Step by step SOA deployment
Hi friends,
I am planning to deploy standard services provided by SAP (full environment in my landscape - not ES workplace) ,I need some guidance.
1) Is procuring Service bundles and deploy it is the only option? (how is the charges for that) - from where I can get it.
2) which content I need to download for ECC 6.0
and which one for SAP PI. (is it ESA ECC SE004 ?)
3) Where to deploy the services (on ECC server or seprate server is required)
4) If I deploy it on ECC how to consume it?
5) If I deploy it on seprate server how to make communication between service and my ECC system.
Hi,
Standard Web Services (enterpirse services) on ECC6 are included in ESA ECC SE004 (ECC-SE).
You have to download and install them on your ECC6 system, they will not work on a separate server.
You can also add more services with Enhancement packages.
In the SAP World, you can consume them with Abap or Java.
You can test them with the web service navigator, available only on SAP Java server (http://hostname:port/wsnavigator).
Regards, Gilles.

Step by Step Deploying ADF Faces to OC4J 10.1.2
Hi there,
I've already read the previous topic about deploying ADF Faces to OC4J 10.1.2.
But I'm still getting failed to deploy it.
Some clue that I know are:
- Using JDK 1.4.2 (not 1.5)
- Using J2ee 2.3 (not 2.4)
- Using ADF Runtime installer to OC4J 10.1.2
But i've got some problem, when I'm trying to run my project using jdk 1.4.2. It gives me an error like this:
classloader.util.AnnotatedClassFormatError: MBeanServerEjbHome_StatefulSessionHomeWrapper1
Invalid class: MBeanServerEjbHome_StatefulSessionHomeWrapper1
Loader: system.root:0.0.0
Code-Source: /D:/av/src/Jdev1013/jdev/system/oracle.j2ee.10.1.3.36.73/embedded-oc4j/application-deployments/admin_ejb/deployment-cache.jar
Configuration: <ejb> in wrappers
Dependent class: com.evermind.server.ejb.deployment.SessionBeanDescriptor
Loader: oc4j:10.1.3
Code-Source: /D:/av/src/Jdev1013/j2ee/home/lib/oc4j-internal.jar
Configuration: <code-source> in META-INF/boot.xml in D:\av\src\Jdev1013\j2ee\home\oc4j.jar
Can anyone tell me how to deploy ADF Faces to 10.1.2 step by step?
Thanx in advance :),
AndreI have the same problem. My applications works fine with Jdev 10.1.3 but after deploying it on the application server I'm getting this error.

1)How to connect to database not in code for deployment using AppServer?
2)How two beans interact with each other and how i mapp thm to each other while deploying it ?
3)How the Entity beans mapped to corresponding Session bean?
4)How i used it(ejb) with web-tier , means the deployment with any servlet or jsp?
I want step by step guidance to deploy an application on AppServer .

sai.Sai if you are completely new to this on WLS I would recommend reading:
http://edocs.bea.com/wls/docs70/programming/index.html
Then Possibly:
http://edocs.bea.com/wls/docs70/webapp/index.html &&

You can also find more programming information here:

I want to deployment WSUS for our company. So I need step by step guide line with screenshot and video link.
Thanks,
QamrulI was more interested in writing a script in PowerShell to automatically deny Itanium server updates.
Would you happen to know a good article on this?
I believe this topic has been discussed in this forum, so I'd start by searching the forum.
Beyond that, your best friend in PowerShell script efforts is going to be CodePlex. There may be one posted there, already written.
As a technical reference, you'll need to be familiar with the WSUS API, and the
Software Development Kit is available on MSDN.
You can definitely do this with PowerShell. (I actually do it with a feature of SolarWinds Patch Manager which does it via an API call.)

