[SOLVED] processChoiceBar corrupts rendered page

I have a processTrain with 5 stations/entries.
My problem is my fourth entry - whenever I try to access it the whole process train gets set to not active (ie all entries are white instead of the current one being blue) and my processChoiceBar has no entries that i can access - they are all disabled and the bottom processChoiceBar moves right to the far right of the screen. In addition when I look at the oc4j log I get these errors :
7-May-2007 21:27:19 oracle.adfinternal.view.faces.io.HtmlResponseWriter endElement

I have tried creating a brand new page but it still happens.
All my other train stations are fine - if I comment out this fourth entry in the list of train entries in my faces-config then I can navigate forward and back thru them all.
I really don't knwo what is wrong with it - any help greatly appreciated !
cheers

    What should be done to get better rendered pages and fonts?

    Is this a resolution problem or a font problem?

    It looks to me to be your font settings.  If you have a custom stylesheet set in your uzbl config, I would start there and see if it does anything font-wise.  Of course, even if it doesn't, you can always add things to it to adjust things more to your liking.
    Edit:  You can also check what the generic fonts (like wikipedia's using "sans-serif") resolve to using fc-match.  You probably want that to be set to a nice ttf or otf font.

  • [POL-3207] a corrupted data page was detected

  • Printing from HTML rendered page assume bigger margins than defined on the report

    Hello!
    I have a report with PageSize and InteractiveSize of 29,7cm x 21cm and Margins of 2cm each.
    Body of report is 25cm width.
    When rendered in report server and then try to print it I get some blank pages because it changes print margins to 2,032cm each!
    I tried other margin sets like 5cm, and it changes to 5,08cm.
    If I set margins to 1,5cm it changes to 1,4986cm.
    I tried to print to a different printer and does the same.
    Does anyone knows why this happens and if I can control it?
    Thanks in advance.
    Carla Baptista

    I'm running OS X 10.5.4 on a Mac Pro with 2 x 2.8 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon & 4 GB 800 MHz DDR2 FB-DIMM Memory (I installed the latest security update this past week).
    I updated to ACR 4.5 (thru adobe tech help) after installing the security update. I've been using Epson driver 6.10- beta version for Mac OS X 10.5 for several months with no problems.
    Seems to me that ACR 4.5 previews stated that some printing issues would be fixed with this upgrade, along with support for more cameras, and support for linking to CS3 from LR2.0.
    It is possible that the security update affected printing from Adobe CS3. Several months ago there were serious problems printing from Aperture & Lightroom that were "fixed" with an OS X security update. Some of those problems were printing size & orientation problems, as well as incorrect color. I checked printing after this latest security update, but not with custom sizes.
    I guess I'll have to do some further investigating to determine what exactly is causing the current problem & find a workaround. I'm not a computer expert - I'm a photographer. And I'm getting weary of having to find fixes for things that should have been handled by the development staff for the various software products that I'm using - plus, it gets expensive when paper and ink are wasted - very expensive when printing to large custom sized paper. And very bothersome when you cannot depend on what you see in the preview window as to print size nor orientation.
    Anybody else out there with similar problem with the latest upgrades?

