SRM6: BBPGETVD Does not Replicate Sole Proprietors

Does anyone know why SAP does not replicate a vendor marked as a sole proprietor in R/3 down to SRM? How can we replicate sole proprietors? We are running in extended classic scenario.

Hi Onye
Indicator: Is business partner a natural person?
Denotes a natural person.
Use
In the following countries, the system needs to know whether the taxpayer is a legal or natural person so that it can check the tax numbers correctly:
Brazil
Bulgaria
Colombia
Croatia
Greece
Italy
Mexico
Peru
Slovenia
Thailand
Ukraine
The flag is also used in conjunction with the Statement of Payments to Natural Persons report, as used in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia. This report only covers customers and vendors for whom you have set this indicator.
In South Korea, it is used in conjunction with the Generic Withholding Tax Reporting program.
LFA1-STKZN
bbp_vend_sync jobs just update your vendr data . No worries.
and in spro
Global settings for vendor organisation
settings for vendor synchronisation per backend .

  • Dfsr files does not replicate

    Hi,
We're running dfsr on 2008R2 servers to replicate files, and I discovered that some files are just not replicated.
These files are not temporary files (checked using fsutil), and not filtered by file mask define on replicated folder properties (ususally ~*, *.bak, *.tmp).
It looks like a dfsr db corruption, but I don't know how to solve this. I don't know how to reset the db as some members are domain controllers.
    Here's the configuration:
server1 and server2 are 2008R2 domain controllers. The replication group is ks2share-idcl.
    - on server 1: file REPL-ERROR.pdf is modified
    - on server 2: file not present
below is the dfsr.log output for each server.
    Server1:

    Hi,
Though you tried to delete, have you tried rename, or move them into a different folder?
And you mentioned fsutil so I assume you have already know the following article. But still incase some steps were missed:
DFSR Does Not Replicate Temporary Files
    http://blogs.technet.com/askds/archive/2008/11/11/dfsr-does-not-replicate-temporary-files.aspx
Meanwhile, I don't think reset DFSR database will affect AD replication. NTDS.dit is stored in a different location. If it will not work with a rename (and change path), you can test to reset DFSR database.
    1.       Stop and ALSO disable the DFSR service on <ServerA> server (don't just simply stop it)
    2.       In Windows Explorer open the specific drive
    3.       Right click on the "System Volume Information" directory and select Properties\Security
Note: You might need to select the option for "Show hidden files, folders or drives" and also uncheck "Hide protected operating system files" in the folders view options to be able to even see the "System Volume Information" directory.
    4.       Grant your user account that you're logged in with (if a member of Administrators group this will also suffice) "Full Control" to the "System Volume Information" directory.
Note: You may get an error on setting security on some files - this is expected.
    5.       Open an elevated/Administrative command prompt. Switch to the "<drive letter>:\System Volume Information" directory
    6.       Type the command "rmdir DFSR /s"
    7.       Enable and re-start the DFSR service on <ServerA> server
    8.       We will then set the <ServerA> server as the Primary member with dfsradmin.exe utility –
    Dfsradmin Membership Set /RGName:<RG Name> /RFName:<RF Name> /MemName:<Member Name> /IsPrimary:True
Note: Files will be replicated from ServerA to all other targets. So if there is any newer file on other target servers, backup before starting replication.
Please remember to mark the replies as answers if they help and un-mark them if they provide no help. If you have feedback for TechNet Support, contact [email protected].

  • Final render does not replicate what is on canvas

I am creating a highlight reel for a a football player. In order to make the video easy to understand i created a circular highlight to follow the player in the clip. I used the "shape" option and animated with setting keyframes in the motion tab. What i see in the canvas is exactly what i want. However, When i render it out the "circle" does not follow the player as it does when i play it back in the canvas......I tried different render settings and nothing does the job. Please advise to me why it is doing this. The project is complete..... i just cant get it to render the way it should.
This project is due tomorrow and i have never had issues like this before.
    Thanks.