Solution deployment step by step
hi,
i need solution deployment step by step because when i am deploying it hangingHi chowdary,
As my understanding, you want to deploy solutions in SharePoint 2013.
You need to do the following steps:
Add the WSP to the SharePoint Server
Add the WSP to the SharePoint Farm Solution library
Deploy the WSP to the SharePoint Farm Solution library
There is a blog, it provides the detailed steps about how to deploy a solution in SharePoint 2013, please take a look:
http://jaxsharepoint.blogspot.com/2013/06/deploying-wsp-to-sharepoint-2013.html

Mahendra MahajanHello Mahendra,
There is no need to copy and paste all of the WebLogic documentation here. Just
follow the steps in the documentation and you should be fine. If you run into
a specific problem, we would be happy to assist you. Begin with the following
EJB programming guide:

CAVS step by step guide Oracle SOA 10g
Hello,
Is there any step by step guide or tutorial available for CAVS in Oracle SOA 10g ?
thanks.Hello Veeru,
I have followed the development guide. But unable to find the problem Actually I have a TestProvider that calls some dbAdapter. Can we simulate DbAdapter and Test our ABCProvider accordingly?? How can we configure AIAConfiguration File? Following is my entry
<ServiceConfiguration serviceName="{http://xmlns.oracle.com/TestProvider}TestProvider">
<Property name="Default.SystemID">default</Property>// Where it comes from ? Do i need to configure it @ where ??
<Property name="Routing.dbAdapter.RouteToCAVS">true</Property>
<Property name="Routing.dbAdapter.CAVS.EndpointURI">http://......./AIAValidationSystemServlet/syncresponsesimulator?simid=1015</Property>
<Property name="Routing.dbAdapter.default.EndpointURI"> ??? Which URL Do i need to provide ? dbAdapter or TestProvider .. While dbAdapter don't have soap request response message. Its just have wsdl that we can't test in SOAPUI </Property>
</ServiceConfiguration>
I think Simulator is unable to pick the changes from the AIAConfiguration file or might be i am giving something wrong in the file. Could you please tell me I am using Oracle SOA 10g. -
How to migrate from exchange 2007 to 2013 step by step tutorials please
Hi
I am running Windows Server 2008 standard, with exchange 2007 SP2 on it.
We have 800 mailbox in total
Our domain controllers are
Win2012 R2 and I would like to upgrade to Exchange 2013 on Windows server 2012 R2.
I am running a VM, on VMware environment, so my Windows 2012 R2 is a VM.
Is there a website or document that explains in detail, step by step how to upgrade from 2007 to 2013.
I currently only have 1 exchange server 2007, with all the roles on the one server. I would like to keep that same as
well with exchange 2013.
ThanksExchange server deployment assistant is always a good service provider to achieve this task as it simply ask few questions about your current environment and proceed further accordingly.
You can refer to this blog explained by technet team that will assist you further to gather more information in depth : http://blogs.technet.com/b/meamcs/archive/2013/07/25/part-1-step-by-step-exchange-2007-to-2013-migration.aspx
Moreover, to avoid the interruptions and proceed a hassle-free migration from exchange 2007 to 2013, this application (http://www.exchangemigrationtool.com/) could also be a good approach to accomplish
migration task in more secure way. -

NOTES AND REFERENCES
=================================================================
This detailed step-by-step guide was produced with the following article by Jason Price http://www.oracle.com/technology/pub/articles/price_10gws.htmlSuccess!!!
I had to grant this permissions:
call dbms_java.grant_permission( 'WS_TEST', 'SYS:java.lang.RuntimePermission', 'getClassLoader', '' );
call dbms_java.grant_permission( 'WS_TEST', 'SYS:java.lang.RuntimePermission', 'accessClassInPackage.sun.util.calendar', '' );
call dbms_java.grant_permission( 'WS_TEST', 'SYS:java.lang.RuntimePermission', 'setFactory', '' )
call dbms_java.grant_permission( 'WS_TEST', 'SYS:java.util.PropertyPermission', 'HTTPClient.socket.idleTimeout', 'write' );
call dbms_java.grant_permission( 'WS_TEST', 'SYS:java.net.SocketPermission', 'localhost', 'resolve' );
call dbms_java.grant_permission( 'WS_TEST', 'SYS:java.net.SocketPermission', '127.0.0.1:8084', 'connect,resolve' );
As I wrote earlier, WS_TEST is my user into which I load JAX-RPC client. Note that, if you load JAX-RPC client into user another than SYS, you have NOT to use -s -grant public option (wassam wrote about this too). Another thing is that I (finally) didn't load OC4J. To consume WebService I use utl_dbws.invoke(call_Handle CALL, request SYS.XMLTYPE) function.