  • Format of Tables corrupted in Pages 5.0

  • Modify HTML of the document of the rendered page and reload

    Currently i am loading a url in javafx through webengine.load(url). My requirement is to keep the styling in tact with the original page. However, once the page is rendered, the fonts are not loaded and i am unable to increase the font sizes. I worked through the following steps to achieve this.
    1. Add a listener through getLoadWorker method for web engine and get the document object when the state is SUCCEEDED.
    2. Transform the document to a html string which gives me the whole HTML of the page in a string including the css.
    3. Then i do a replace on the css part with the actual location of the font files (absolute path url) and reload the html through loadContent method.
    With this, i am able to get the fonts loaded properly.
    Problem:
    1. I end up with a infinite loop when i use the "webEngine.loadContent(string, "text/html")" inside the getLoadWorker method.
    2. I tried to do that outside the getLoadWorker method before the webEngine.load(url) but in this case the replace html body string is coming as null.
    Any help on how to achieve this?? Below is my code:
          webEngine.getLoadWorker().stateProperty().addListener(new ChangeListener<Worker.State>() {
                String htmlBody = null;
                @Override
                public void changed(ObservableValue<? extends Worker.State> observableValue, Worker.State prevState, Worker.State newState) {
                    //To change body of implemented methods use File | Settings | File Templates.
                    //String htmlBody = null;
                    int count = 0;
                    if (newState == Worker.State.SUCCEEDED) {
                        browser.requestFocus();
                        // Get the document object from Engine.
                        Document doc = webEngine.getDocument();
                        try {
                            // Use Transformer to convert the HTML Object from the document top String format.
                            Transformer transformer = TransformerFactory.newInstance().newTransformer();
                            transformer.setOutputProperty(OutputKeys.OMIT_XML_DECLARATION, "no");
                            transformer.setOutputProperty(OutputKeys.METHOD, "html");
                            transformer.setOutputProperty(OutputKeys.INDENT, "yes");
                            transformer.setOutputProperty(OutputKeys.ENCODING, "UTF-8");
                            transformer.setOutputProperty("{http://xml.apache.org/xslt}indent-amount", "4");
                            StringWriter outWriter = new StringWriter();
                            transformer.transform(new DOMSource(doc),new StreamResult(outWriter));
                            StringBuffer sb = outWriter.getBuffer();
                            htmlBody = sb.toString();
                            // Replace the font-family attribute in the style section to the actual URL of the font being used.
                            htmlBody = htmlBody.replace("font-family: medium", "font-family: url(http://1.10.30.45:8080/fonts/Md.ttf)");
                            // Load the new HTML string to the Engine.
                            //webEngine.loadContent(htmlBody, "text/html");
                        } catch (Exception ex) {
                            ex.printStackTrace();
            webEngine.load(url);
            //add the web view to the scene
            getChildren().add(browser);

    James,
    I tried the document manipulation but was unable to override the css that was already applied. I downloaded and used jdk 8 which has the latest version of javaFX which fixed the font loading issue. Now i can see all the custom fonts and everything getting loaded as part of css.
    However, when i try to capture the state of the worker, it stays in the running and not changing to success. First few instances, the page was loaded successfully but then it stopped. Any idea if this is due to the new javaFX version of jdk8? Below is the code snippet:
           webEngine.getLoadWorker().stateProperty().addListener(new ChangeListener<Worker.State>() {
                @Override
                public void changed(ObservableValue<? extends Worker.State> observableValue, Worker.State prevState, Worker.State newState) {
                    //To change body of implemented methods use File | Settings | File Templates.
                    System.out.println(newState);
                    if (newState == Worker.State.SUCCEEDED) {
                        browser.requestFocus();
                        // Get the document object from Engine.
                        Document doc = webEngine.getDocument();
                        System.out.println(doc.getDocumentURI());
            webEngine.load(url);
            //add the web view to the scene
            getChildren().add(browser);
    The output is
    SCHEDULED
    RUNNING
    and nothing after that...

  • Live View Not Rendering Page Properly

    Can someone explain why the LIVE VIEW in DW5.5 wouldnt render the page properly?  I have a site that I developed, and when I view it in every browser... FF, IE, Opera, Safari, etc there are no errors and the page renders properly.  However, when I view a page in the Live View, my footer section (which is done by a server side include) renders skewed far to the right.  It must have something to do with that SSI, because I have other SSI's on the page and they are fine. It's just that one single one (the footer).
    As I said, the site renders perfectly in all browsers, just not in Design View.  I am evaluating DW5.5 for use using the trial period, so perhaps there is some feature that's turned off?  The code for the site is a bit too much to put here, but right now I'm just looking for reasons that there would be such a drastic difference.
    Thanks.

  • Extra lines in rendered pages

    Hi All,
    We're experiencing the following problem in our application (which usues Oracle Application Server 10g Release 2 (10.1.2)):
    In rendered jsp pages empty lines are being generated what causes errors in Java Script code. For example, the rendered output looks like:
    otheritem=new Option(src.options.text,src.options[i].val
    ue);
    should be:
    otheritem=new Option(src.options[i].text,src.options[i].value);
    Has anybody experienced the problem?
    Is this app server issue? or maybe a bug in Apache?
    Regards,
    Maciej

    Is this app server issue? or maybe a bug in Apache?If you can reproduce this on oc4j, the core component of OAS, then it might be an issue of oc4j standalone. Otherwise, it might be a bug in Apache. Of course, there are a few other possibilities.
    Can you check if it happens on oc4j standalone of 10.1.2.0.2 ? Is there a simple test case?

