Source in wf_local_user_roles for role_orig_system FND_RESP

I understand in table WF_LOCAL_USER_ROLES the record with column ROLE_ORIG_SYSTEM as 'FND_USR' gets added based on the data entered in Define Users(i.e. fnd_user table) form in System Administrator resp.
I will like to know, the source of record in table WF_LOCAL_USER_ROLES when column ROLE_ORIG_SYSTEM is 'FND_RESP'. Which tables or form is the source to populate the record in this table?

I understand to some extent FND_RESP record gets added when you attach a responsibility to the user. I got a problem when while testing, from the backend(sqlplus) in fnd_user I modified the user name. Once the username was updated I ran the concurrent programs to 'Sync Workflow tables'.
Now I open the user in user form, I see the responsiblites which were attached to the user is missing. Technically.... even though I updated FND_USER table, the old record should be still there in wf_local_user_roles table with the old user name, but I could not see the record now.
I think I got the problem, along with FND_USER table I should update wf_local_user_roles table also before running the concurrent programs for Synchronising Workflow tables.

maybe this is just because there is no source code for the JCO Classes. I don't think SAP ships JCO Classes with source Infos for debugging.
In debugging i would suggest just not to step into the JCO Methods.

Problem in Creating Source Files (Templates) for Original Application Files

Dear Friends,
I am trying to ccreate "Source Files (Templates) for Original Application Files" . I checked the link

I created a new DOc. type TMP with no statuses, checked in KPO, assigned no. ranges.
Created DIR & assigned the template file, checked into storage category. DIR no. 10000000390 created.
In Workstation application "DOX" in define templates for originals : doc. type: ZGA, application: DOX; language- EN; no - 01; In source doc- entered doc. type- TMP, doc. no.- 10000000390, part & version
Assigned for required source file copy" ZGA doc. type. -- Default Appl. as "DOX" workstation application.
Now created a DIR with ZGA doc. type, when clicking on originals , DOX prompted and clicking on "create with template" . TMP doc. 10000000390 template open in a new window. I edited & saved. close the MS word window. When comes to DIR, it prompted, Original was changed Do you want to save the original?.
clicked on yes.
Saved the ZGA DIR. When I saw the new ZGA DIR created it didn't capture. Where I went wrong ?

By going this below link, it seems we can use template for creating ne wdocument & attach the same.

Following messages if you read, it may be clear.
By having templates in place we can utilize the pre-defined documents instead creating right from scratch.
Entries can be done in the Template and save the document.
Templates are used for standardization and uniformity. By using templates time consumption for creation of documents will reduce as most of the details are maintained in the master template and the same can be utilize by using the template when creating documents.
If in DMS editing functionality is not there what is the use of templates- documentation?

Source port type for BPELProcess does not match target port type for EJB

Hi gurus,
I have a problem with calling EJBs from a 11.1.1.3 composite. The following summarizes the issue:
- there are several EJBs within the same package deployed on a WLS server.
- these beans have method names that are the same, for example create(), delete() etc.
- using the EJB Service Adapter I have created 3 References, one for each of the 3 beans I need to invoke in a BPEL process.
- each bean is imported into the project with their own *.wsdl *Ref.wsdl files.
- each wsdl imports a namespace based on the java package name
- now i have 3 wsdls, importing the same namespace and namespace conflicts arise.
At this point I'm thinking, 'no problem, just change the namespaces manually'
- whenever i try to change the namespace that JDev gives the Reference components I end up with the compilation error:
Source port type for "BPELProcess" does not match target port type for "EJBRef"
It seems that the namespace must be the same as the package name, even though I resolved all the references to the new namespaces and ensure they all match.
The problem appears to be in the BPELProcess.componentType file.

Sources of supply for product

Hi all
Why can i remove assigned vendor in the shopping cart (Sources of supply for product/Service Agent) when i choose a product from the "Internal Good/services" way, but i can´t remove it when i choose it from the SRM-MDM Catalog way???? the thing is that we have a contract for this product but in different ways we can remove and another way we can not...
We dont know if this is a bug... or what.
Obviously we are testing with the same product.
Note: we are using SRM 5.0. (SRM_PLUS - SAPKIBK012; SRM_SERVER - SAPKIBKT12; ST-PI - SAPKITLQI5); SRM-MDM Catalog 2.0 SP03 Patch01.

the catalog consists the agreed price list of the products with one specific vendor, therefore neither the vendor can be removed nor the price can be changed.
This is the standard behavior.

How can I obtain the source of supply for a material?