Try using the "classic" PrintToPDF @ http://www.jwwalker.com/pages/pdf.html
This way you will be creating a PDF file using classic instead of OS X's Print To PDF.

  • FWSM system space does not replicate part of configuration

                       Hi
I have FWSM failover pair, Active/Active configuration, admin and another 4 context, few context active on first FWSM, other on second FWSM.
I needed to add  VLANs 51 and 52 to FWSM
    I created VLANs on both Cat6500, created firewall vlan-group 3 a and put "firewall module1 vlan-group 3" on both cat6500
Then I log in in system space on primary FWSM and created interface VLAN.
Created VLANs automatically occured in system space on  Secondary FWSM.
Then I wanted allocate VLAN 51 and 52 to context XY, so I went to part of configuration for context XY and "allocate-interface Vlan51" and  "allocate-interface Vlan52".
But this part did not replicate to system space on Secondary FWSM, i do not know why.
I tried for expample shutdown inteface101 in system space on Primary FWSM. This action was replicated.

I found this message in logg of Cat6500
000160: Jun 11 20:34:22.405: %SVCLC-5-SVCLCMULTI: Group 3 being tied to more than one module
    Why is this problem?
    Peter

    I found explanation:
Error Message    %SVCLC-5-SVCLCMULTI: Group [dec] being tied to more than one module
Explanation    The specified group is tied to multiple service modules. A group should not be associated with more than one service module unless a failover configuration is being used.
Recommended Action    If a failover configuration is in use, no action is required. Otherwise enter the show svclc module command to find out which group is being tied to more than one module. Then remove multiple associations by entering the no svclc module mod vlan-group group command.
I want to use vlan-group 3 for FWSM and for ACE module too.
which kind of failover was mentioned?

  • BBPGETVD does nor replicate Standard Comm Method - FAX

    Hi All,
When I use BBPGETVD tcode to transfer new vendor into SRM from ERP. It Transfers all data except Standard Comm Method - FAX but it defaults to Standard Comm. Method as EMAIL.
Although the vendor was set up as FAX.
We have to use Tcode BP to update that field independently once the vendor master data is transferred to SRM.
Can anyone suggest why is this working differently ? Is there a place where Vendor Master Fields/screens are configured in SPRO in SRM for Tcode BBPGETVD ?
    Any help is highly appreciated.

    Hello Manoj,
I guess fax number is populated in R/3 vendor master ?
Did you check for existing logs concerning this vendor after replication in SLG1 transaction ?
And what about BBPUPDVD after first vendor replication: does it correctly update communication method ?
You can also debug BBPGETVD to find what the problem is and look for OSS notes (for example 1171493 - Send Medium not updated for Business Partner for SRM_SERVER 5.5 and 6).
    Regards.
    Laurent.

  • ACS Replication does not replicate all users

    Hello,
we have two ACS 4.0 solution engines. both are configured correct for acs replication. after starting the replication not all users from the primary ACS are replicated to the slave ACS. All uses are in different groups and the not replicated users are not in the local or unknown user group.
does anybody have a hint to resolve this problem?
    regards
    Torsten

I have deleted a user which was dynamicly discovered and afterwards added to a user group. After added the user manually again the replication was successfull.
    Thank you.

  • Issue with renaming a GPO. Change does not replicate to AD.

    Hello All,
I have a issue when renaming a GPO in AGPM and I am not sure if this is intended behavior or not. If I rename a GPO in AGPM Change Control, it appears to rename. However, the name as seen in any other GPO tool shows the original name, and at that point no
longer matches the AGPM. If I try to deploy the GPO that was renamed, it will fail with an error that it cannot find the GPO in question. However, if I rename the GPO in GP edit, it will then be able to deploy.
Is the procedure to rename in both places?
    Thanks.