    Hello!
    I'm getting graphic corruption with 3D games on my Arch Linux configuration using Wine and Catalyst. Tried World of Warcraft (also with opengl rendering) and Guild Wars - graphics look stretched and teared.
    Using ATI Mobility Radeon HD4570.
    Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

    I get same problem with guildwars in fullscreen when entering character select. I have to ctrl-alt-F1 to tty then back to get rid of the garbled graphics. Then my characters vanishes except for their armor/effects. Going into windowed mode stops the garbling of the graphics but the bodyless avatars remain. There is one error stands out in wine output but can't find anything specific to this error that helps.

  • [SOLVED] TrueType font rendering issues

    The problem I have run into is related to TrueType fonts.
    I have a netbook that I reinstalled Arch on. I have an i3-wm setup with an i3bar populated by i3status.
    I have multiple items that use unicode icons using the ttf-icons font.
    I installed two fonts, gohufont and ttf-icons, albeit in an unusualy way. Due to external reasons, the machine doesn't have an Internet connection, so I had to install the fonts sort-of manually.
    I downloaded the necessary files for the fonts and did it this way: the gohufont is in pcf format compressed with gzip. I looked at the fonts PKGBUILD file and manually repeated the installation process via `install(1)'. It was installed in /usr/share/fonts/misc. I did the same with ttf-icons and it is installed in /usr/share/fonts/TTF. After doing so, I updated the font cache via `fc-cache -fv'. Both fonts show up in the output of fc-list(1), Gohufont works fine, but the icons font doesn't.
    The .i3status.conf contains format lines with icons from the font and the ones that were in the file when it was retrieved from the machine it was running on do actually show up and render in the bar. Upon adding a new unicode symbol from vim via ^v+u+<char code>, it turns into a representation of ^<letter> (the color highlight indicates that it is a unicode char). The other glyphs aren't being rendered properly in vim either, as opposed to all being fine previously. Instead of the actual glyph, they show up as a sequence of: <rounded square with a question mark in it><tilde><letter>[<another tilde><another letter>]<round square with a question mark> (probably the closing symbol). After saving the file, the untouched glyphs still show up properly, but the added ones show up as wide blocks with digit codes in them.
    I am using gnome-terminal with a bash shell. Upon opening the font selection dialog in gnome-terminal and selecting the icons font, it is rendered as square blocks with numbers in them (thus, indicating that they didn't render properly).
    I also attempted placing them in appropriate subfolders under ~/.fonts and then running `mkfontscale', `mkfontdir' in the ~/.fonts directory and then appending the directory to the font path via `xset fp+ ~/.fonts' and rehashing via `xset fp rehash' and updating the font cache again via `fc-cache -fv'. Still no dice.
    I assume this might be a unicode problem, seeing as they're not being rendered in the terminal editor properly either.
    xorg-font-util, xorg-font-utils, fontconfig and freetype2 are all installed.
    Any tips or pointers would be highly appreciated.
    Update: I had forgotten to set the default locale, so it was "C". I have set LANG to en_US.UTF-8 in /etc/locale.conf and have explicitely exported the LANG variable to the same value in my .bashrc. For some reason, it didn't apply after restarting X or logging out and in, so I set it using `localectl set-locale' and that did take effect. Now the old unicode glyph characters are all round squares with questionmarks inside them in the config file when opened in VIM and the new one is still a ^<letter>. The old ones render in the bar but the new one doesn't.
    Update2: So apparently, a reboot was necessary for the changes to take effect system wide. The icons now appear in the terminal and everything. I just had to delete the ^<letter> representation of the broken one in the configuration file and re-enter it again. So this seems to be resolved. I will write down a step-by-step solution some time later (might be tomorrow, as I don't have the time at the moment). Anyone looking for a solution will probably find one here.

