Something happened this last week. When I am accessing some sites, I cannot click on some of their sections. I could do this before. Also, when I am in the sites, I cannot logoff ---- I must hit the x in the upper right of my screen to disconnect.

If I use google, I can get these functions to work.

That problem can be caused by the Yahoo! Toolbar or the Babylon extension that extents too much downwards and covers the top part of the browser window and thus makes links and buttons in that part of the screen not clickable.

Same here, albeit with a 3G and both a work Exchange account and personal Gmail are out of action. Reentered my password on the Gmail to no avail.

However, I am not seeing this line when I open Word, Excel, PowerPoint files (without pictures). But I am seeing this line always when I see movies, pictures, and all the files which have pictures. Please do let me know how can I remove this vertical blue line (blue tint) pernamentally from the screen.

Backup your files to a external hard drive and disconnect.
Call Apple and make a warranty call, then take it to the nearest Apple Store etc.
You can run these things and it might clear your issue or give further informaiton

Not only this but I can't drag from Itunes and place anywhere on my desktop or onto an external drive. Apple, why are you screwing around with basic functions!? I'm a dj and I need to be able to manage my music files without you ruining my life! FIX THIS!

Has something changed in Podcast App this last week?

I'm running iOS 6.1.3, Podcast's version is 1.2.1.
I think within this past week I've lost the progress bar in my podcasts (time slider).
Did I unconciously change a setting, or has a change happened to the App recently?

Scratch that. It looks as if I finally got the interface change that happened a bit ago.
Tapped the album artwork, there it was hiding.

Every time i turn on my macbook pro, it gives me the message: "Your computer was shut down last time because of a problem" even though it only happened once last week

My computer crashed lasts week. And now, every time I turn on my computer, at the login screen it says that my computer shut down last time because of a problem, and gives me the option to restore my windows, i've tried both options, it still comes back.
My computer is a macbook pro mid 2010 running OS X 10.9.1

First boot into Safe Mode, Mac OS X: Starting up in Safe Mode, and then reboot again normally. The safe mode boot will take longer as it runs repair procedures during the boot.
If that fixes the problem I'd also update the system to the latest 10.9.4 via the OS X Mavericks 10.9.4 Update

The email response is automated, and almost certainly is detected as "junk" or "spam". So, try again and check your spam folders for their reply.

New tabs do not include the history icons as before.The option to show images on a page does not appear in upper right of page.

The solution in the FAQ's is clear, but the small icon that is supposed to be showing in the upper right of a new Tab page are not showing up so that I can get the images to appear. I recently installed Java 7 and after that they had disappeared. Can you help me get them back? They are very helpful.

You can reset the browser.newtab.url pref on the about:config page via the right-click context menu to the default value.
You can open the about:config page via the location bar and you can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue
You can use the SearchReset extension to reset some preferences to the default values.

My right earpod plug is giving out low sound as compared to the right one. It is happening since last week. I have tried to clean it but still the problem is there.

the earpods of your iphone use a connector which apart from the mic and buttons part have been a std since the sony walkmen in the 1980's
so you can attempt to connect any 3.5mm minijack headset to your phone and tthe audio response should be the same
as can you connect your iphone headset to any other device to verify if it works there
a good candidate would be a computer they had the same connector for audio out since they were invented

In Photoshop CS 6 (64 & 32), I get the error "cannot complete command because the extension could not be loaded". I can click to pass this, but none of my extensions will run. If I click on "browse in Bridge" I get "Could not complete the command Browse

Love Firefox. But for the last few days I'm getting lots of timeouts accessing www.motorhomefun.co.uk, site owner confirms this and he has changed to Chrome. If I click a button and it takes ages a second click brings up the page.

Calls drop must hit flash to get the person back

I have Verizon Fios and have an intermittent problem where I'll be taking on the phone and it suddenly cuts out. I have to hit the flash on my phone to get the caller back. I've called Verizon a few time and they cannot find the problem. I use cordless phones and have replaced them 3 times with the same results.

We have not received a response in reference to your issue. Please repost if you are still experiencing a problem.
