatchers on one physical server.
    I have seen a document by Jochen Rundholz where it's mentioned that
    this is the recommended way to do it. Infortunately I have not been
    able to find any more documentaion on how.
    Do any of you have any more documentation on how to configure this?
    Best regards
    Flemming Grand

    Hi Flemming
    Hi,
    We can install multiple web dispatcher on one host (with different SIDs)
    Note: until release 7.20 (same kernel/web dispatcher also in 7.02) you need 1 wd per message server. It is also possible to cascade them. see note:
    https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/740234
    the mandatory rule is ONE webdispatcher per ONE message server until 7.02/7.20 (exception: dual stack setup with Java addin, which is not not recommended anymore by SAP except for Solution Manager
    If you have only one ip:port for the internet, but several web dispacthers, becasue you have several system with several central systems/ message server, then you have to cascade the Webdispatcher. One Web Dspatcher collects all others WDs for the internet IP:port.
    Virtual IP adresses is IMHO more relevant for high availability and/or ACC adaptive computing controlling if you want to move Systems to different physical hosts.
    Also please check the following link:

    I hope the info in this helps you.

  • Design the New process set up for Materials in one physical stock serving p

    Hi Experts,
    The requirement is one physical plant as two different logical plants in the system. The main issue is how to administrate or how to find the set up which allows one Physical warehouse in Hamburg which we have supplying two Logical warehouses in the system without having thru really physically separate the warehouses into two different ones. Materials physically will be only for one warehouse.
    Most of the things are pointing in the direction that order Backlogs will not be converted into new organization. We have backlogs for the material requirements for purchase orders, sales orders whatever we have in the current setup; then there will have all are new orders from the certain dates taking in the  new organization set up. These backlogs are very long at least three to four years.
    We would like to find some way to have the all the material requirements ending up in one basket instead of two baskets. That still be able to deliver at least in system point of view from two different baskets.
    We need to do analysis on one physical stock serving plant into two different system plants that could be done either by material master data or as i understood that could be from PS side.
    can any one please tell me how we can maintian this setup in the system.

    Sorry, the creation of such an end-to-end solution is outside the scope of an online forum.  Most consulting companies would send a multi-disciplinary team to perform this task, and would take several weeks to research your requirements, and come up with a prototype.
    Sales order availability checking is described in SAP online help

    I will say this.  If your goal is to have two plants, with two company codes, and you wish to only procure or produce in one of the plants, then generally I would recommend using Special Procurement via Stock Transport Order (in standard SAP, Special Procurement 40).  This based on a very small knowledge of your requirements.  I have already cited the Sap online help for special procurement.

    We have two iphones and only one ipad - no mac.  We want to be able to use "find my iphone" for both phones.  How do we get the ipad to accept two iphone accounts?  icloud is enabled on all three devices.

    Also, be aware of the following:
    The "Find my..." function is pretty much useless if the device is in the hands of a thief.  All that is necessary is for the thief to connect to any computer with iTunes and "Restore as new."
    The only real protection you have is with the personal information on the device rather than the physical device itself.  Something as small as an iPod/iPhone should have a strong 8-digit (or longer) password AND be configured for automatic wipe in the event of ten consecutive incorrect password entries.

  • Howto use SSL-2 (https) and .pfx certificate in SOAP cc - padding error!

    I'm working on a rfc to soap scenario in PI 7.1, and I must connect PI to some external web services through https.
    We must use a two-sided SSL connection (SSL-2), we received a .pfx certificate to achieve this.
    SAP Basis installed the certificate in the (java)nwa. In the SOAP communication channel i can choose the installed ceritifcate when i set the 'Configure Certificate Authentication'. Tried this, got the "error: iaik.security.ssl.SSLException: Padding length error: 106"
    Other option tried is to set the 'Select security profile'and choose Web Services Security. Then in the receiver agreement i can set the certificate for the encryption and/or decryption. Various scenario's tried, not succesful. We've seen that the pfx certificate contains two certificates (private and public one). But in the receiver agreement there is no choice between those two, we can only select the .pfx
    We also added a user with transaction EXTID_DN. Still got the same error.
    Does somebody have a suggestion what to do?  Must we split the .pfx certificate in two separate files/certificates?  Do we use the incorrect DN/CN in the EXTID_DN?