    Could you please throw some light on below points

  • ColdFusion stops rendering pages - need help troubleshooting

    We have a ColdFusion 10 Standard server out in production on an IIS 7.5 Windows 2008 R2 Datacenter virtualized environment.  Randomly throughout the week, requesting our page will result in a blank white page (viewing source shows absolutely nothing).
    I remoted into our server and noted that coldfusion.exe was taking up 730MB.  I don't track these things so I don't know if that's a lot or not.  And usually restarting the service takes 15-20 seconds.  This time it took 20 seconds to stop the service and about 30 to start it.
    I am not familiar with which logs to check in order to provide some useful information, but if anyone has an idea of where to send me looking, it would be greatly appreciated.

    OK, here's some of the coldfusion-out.log file around the time we discovered CF was rendering white pages:  I bolded areas of interest.

    We have Groupwise WebAccess on this server (Novell's web-based email web application).  It seemed to terminate around 3PM, and CF followed shortly thereafter.  Not sure why a task "misfired".  As for the dual-license keys, our key was registered for 2 servers (our public web server, which is this log file, and our private intranet server).  So I think that's just a false positive.

  • Solve my corrupted audio problem for $$ and eternal gratitude

    My video project has corrupted audio suddenly. I've read about other audio problems when exporting, but all I did was save the project while editing, no export. I have the prefs set to extract audio at pasteover, which I've done a lot of for this 2-camera wedding shoot. I also have the second audio track occasionally used for background music. All three tracks (video, audio 1, audio 2) on the timeline have corrupted audio for the entire length of the project. It sounds like a helicopter whirr was added, it's very choppy. Also, both cpus are maxxed out and the process monitor shows iMovie utilizing 180%+ consistently. When iMovie isn't running, it's in the single digits. As soon as I load iMovie the cpus max out. This hasn't happened the whole project, just recently. So what changed? I don't know. I've been doing the same thing the whole time, the pasteovers, the add titles, the add background track, saving the project every couple of minutes. Each time I've saved, it looks like it's listing off different files or clips, not just the changed clips. I've tried deleting the QT movie it created in the cache and let it recreate to see if that would help, but it didn't. Would deleting the files in the waveform cache help? I've got about 30 hours into this project already and would love to resurrect this audio if possible. Either that or it's Jim Beam and call it a day. I thought this was non-destructive editing, but apparently that's just the originals? That doesn't help much when the whole project audio goes in the toilet and I'm looking at redoing this whole project. Anyone who can fix this is getting a big ol' sloppy kiss on the mouth and an iTunes gift certificate.

    I've never personally seen the audio problems you describe, but there's some things I'd try before giving up. As you've probably read, it's not unusual to have playback problems in projects containing complex audio. The odds for it seem to increased in QuickTime 7.
    1. Try opening the "TimeLine Movie.mov" that's inside the Cache folder of the project in QuickTime Player. If the audio plays okay there, the audio data is intact and you're seeing a playback anomaly in iMovie. (QuickTime Player may choke too, but don't conclude anything from that.)
    To access the movie, Control-click on the project icon and choose "Show Package Contents".
    2. Try exporting ONLY the project audio to an AIFF file, then import THAT back into the project and replace the audio you have. That will "flatten" the audio and make it much easier to play. (To be safe, on a copy of the project.)
    Or if you have QuickTime Pro, you might try extracting all the audio from the Timeline movie.
    To export to an AIFF file, choose File > Export, click on QuickTime, set the popUp menu to "Expert Settings", press Share, then from the top popUp menu, choose "Sound to AIFF". Choose the level of quality you want from the bottom popUp menu, then Save.
    What may be going on here is that extracting audio has created MANY audio files in the project, some possibly very large. (Each time we extract audio from a clip that is part of a Media file shared with other clips, iMovie extracts ALL the audio from that Media file, not just the audio of the selected clip.) To see what audio files the project contains, look in the Media folder of the project.
    If you get this solved, please say how.
    Oh, and if you haven't updated to iMovie 7.1, you might try that. There were improvements in handling multiple audio tracks, I read somewhere.
    BTW, it's usually not a good idea to change things inside the project package. iMovie can get pretty confused. The Timeline movie is replaced each time we save, so that's not a big deal.
