SQL7008 after terminating ENDJRNPF process

Hi All,
I'm a newbie in DB2. In an attempt to disable journaling to prepare for a client copy, I executed:
ENDJRNPF FILE(R3<SID>DATA/<file name>) JRN(*FILE)
However the process took a long time, so I kill the pid for ENDJRNPF.
Now I'm getting SQL7008 abap dumps indicating some tables are not journaled. It is difficult to tell which table is not journaled unless an abap dump is triggered whenever certain SAP transaction is run. When I manage to identify certain tables, I would enable journaling for them and the SAP transaction will work again.
Is it possible to use AS4FIXFILE command to enable journaling for all tables to resolve my issue? Would there be any impact to tables that already have their journaling turned on if I use the AS4FIXFILE command?

so, you want to tell me, that the old AS4FIXFILE and the new AS$FIXFILE do not work on your DB ? (for strjrnpf)
... and you are sure, to have remove the following dtaara already ?
DLTDTAARA R3<sid>DATA/QDFTJRN
(if it has the wrong contents it kills you ...)
I cannot believe that ...

ABAP Program Termination in Process Chain

in my process chains i have one abap program and it is getting dump while loading.
where can i check whether this program got terminated in this particular chain.
as i have many chains i am not able to check in each and every chain.
kindly let me know where to check the program termination in process chains.
do i have any chance to set an automatic process for checking the termination of the program.

Hi Ala,
If u know the process chain name, u can directly see log view of that process chain and right click on that failed ABAP program click "display mesaged". Now note down the error message and see that in st22.
If u dont know the process chain name..
In SM37 go to the job log for that pirticular job which is failed, it gives u tha program name and varient name.
now goto SE38 and give that program name and variant then click on display.It gives u process chain name.

Want to Archive(or)Delete the file after finish the processing tht message

My scenario is File to File scenario that is working fine. due to some performance reasons i want to Archive the file (in sender communication channel level) after finish the process . that means after genarting the file in the target directory then only i want to delete the file in the source directory.
Any solution for this.....
Please suggest me .

But that (Delete, Archive) option is there in the sender comunication channel level.. i knew that and that is working fine in my scenario... but my requirement is i want to delete the file after finished the process.. because some times message was failed in the Mapping level. but i want for some enahanced functionality point of view i want to delete or Archiveing the file after finish the process that means after genarting the file into target directory....
Any help will be appriciated.

you'd need to change the base wsdl, the generated one (_Name.wsdl) and the bpel.file .. and remove the generated classes .. (all in domains/you_domain/tmp/your_process dir)
the wsdl needs to get the output msg to the input msg instead of a callback porttype, the same needs to be in the generated wsdl (don't forget to remove the callback role in plnk session).. and the bpel process needs to have a reply instead of the invoke ..
this is what you would need to do .. BUT, maybe we can find a better solution for you, if you elaborate on the usecase..
during design time this is easier :-)

Hi all
Issue is some times Comments coulmn data starts with double quotes(") but not ending with double quotes. In this case SQL Loader(8.6.2) is not understanding where the column ends its giving no terminator found error.
After removing the double quotes I was able to load the data without any errors.

Hi Craig,
whenever a Task Instance gets created, the assigned roles and groups are resolved into individual users. This means that changes to the roles and groups do not affect existing Task Instances.Then the only way to assign additional users is via "nominate" operation from the NWA or "delegate" from the Task UI. Such changes in the roles and groups will only take affect for newly created Task Instances.

Ok, so this one is slightly complex.
I have a monitor at work which needs to display company info via a screensaver set to scroll through a series of images. This is a pretty standard thing, but where my problem occurs is that the screensaver must be updated remotely each
day via Remote Desktop, and not by a local user sitting at the PC itself. This works on XP with a bit of hacking and playing with settings. But it won't work on W7.
Ok, so the XP setup first:
When terminating the remote session, on the XP machine the system looks here:
C:\windows\system32\config\defaultprofile\administrator’s documents\administrator’s pictures
OR
C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\ administrator’s documents\administrator’s pictures
for the images to display during the screensaver, so I placed a shortcut to this folder (whichever one of the two it is on either of the two PCs i am doing this on; for some reason it isn't always the same path across all machines)
on the desktop and had the user place the images in there. I also do a small registry hack so that after a timeout of 60 seconds, the screensaver looked in this location, found the images, and displayed as you'd expect. It always looks here after a remote
session, and ignores the screensaver configured in the control panel UI, hance these stpes were necessary.
So, now the PCs are being upgraded to W7, but this isn't working. I think it's because on W7 the desktop isn't simply being locked when a remote session is started, the entire user is being logged off. Once the session is terminated,
the W7 PC sits at the login screen indefinitely and no screensaver ever displays.
Does anyone know a workaround here? Sorry for the overly complex explanation, and if it doesn't make sense I'd be happy to elaborate. Thanks.

How can we monitor the audio after the cleanup process before we actually record the trans

I have the Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS board and I am using it to transfer vinyl records to make CDs. Before my upgrading of Creative Media Source 2 to Creative Media Source 5, I was able to monitor the audio after the cleanup prior to the transfering process. Now I can only monitor the sound at the line input point and not after the cleanup process. Is there any way that we can do that?Vinylrecord

Assuming you mean Actions when you say "Batches", use this menu...
1. Click on the name of the actions set you wish to save.
2. Click the fly-out menu icon at the upper-right corner.
3. Save Actions, put them someplace on your hard drive other than in the Photoshop installation area.

After reboot tarantella process stops in unregular intervals

we have a problem with our old Tarantella server (3.30). Last friday we need to reboot the primary server due to a memory problem. Now the tarantella process stops in unregular intervalls on this server. Somtimes after 12h, sometimes after 5min. I cannot find any reason in the logfiles for this.
Yesterday we detach the secondary server, because we think it must be a problem with the replication process. But after 14h the process on the primary alone stops.
I am not very familiar with the logfiles. Any idea on whitch type of errorlog I can find a message.

enable the log and post the the logfiles partly. In the jserver<pid>.log is the best information for that.
Also I you have two server, I suggest to migrate one to a newer version test is and put into production. Then do the same with the other one.
How many object do you have in datastore? If its much, than it�s possible to migrate the datastore offline.

If you are talking about project settlement then you can look in report CJI3, the transaction type for settlement transaction is KOAO. You may run a filter and double click the relevant line item to drill down and see the original settlement document.

I don't know which country you're in, but in the US, carriers limit the amount of download for a single file when using 3G. Have you tried wifi?

Account credit not returned over 60 days after terminating service

I terminated my Verizon service at the beginning of July 2014. I currently have an $85 credit sitting on my account. I was advised by Adam_VZ that it can take up to 60 days after termination to return the credit to my account. It has now been over 60 days and the credit is still on my account; I have not received any contact from Verizon.
Please advise the best way to receive these funds.