I have same issue with AGPM 4.0 SP2 in windows server 2012 r2

  • IDS5.1 - does not replicate - delete tombstone

    Hi,
I have a problem with IDS5.1 on solaris, multi master installation. I am not conerned abt the multi master, just trying with a single master. When ever I manually do a "Initialize Consumer", the changes are replicated across, other wise , for any change in the master, I see the replication status as "Incremental udapate succeeded'. But I don't see the change in the replicant. Am I missing any Service pack ? I have just seen "version" under"cn=monitor" , it says i-Planet-Directory /5.1 B2002.326.2041, Any Ideas ? I also see this in the master's error log.<br>
    <b> NSMMREplicationPlugin - delete_tombstone: unable to delete tombstone nsuniqueid=blablalbla<br>
    ancestorid BAD 13120, err=-666 Unknown Error:-666</b>
    Thanks for your help.
    chandra mouli.

No malicious person put a bug in the plugin. FYI the code and binaries are tightly controlled. The error 666 just means that one of the indexes (the ancestorid index) could not be updated. This problem should have been fixed in iDS 5.1 sp 1.

  • Sole proprietor flag - limitation with BBPGETVD

    Hi all,
    We are on SRM 7.
For vendor replication, the reports arestill the same i.e. BBPGETVD and BBPUPDVD in both SRM 5 and SRm 7.
However in SRM 5,there was a limitation with BBPGETVD that it does not replicate a vendor marked as a sole proprietor in R/3 down to SRM...Can someone confirm if that limitation still exists in SRM 7 also?
Also does anyone know why SAP does not replicate a vendor marked as a sole proprietor in R/3 down to SRM? I did find athread on this same issue but no solution has been updated in the post
Re: SRM6: BBPGETVD Does not Replicate Sole Proprietors
Is there a way BBPGETVD can be useed to replicate vendors from ECC which have this flag "sole proprietor " checked/marked?
    Please advise.

Replicate Natural Person from ECC to SRM?
However, there is a pilot note available (1281547) to change this behaviour, since it is the standard one.
In order to be included in such note, an SAP message should be opened.

  • Rso2 replication does not work, what can one check

    Hi there,
created a data source in rso2. tried to replicate it to the bi system - but - when going to the bi system and looking under "datasources", there is nothing there. the datasource does not replicate.
any ideas/old threads to test what is wrong with the system?
    TIA for any help ...

    Hi,
First activate the datasource through RSA5 in R/3 system. Then check in RSA6 it should present there then run RSA3 weather its extracting any data or not. These steps you have to follow in ECC side.
Now go to BI system side:
Go to source system ,right click and press replicate the datasources...sometimes you have to replicate the whole datasources then try and check your datasource weather it comes or not.
Try to do these steps and let me know if it solves your problem or not.

  • Exchange 2013 Database does not shrink

     Hi
I'm  migrating  from  lotus  notes to exchange 2013  unfortunately  when converted  emails  from lotus  to pst  and imported into  exchange  I realized  later  that  a lot of replica
folders with  similar content were present  in users  mailboxes  hence this impacted a lot on the growth of  edb[database]
    Problem
I have delegated  access- full  logged  into user mailbox  deleted  the folders  and the  content . infact  on mailbox usage on the  mailbox properties  I see markable reduction of the  size of
the  mailbox   however all this does not replicate to  the database  size  the space it occupies on the  disk /drive.
I have deleted   and emptied the  deleted folders  and set the  default retention to 0 days.

