Standard BADI in event management

Hi,
Can u kindly inform what are the various standard BADI/Function modules to track and trace events in event management from Transportation management ( TM 8.1).

I want to develop a printable Appraisal (with company brand, etc) for the Manager/employee print it when the process is completed.
My question here is if, in the predefined process I can use a BadI when the manager click on the button "print" the system can call the developed form and print it.

    The prerequisites of PMS is OM and PA is mandatory,
    PMS is just like an interaction between the manager and the employees in an enterprise, based
    On his work they are going to put some rating etc.
      In the standard system employee called as “Appraise” Manager called as an “Appraiser” and Manager’s Manager called as Higher level manager “Part Appraiser “ can be a self-peer & customer they can save & provide their Comments to  the “Appraiser”

  • Training and event management issues

    Hi guys,
    i am stucked with some of issue in training and event management...
    1. Altough client is using TEM but for frontend they are using ESS.. Now problem is search functionality is not working in system. I am getting 0 result.
    2. I can see the catalog properly but when i do the booking for the future course then system shows course is successfully booked but in Training Activities list that course is not appearing and nothing updated in backend and if i do booking for future course in the backend then after that i can see that course in the frontend also.  same is happening for cancellation. other functionality like prebook, qualification working properly in the system
    3. Client is using Appraisal functionality. i have configured appraisal in the backend but how we can do for frontend.
    kindly help me regarding these issue as early as possiblee....

    Regarding training activities :
    Can you please check the assignment of PERNR with User IT0105...
    Also, are you using the customized BSP page ... If yes :
    Please create a new BSP page copying from the standard BSP page and then enter the new page in the view LSPAGE_ALIAS_C.
    Regarding appraisals in frontend, you will see a link of "perform course appraisal" under completed courses if you have configured this in a correct way.

    Hi all,
    For training and event management, I have to create a new type of attendee besides sap existing attendee type such as company, contact person, customer, external person and so on.
    Via IMG -> Training and event management -> basic settings -> object type modeling enhancement -> object type -> define object types, then how can I define OrgObj Type for new object type I want to create?

    S_AHR_61016216 - Cancellations per Attendee , i think there is no standard report for cencelation of business events, type and group.
    for cancellations per attendee reports is available in the system.

    Is your question related to allowing the registration for two programs on the same day at different locations? If yes, it will be giving a warning message that your training registration is overlapping with already regestered program. That to only when the time of the programs is same. You need to implement custom checks if you would like to resist from registring for such programs.
    Conceptually, it is always possible for a person to attend two programs in the same day at two locations (here location definition is company dependent and how do you define different locations of your company). So it wont resist from registring or infact if possible from participating as long as the schedule is not collaiding...

  • Event Management Datasources 0SCEM_1 ,2 ,3 not showing any data in RSA3.

    Hi Experts,
    I am trying to load SC Event Management data into BW.
    On the source system side , I did following thins, Still I'm not finding any data in RSA3. 
    a)  Use Tcode- /SAPTRX/BWGS and
    i) Set the BW upload mode to V1 u2013 Direct Delta Upload
    ii) Activate the BW upload for the extraction structures /SAPTRX/BWTFSEE, /SAPTRX/BWTFSEG, and /SAPTRX/BWTFSEH.
    iii) You must generate the DataSources for all the extraction structures (/SAPTRX/BWTFSEE, /SAPTRX/BWTFSEG, and /SAPTRX/BWTFSEH) for which appends have been changed or created. To generate the DataSources, in the dialog structure, choose DataSources Generation for the relevant extraction structure. If you use the standard appends without modifications, you do not have to generate the DataSources.
    b) Initialize set up tables for EM upload using Tcode- /SAPTRX/BWID
    c) The three setup tables must be filled with the relevant data for the respective event handlers. This enables the initial data upload to SAP NW BI. The parameter for the BW upload has been set to u2018 u2019 for the BW Upload Rule. This indicator specifies that an initial upload is carried out. This is executed Tcode- /SAPTRX/TSC0TR.
    d) Afterwards trigger the initial loading using Tcode- /SAPTRX/BWIU.This transaction sends the BWUPLOAD event to all the event handlers selected according to the
    specified selection criteria. Note that even inactive event handlers can be selected. The system collects all the relevant data (according to the rules in the BW profile) for the selected event handlers (those for which the BWUPLOAD event has been reported) and stores the data in the three setup tables.
    e) You must check if the parameter for the BW upload is set to delta upload using Tcode- /SAPTRX/TSC0TR
    Still I'm not seeing any data in RSA3. Can any one please help me to extract the data into BW side.

  • Appraisal for Training and Event Management

    Hi Friends,
    Hope every one doing well.
    I have a requirement regarding the Appraisal of Attendee and send to its reporting manager for review and Manger may change the rating and completed or reject for re-appraise from the attendee.
    Note: We are not using LSO, using old Training and event management and we don't have any ESS,MSS system simply doing in ECC system only.
    here i need the notification for the reporting manager once the attendee save his ratings, if i do with old appraisal functionality with APPCREATE & APPCHANGE system is not giving any notifications to the reporting manager.
    if i go to new appraisal system that is with PHAP_CATALOG and PHAP_ADMIN i am not able to get the course's what employee attended for the training.
    please can any one share your view how to do this.

  • Training and Event management in ESS

    We have 2 services in Training & Event management.
    1. PV7I - Training centre
    2. PV8I   - My bookings
    These two services have to be provided in ESS portal.
    Is there any way to configure it in SPRO???? or is it necessary to manually create iview in portal and assign it to overview page????
    In IMG->Cross-Application Components->Homepage Framework->Areas->Define Areas (Add Entries) I tried adding New Area then in  IMG->Cross-Application Components->Homepage Framework->Areas->Assign Areas to Area Group Pages (Add and Change Entries) i assigned the New Area to the next position of stranded  Area. But my New Area is not showing in the ESS Portal. There is no problem with the connection between backend system and portal because if I change the position of Standard Areas it is getting reflected in the portal.
    Please Help.......

    1st, please take a look at the documentation of SAP in the customizing. There the help is quite useful
    To add new fields do the following:
    - add the fields in structure CI_PPVARC
    - create a form for each field in customer report (use RHKMIT30 as copy pattern)
    - assign those fields in table T77VC
    Also, I suggest to create a new form and notification abbreviation.
    - create new notif. abbr. in table T77VE
    - assign the notif. abbr. to an activity in table T77VI
    - create a new form in SE71 (use a standard one as copy pattern e.g. HR_ALL_BUCH)
    - assign new action to the form in table T77VD