    Hi,
    What is your requirement ? The "2-sides" concept of SSL, what is it exactly ? Or does it simply mean that you're going to connect to a SSL target providing a SSL client certificate ?
    Usually, you import the SSL target's CA chain (ie Verisign CAs, etc) into the NWA key store, provide the CA chain for your own SSL client cerificate to the target and configure channels accordingly

  • Difference between joins that we mention in LTS and the one in Business dia

    Hi Gurus,
    Can anyone please share the exact difference between the joins in the LTS of logical table and the one that we use in business diagram.
    Let me put this clearly.
    1.we can map a logical table source with other physical tables and mention the type of join to be used. when this approach should be used.
    2.We can also mention the type of join between the 2 logical tables while defining a join between 2 logical tables. when this should be used.
    Thanks in advance.........

    Hi,
    1.we can map a logical table source with other physical tables and mention the type of join to be used. when this approach should be used.
    --Whenever you need to take the joins with the physical layer tables along with the logical table that is hit, we add the physical tables that is joined in the physical layer and make inner or other joins accordingly. Default the tick will be there, but when you are overriding the physical layer joins of the tables in the content tab 'where clause' then you need to remove the tick and allow it to take the joins/conditions specified in the 'where clause'.
    2.We can also mention the type of join between the 2 logical tables while defining a join between 2 logical tables. when this should be used.
    --These joins tells the OBI server to make the optimum joins while requesting for the request and tells about the cardinalities to join.
    Hope this solves your problems

    Can multiple instance be in one physical professor?If it can,how can I run multiple queries in this multiple instance?
    Any help would be very appreciated.
    Regards

    Let me see if I understood your requirement, you want to have several Oracle Instances on the same machine (processor) don't you. And you want to run a single query against this, it could be interpreted in a couple of ways, you may want to set up a RAC environment, and let oracle decide where it is going to run the query, or you could be talking about a distributied query, peforming a join against different tables located on different instances.
    Further clarification is required from your side.

  • How to use SOA Suite in conjunction with SOA Analysis and Design Tools

    Hi everybody,
    I am a novice in this field and I need some help regarding integrating analysis and design tools with SOA Suite.
    We used to analyze and design with Oracle Designer and use its powerful form generator to develop a system. It almost covered all the software lifecycle and kept the traceability between anlaysis,design and implementation.
    I have studied about the SOA concepts and read some papaer about SOA Suite. I have also installed the SOA demo based on SOA Suite and I found it absolutely amazing, but my problem is that It seems oracle does not have any tools for SOA Analysis and Design. am I right? if so, How can we analyze and design a system based on SOA concepts and implement it using soa suite in such a way that keeps traceability? What tools is used for this purpose?
    It seems that IBM have some tools like Rational Software Architect and Rational Suite which enable people to design and analyze based on SOA concepts and then generates some pieces of code (like oracle designer in old days) but is it possible to design in these tools and then generating codes for SOA Suite ? (for example generating a bpel file from a design model)
    As I told before I am a novice in this field and I would be so grateful if other users can share their expriences regarding this matter.
    Any help would be highly appreciated.
    Thanks in advance,

Service-oriented Architecture (SOA) provides a proven strategy to clearly address both of these objectives. Creating more agile information systems and making better use of existing infrastructure are two leading factors that are boosting SOA adoption across large, medium, and small Indian industries from the BFSI, Retail, Telecom, Manufacturing, Pharma, Energy, Government and Services verticals in India. If you are an IT decision maker belonging to any of these verticals, SOA India 2007 (IISc, Bangalore, Nov 21-23 2007) presents a unique opportunity to gather cutting-edge business and technical insights on SOA and other related areas such as BPM, BPEL, Enterprise 2.0, SaaS, MDM, Open Source, and more.
    At SOA India 2007, acclaimed SOA analysts, visionaries, and industry speakers from across the world will show you how to keep pace with change and elevate your IT infrastructure to meet competition and scale effectively. The organisers are giving away 100 FREE tickets worth INR 5000 each to the first 100 qualified delegates belonging to the CxO/IT Decision Maker/Senior IT Management profile, so hurry to grab this opportunity to learn about all things SOA. You can send your complete details, including your designation, e-mail ID, and postal address directly to Anirban Karmakar at [email protected] to enrol in this promotion that is open until 12 October 2007.
    SOA India 2007 will also feature two half-day workshops on SOA Governance (by Keith Harrison-Broninski) and SOA Architecture Deep Dive (by Jason Bloomberg).
