Still error occurs!

Question

Hi all,
I'm struggling for implementing some Applet using JFileChooser to let user to choose uploading file and process the file by the servlet. I have set the policy files to grant the access to the local machine directory, and the JFileChooser applet can start on the browser. However, there are some incomprehensive errors occurring on the server side. I can see the DOS window running Tomcat with some error messages. The error messages seem to appear while the browser is loading the applet class. I have absolutely no idea what is going on. Is there anyone who can explain why is this error showing up on the window?! The following is the my applet code and the error massage Tomcat outputs!

Reboot with the Command + R keys held down. When this window appears select Reinstall OS X.