Hi experts,
I have this issue,
I need to change the source of supply for a material in transaction ME51N and in MRP. This new source of supply is the source of supply of another material, related to the material we are creating the Purchase Requisition with a Z table. In ohter words, If the material of the PurchReq is in a Z table, we change it´s source of supply with the source of supply of another material.
For this I am using the BADi MD_MODIFY_SOURCE, here we can change the CH_LIFNR changing parameter. But I don´t Know how to get the source of supply of the other material.
Is there any BAPI or function module for doing this?
Could I do it by classic SELECTs to some standar tables? If I can, which tables should I select from?

Source of data for custom tables in Oracle Apps

Hi,
Is there any way to find the source of data for the Custom tables. The source can be either any function, procedure, package or a trigger or any other process. The reason why I need to know about it is because we have some custom tables that are used by some custom Reports. Sometimes those reports comes out blank because the data in these custom tables is blank. So I need to know which processes are populating data in these custom tables. Any help would be really appreciated !!

You may enable AutditTrail (search the forum for links/docs) and see if this would help.

ME05 : Generate Source List only for regular vendor

I use ME05 for the mass generation of source list.
For one material i have two info-records for different vendors.
If i run ME05 the system send this message u201CSeveral sources MRP-relevant on one dateu201D
and create two records in the source list for the same material.
Can i automatically create the source list only for the regular vendor fill for one of the info-record ?

If u mark the indicator then the Source list is mandatory for all the materials procured.
If u want for a speciic material , mark it in purchasing view of Material Master.
Inorder to create a source list , inforecord is mandatory -- this is by default Standard SAP .

How can I log the connection attempts and source IP address for connections that fail RADIUS authentication? I'm using RD Gateway on 2012 R2 in conjunction with Azure Multi-Factor Authentication Server on another 2012 R2 server. When a user fails
multifactor authentication or the authentication times out, all I get is Security event 6273 on the RD Gateway that the radius server did not process the request, and only the radius server's IP is logged. There's nothing logged in TerminalServices-Gateway\Operational
because the TS Gateway hasn't yet processed the connection attempt (all auditing options for RD Gateway are enabled). The MFA/Radius Server is only logging the connection from the TSGateway - it doesn't know the original client's IP address.
I'm looking for the equivalent of an IIS log - somewhere the RD Gateway should log the initial HTTPS connection attempt and the source IP address of the client. I need to be able to track down potentially fraudulent login attempts.

This error might be caused by one of the following conditions:
• The user does not have valid credentials
• The connection method is not allowed by network policy
• The network access server is under attack
• NPS does not have access to the user account database on the domain controller
• NPS log files or the SQL Server database are not available
To perform these procedures, you must be a member of Domain Admins.

No source of supply for item in allocation table

I'm having trouble finding a valid source of supply automatically for an article in an allocation table item.
In the item overview of the allocation table, I have entered two plants. The system can find a source of supply for plant A automatically, but not for plant B. For plant B I have to do a manually source of supply determination.
I have checked the article master for the article for both plants and they are the same. Also the plant master is the same for both.
An purchasing info record exists for the article/vendor/purchasing organization.
Please advice.

The system first checks whether a quota arrangement has been maintained for the material, which has a validity period that covers the requirements date of the purchase requisition.
It then checks whether only one entry exists in the source list that is relevant to MRP. The indicator for source list usage must therefore be set for a particular vendor so that purchase requisitions and delivery schedules, which are created during the planning run, are automatically assigned to this vendor. In the case of a delivery schedule, you must also have maintained a scheduling agreement for this entry.
If you have maintained all the entries correctly, the system creates a purchase requisition with the source of supply that is recorded in the source list.

What is the source of data for Z custom fields ?
Do we need to create any tables for these fields in the source system ?
Do we call it as enhancement when we add a Z field or populate an existing field (Unused) in the standard data source or user defined (Generic) ?
Can we add Z field to any standard and user defined data sources ?

Delete Source System Assignment for a DataMart Infosource in BW3.0B

Hello Experts:
Can one of you assist me with how to delete source system assignment for a system generated infosource(ie., Infosource existing under data Mart). i noticed that in case of an Info Cube, system provides an option to delete the source system assignment but not for an ODS.
I am trying to delete the system data source 8* that has been assigned to the data mart info source 8* and reassign the data source to my custom info source.
Any ideas would be highly appreciated.
BTW, we are on BW3.0B

Hi,
Go into the infosource with change mode. Open the transfer Rule/transfer structure and hit the delete button. It'll ask for delete datasource assignment. That would delete the source system assignment.

Transport of Source System assignment for a Virtual Cube

Built a transport with the datasources, transfer rules, cubes etc..
After transport to my Q system - in the Q system I am not seeing any source system assignment for my remote cube
OBviously it exists in Dev
Everythign else is fine - datasource, infosource trasnfer rules but nothing underneath the infocube where the source system normally is
transport before and after in the transport conenctor picks up nothing to be transported
Logical system mapping table in Q is fine (naturally - because the datasouces got there) - replicate all done
Any ideas?