Any help or advise the storage is extremely limited

So Ed is correct with his answer to shrink the DB's, however a few other issues to check and consider
Where are your log files located, i.e. if on the same drive it could be that you have allot of space being taken up by the log files, especially post import so I would check that first.  Normally these should be truncated/cleaned up post successfully
Exchange aware backup however I have seen the backup choke if there are too many logs.
If the deleted data is now marked as white space then as Ed states the external physical size will remain the same until you defrag or move all the mailboxes to a new DB. However this is going to depend upon your deleted item and mailbox retention settings,
i.e. if the deleted items have not past the current retention time frame then defrag nor the mailbox move will save you any space until those items have past the retention point.  You can of course set it to a lesser value
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb123971%28v=exchg.150%29.aspx and then let it sit for a day, check the white space and if its an ample amount continue with the defrag or MB move.
What is the available white space within each database?   Run the following from Exchange PowerShell "Get-MailboxDatabase
    -Status | select Name, AvailableNewMailboxSpace"
Search, Recover, & Extract Mailboxes, Folders, & Email Items from Offline Exchange Mailbox and Public Folder EDB's and Live Exchange Servers or Import/Migrate direct from Offline EDB to Any Production Exchange Server, even cross version i.e. 2003 -->
    2007 --> 2010 --> 2013 with Lucid8's

In LMDB I checked the Host assigned to this technical system. Please refer screen shot for the entry. Please suggest where I am committing  mistake.

    Thanks Karthik & Kamil,
During SLD preparation in System Preparation phase I had updated the CR/CIM of SLD but I committed a mistake that I applied the CR (From 8.x to 9.0) and then (From 9.x to 9.y) without doing it sequentially from (1.x to 2.0) then from (2.x to 3.0) and so on as per 669669. It didn't give any error. As of now it is showing CIM1.6.38 and CR 9.13. Is my current problem related to this?
Current error message is saying (The definition of Technical System 'SOL~ABAP' is not correct: 'SOL~ABAP': Technical System must be installed onat least one Host.) similarly for Java (The definition of
Technical System 'SOL~JAVA' is not correct: 'SOL~JAVA': Technical System must be installed on at least one Host.).In LMDB I can see in technical system Abap and Java has host assigned to it.Plz suggest.
    Thanks

  • Hyper-V could not replicate changes for virtual machine 'machinename': The connection with the server was terminated abnormally (0x00002EFE).

I have a 3 node cluster that has replica setup to replicate to another cluster off-site.
Suddenly one of the servers is not replicating with the error:
Hyper-V could not replicate changes for virtual machine 'machinename': The connection with the server was terminated abnormally (0x00002EFE). (Virtual Machine ID CC0FD4CC-F9B7-4C68-ABE8-B7D52A87899F)
All other servers are replicating fine so there cannot be a permissions or connectivity issue between the 2 clusters.
This server has 2TB of data so I'd rather not have to start the replication again.
    Does anyone have any pointers?
    Thanks.

    Hi drensta,
Based on my knowledge , "hyper-v replica broker " is needed for failover cluster replica .
Here is a link for "Why is the "Hyper-V Replica Broker" required?"

  • Flash video does not show up once uploaded. Help please.

OK I've spent several days searching online for an answer to this question and I'm at my wit's end.  Please help me out.  This is what is going on.
I'm using flash to design a basic website.  Within that website I want to place a .flv file.  Everything works fine in preview mode and test movie mode.  The problem comes when I puplish to the web.  I'm just using flash to publish which puts all the files in a folder.
IN previous attempts, once I load those files onto a server it does not play the .flv file.  The .sfw skin will show up but the general .sfw file for the project doesn't seem to be finding the .flv file.  And yes, I'm uploading the .flv file to the server.  Is there something wrong with the html code that it can't find the .flv file?  I can replicate this problem on my desktop by moving the .flv file out of it's project folder.  Once I do that and then click the .html file the page will load but it won't find the video file.  It's like it can only open that file if it's in the original project folder and the folder doesn't get moved.
I can't be the only who has experienced this.  Please help!

The effect you're having "only displaying the flvplayer skin but no video" is a clear sign that your swf can't find the flv.
One thing that you can do to ensure that everything is right is to first upload the .flv file to the desired location and then link your FLVPlayback to the url on the flash IDE / AS.
    2nd Option would be to:
save flv, fla and swf in the SAME folder (no subfolders or such)
upload flv and swf to your webserver while keeping them together in the same folder, that ensures that your files can find eachother.
