It is unfortunte that this tops the Google serach

that really pollutes all the good information that
are found in the web space. Message like this not
only perpetuates the "anti-social geek, I'm God and
you're not" stereotype, but also alienates the next
generation of aspired developers that this country is
so in need of.Did you register an account just to insult a pretty well-dedicated group of volunteers here? These people offer to help people they don't know with absolutely no benefit to themselves except to further the process of learning. Maybe there' s a warm fuzzy stemming from the fact that the person whose question was answered might have learned something.
If this is the type of asshat developer you would like to foster through the IT world, then you can try to put up with these people. People who are unwilling to communicate their problems do not deserve to have them solved. People who are simply attempting to skate by and be spoonfed through what's left of their mediocre careers can go elsewhere for help.

• "Error: PLL is not configured on Oracle server." appears on some computers

Hello,
We configured the custom.pll file so that we can capture UPK with context IDs.
We can capture UPKs just fine and it records all available context IDs on MOST computers. However, we have a couple of people that get the custom.pll error (Error: PLL is not configured on Oracle server.), and obviously, their UPK captures do not capture the context IDs.
We all use the same version (UPK Client 3.6.1) and we all are capturing in the same instance where custom.pll has been configured.
Why are some computers getting the error?? How can we resolve this error?
Can somebody help?
Here are some of our specs:
UPK: Client 3.6.1
EBS: 12.1.2
Computer: Windows XP Professional SP3
Thank you.

Hello,
You are correct that the document describes configuring the PLL for help menu integration, but it is necessary that this configuration be done before recording, which is why you're seeing the messages. We do not want customers to record content and later find out that the PLL was not configured properly for deploying via the help menu.
If you follow the steps in this document, the error messages should go away.
I hope this is helpful.
Best regards,
Marc

• Open Error 6: Device not configured

I recently had my hard drive replaced and restored to factory settings. I then used a time machine backup and the Migration Assistant to get everything I had back to where it belonged.
Things worked for a day or so, but with a few crashes here and there. Yesterday, I tried to use iTunes and kept getting an error message about the database (-50, unable to mount database). The problem is that the whole system would freeze and I had to shut down and restart every time. Sometimes I could load the OS, sometimes not. This morning I ran Disk Utility to verify the disk (it passed) and the permissions. When I tried to repair permissions, I got hundreds of messages like this : "Open Error 6: Device not configured on" and then a list of paths, such as "System/Library/Perl/5.10.0/darwin-thread-multi-2level/auto/POSIX/getgrgld.al", and "System/Library/Frameworks/Ruby.framework/Versions/1.8/usr/share/ri/....." etc. Literally hundreds of those messages.
Does anyone know what this means? And how should I fix it?!?
Thanks!

I'm going to suggest that you ask in the Snow Leopard forums here:
http://discussions.apple.com/category.jspa?categoryID=263
This is likely a system software error, and the SL gurus that hang out over there might have suggestions for you.

Hi!
I have come up with some problems on configuring lookup query.
I get this error: "Lookup properties not configured correctly" on admin console-->user-->manage-->selecting the user-->Resource profile-->edit the process form
I created a table called "test_lookup" with the following columns: Oraganization, division and position (all varchars) in the database.
For Lookup Query:
This were the steps done on design console -->form designer-->properties tab:
On " Grupo(lookupfied) " I set the following properties:
Column widths = 100
Lookup Query = select Organization from test_lookup
Lookup Column Name = Grupo_teste
Column Caption = Organization
Column Names = Grupo_teste
On design console for Lookup definiton I set the following:
code: Lookup.KON.Grupo_teste
field: Grupo_teste
Lookup type: checked
Required: uncheked
Code key | Decode Key
Organization Organization
Any idea why this is hapenning? Any suggestion is more than welcome!

• Fpga i/o node error - input is not configured

I'm trying to run through the sbRIO eval kit tutorial, and am getting the following errors from HD44780 FPGA.lvlib:
The FPGA I/O In parameter on the FPGA I/O Node is wired to an input that is not configured. Select an I/O item from the control or constant. You also can configure the input by right-clicking the control or constant and selecting FPGA I/O Category from the shortcut menu.
I'm really at a loss since I'm just learning how to utilize FPGAs in LabVIEW (2011 SP1), and was getting similar errors on my own.
I'm using the "NI LCD Module Driver, 1.1.0.11" driver installed by the VI Package Manager.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hey Scottso,
Right click the FPGA target in your project and select new-> FPGA I/O. You should see the mezzanine card in a tree structure. Expand it and all your IO shoudl be available underneath. Press the arrow to add the channel to your New FPGA I/O Listbox then press OK. It should then put the IO into your project to be used. You can then drag the I/O from your project and drop it on your block diagram. Another option is to click on the node you have shown and choose "Add New FPGA I/O" or if you already have the IO in your project you can click the node and choose "Select FPGA I/O"

• Dependency is not configured in the schema resource Error (OSB)

Hi all,
I am using OSB(10gR3). I am using workshop IDE. I have copied few Xsds into a project. One schema which has an import throws an error
"dependency is not configured in the schema resource Error .Possible reason one or more import/include not set correctly."
Kindly help me in solving this error.
I am new to OSB,kindly share any good online resources I would be of great help for me.

"Edit References" button will appear on sbconsole. Upload it on sbconsole and you will be able to see the button.
If you open the XSD in the workshop (in design view), under "Directives" you will be able to see the imports. Click on any of them and in the "properties" tab below you would be able to see "Schema Location" (in General tab of properties). Click on browse button and it will ask whether you want to download it from a HTTP URL or want to refer from a existing workbench projects.

• [Solved] wlan0 dhcpd error, interface not configured

Hi,
I am trying to manually configure my wireless card to use dhcp. I followed the wireless setup wiki page, installed the driver, added the module to rc.conf, and verified that it is working by running 'ifconfig -a' and 'iwlist wlan0 scan'. So far so good. My wireless network is WPA protected, so I set up wpa_supplicant according to that wiki page and that seems to be working too. When I run 'dhcpd wlan0', I get error messages such as "No subnet declaration for wlan0" and "Not configured to listen on any interfaces".
I tried setting up dhcpd.conf according to http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=49114 and http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=49131, but neither worked. I also tried adding wlan0 to the interfaces array in rc.conf (similarly to eth0--which works), but that didn't help either.
I tried this on an open/unsecured network and got the same result.
I found a Red Hat thread that said /etc/sysconfig/dhcpd needs to list the interfaces for dhcpd (http://www.linuxquestions.org/questions … es-372977/). Is there something similar for arch?
thanks in advance for any help,
Kyle

I played around with it a bit more last night and I got it to work. For some reason, the subnets 129.168.0.x and 10.0.0.x didn't work and I needed to specify a subnet of 129.168.1.x. I noticed that eth0 was getting assigned an IP of 192.168.1.100, so I decided to include that in my subnet. I also restricted the range to 192.168.1.100-200.
Thanks for the help,

what might be the possible errors..
regards,
Rajesh

Hi Rajesh,
you can go through these chek steps
1)go to SLD-->Business systems...and check the role of business system Web AS ABAP (tht was created during installation)...check if the role is integration server
2) go to sxi_cache and in the menu tool bar goto "GoTo" and click AE cache and see if the link is fine? whether the link in sxi_cache for AE cache is showing green traffic signal and also perform a delta refresh.
3)Check whether your business system is tied to the integration server in SLD.
4)In the transaction sxmb_adm -> Integration Engine Configuration can you check whether that role has been defined as Integration Server.
hope these checks will solve your problem
Thanks
