SOMEONE USED MY CREDIT CARd to purchase skype serv...
I do not think I need to share with the community that my credit card has been compromised. I just need the charges to stop right now. I do not even know who is using my credit card and definitely the skype account I have is not availing of that calling service from skype.
PLEASE STOP THE CREDIT CARD CHARGES SOMEONE HAS USED MY CARD WITHOUT MY CONSENT.

You can also use prepaid iTunes cards, if those are available in your country. PayPal is also an option if you're in the US.

Here are the requirements to be eligible to BTA (Bill to account), as requested:
* Have an account with at least 6 months of service
* Account must be current
* Can not be a "cash only" customer
* No security deposit on account
* No related past due accounts with Verizon Wireless
* No Non-payment hotlines, fraud hotlines or suspends (at time of BTA request or within the past six months).
* Account has not been in collections for 6 months
The last couple of upgrades we have done have been billed to our account and show up on our next statement. It IS convenient! -
Have a new computer and now cannot access itunes without knowing the answers to the security questions. Apple support cannot reset as we have never used a credit card when purchasing prior, have only used gift cards. Can provide apple id and password and all other account details but still no help. Have we to open a new3 account and start again, this means losing a lot of credit on the existing account?!
I have the same problem. I didn't set a rescue email for some reason. To find out weather you hav a rescue password: Go to appleid.apple.com, sign in, go to manage account and then password and security if you do there will be a link below telling you that you can send an email to it. If not the link won't be there. Hope this helps.

Someone I entrusted my computer to for repairs decided to keep it. all my personal information was on the computer. the peron has been using my credit card information o make ourchases from the apple store. If I do not have a credit card on the account on my iphone, I am unable to updatw it or my ipad. After persuading the apple store people to delete the last credit card info, I had to put aother credit card on the iphone to be able to update the software and thevapps. now that card is being used by the person o download war games on the new card. I cannot find any of his downloaded games on any of my devices. I am close to giving up my iphone and ipad. the last time i called the apple store, theynwould not give me the IP address of the omputer the games were downloaded to. they only gave me the name of my ipad. anyone could name thir ipad according to the name on mynipad. I have found the Apple store less than friendly about security matters like this. What can I do to maintain my acount and not continue to be ripped off by the thieving interloper? if i change my user name nd password, i will forever lose legitimate purchases. Please advise me.

Is the credit card registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, it was issued by a bank in your country and you are currently in that country ? The credit card is functional, the friend is using it for purchasing stuff on iTunes.
In that case, is it normal for the transaction page to hang after filling in all the credit card info? I did wait for around 15 mins before closing the window. I've even confirmed that no money has been deducted from the friend's account. So, that means the transaction was unsuccessful. I want to use free apps on Ipad 2, but it continually asks me to submit a credit card in Itunes. I do not wish to purchase anything apps or music. I am only interested in free apps. If I were to make purchases, I would use a prepaid card like an itunes card or an app card, but NEVER a credit card. I can't seem to bypass this option of using a credit card and need to. I have another Ipad 4 and have never needed to use my credit card to migrate past itunes to use any apps. How do I get past this credit card request and still use my ipad 2. According to my Ipad 2, if I don't plug in a credit card, I can't even use free apps which is stupid.
You can create an iTune and App Store account without credit card details
1. Sign out of current Apple ID if you are sign-in to one (important)
2. Go to App Store and select a free app
3. Tap INSTALL APP
4. Create New Apple ID
5. Confirm Your Country
6. Agree with Terms and Conditions
7. Fill in your Apple ID and Password (you must create a new Apple ID; don't use your old Apple ID)
8. Create and answer your secret question
9. Select NONE for Payment Method
10. Fill in Billing Address
11. Submit application for new Apple ID
12. Wait for verification email
13. When email arrive, verify your account
14. Start downloading your free apps
