STO Commited Qty Issue

Dear All,
We are facing issue in STO
System is Showing 2 Schedlule Lines in the Delivery Tab of PO.
Below is the snap shot of the Delivery Tab

Pleaee help me with the Commited Qty

Hi,
During configuration of STO's, an availability check is assigned (IMG > MM > Purchasing > Purchase order > Set up Stock transport order > Assign delivery type and checking rule).
Because of this, during the creation of a STO, the system will perform an availability check for the material in the source plant. The results of this ATP are the two fields that you have mentioned. Zero in committed quantity means that the ATP check found no material available, according to the ATP check you have assigned, on the date you have proposed. A quantity less the entire quantity of the STO indicates that only a portion of the STO requirements was found to be available on the proposed date in the supplying plant.
Any time the committed quantity is less than the entire quantity of the STO, it means there is no assurance that there will be product available when the day comes to actually create the delivery note and PGI the STO.
Any time a requirement is not committed during an ATP check, the possibility also then exists that other requirements in the supplying plant (such as new sales orders, or new production order dependent requirements) may take stock that you intended for use in your STO. It is always wise (but not mandatory) to manipulate your STOs so that committed qty = delivery qty.

    Hi All,
    While we are creating the PO in STO process from 1000 plant to 2000 plant with reference pruchase requisition in sales order, the committed quantity is not coming. These both plants are under the same company code. But plant 1000 is procuring that material from external vendor, it is not manufacturing in that plant. And it is showing the committed qty for some materials and not showing for some other materials.  The item category is also same for the all materials.
    Please let me know Soon.  It is an urgent.

  • STO Committed Quantity in MD04

    HI Gurus
    Need your expertise. When I create a STO under the delivery schedule, I have multiple committed qty but in MD04 it is only showing the total schedule line qty. How can we see the multiple committed qty in MD04 instead of total schedule line qty?
    example in STO (Delivery Schedule Tab):

  • Make To Order - Commitment qty is 0 even if material on stock

    Folks,
    We are using Make to order with strategy group 82 (Assembly processing) requirement type is KMFA and class is 201. The availability check in material master is set to '02' individual requirements.
    The KMAT has about 100 components. Of 100 components about 10 are set to 'KP' - no check. the rest are set to '02' - individual requirements in the MRP3 view.
    On creating the sales order,the components with no availability check have the right committed qty whereas the rest shows 0 .(Eventhough there are enough stock) and are shown as missing parts. (the commitment date deaults to 12/31/9999)
    I tried using Movement type 412 E to post the components in to sales order stock. It worked. But there are 100s of components and 100s of orders. We cannot afford to issue the components manually for each and every order.
    Is there any way we could achieve this at one step? (like either posting to the order or reservation?)  Am I missing something in the set up? 
    Helpful answers will be rewarded.

    MRP 4 view "2" was missing in individual/Collective reqmts.

  • At the time of MIRO against STO full qty for invoice is showing.

    We have created STO for lumsum qty and then created OBD with PGI and GRN for breackup  qty,but at the time of MIRO against STO full qty for invoice is showing ,and we want respective breakup qty in respect to OBD or GRN no. as reference.

    Have you done PGI and GRN both for partial quantity ?
    Can you show the screen shot for PO history and MIRO ?

    When PO created & send to vendor, then you are committed. For your requirement you should have Confirmation Control key in material master & should have setting for PO Monitor Order Acknowledgements and output getting in  ME92F
    Now use t.code: ME80FN and then select dynamic selection--> Purchasing Document items --->Confirmation Control (enter criteria as required by you u201CConfirmationsu201D ) and execute to get report.
    Also you can try to see Expected Goods Receipt in t.code: ME2V

  • Committed qty showing difference

    Hi Experts,
    I have a process order for quantity 1410, which has been confirmed also...if i check the order the confirmed qty and the delivered qty is showing as 1410 but the committed qty is showing as 987.. is that mean when availabilty check happened there was components to produce only 987... and  also let me know while converting the planned order to process order can this hapeen..

    System will update the commitment qty  while doing Material availability check,  At the time of material availability check, the quantity available for that order is 987,( as per the OPJJ,& OPJK setting).
    also let me know while converting the planned order to process order can this hapeen..
    at the time of order creation or order release  material availability check is carried out as per the setting in OPJK

  • In a Sales order for  line item (SL) the Confirmed Qty & Committed Qty is 0

    In a Sales order for a line item (Schedule line) the Confirmed Qty & Committed Qty is 0 and there is no second scedule line
    with the Confirmed Qty & Committed Qty (This is a MTO).What could be the reason?  Pls suggest.

    Check the Schedule line determination category settings.
    It is determined by Item Category + MRP Type.
    Pls maintain the relavant entries in that settings.  Pls try out the path  in the system. Do NOT ask for Tcode.

  • STO - Delivery Qty

    Hi
    In STO process, when i do Delivery w.r.t PO (VL10b), i want the system to pick up complete PO Quantity. But now it is only picking up the quantity (partial qty.), as much as available stock.
    In my STO PO, under Delivery tab, i have given 'A' against PartDel/item (as I do not want partial delivery to happen)
    Can you kindly suggest what config. settings i need to make for this to happen?

    Hi,
    When there is no stock in the warehouse how can the delivery document can be created for the entire stock in the PO.  Even if you get the entire open quantity in the PO to the delivery document the Goods issue cann't be completed as there is no stock in the warehouse.
    Please kindly check the requirement once again, by default when you are executing the VL10B transaction system will copy the entire open quantity of the PO into the delivery document.
    Otherwise try using the VL10D transaction.

  • Purchase order qty issue

    Hi SAP SD GURUS,
    this is STO  process, Doucment type is UB, delivery type is NLCC, Item catagory is NLC.
    When ever to create the delivery enter the qty more than the purchase order qty, system is allow to create the delivery, in this case i want restirct the delivery levle and  we cannot enter the delivery qty more than the Purchaswe qty in delivery level, where it is controlled?

  • MRP for STO Delivery Date Issue

    Dear Gurus,
    We are using MRP to generate STO purchase requisition for a specific material.
    We have entered planned delivery time in the receiving plant. The supplying plant is 1000 and receiving plant is 2000.
    We have entered planned delivery time in plant 2000 for 10 days . MRP is run at mid night. System is generating PR . But the delivery date is same as current date.
    E.G: Material A planned delivery time 10 days in plant 2000
    Planning date is 20/07/2014
    in PR : Delivery date is 29/7/2014
    and PR release date is 19/7/2014.
    The release date is appearing in the past. Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

  • STO Post goods issue reversal using vl09 not happening.

    user has done following cycle
    1.ME21N-PO document type UB and Item cat I.
    2.VL10B- Outbound delivery
    3.VL06G-goods issue using automatic MVT 647 and 101)
    4.VF01-Performa Invoice(billing Type JEX)
    5.J1IIN- Excise invoice.
    In billing base price is missing because of that all duties and net price zero.now user wants to cancel entire cycle. he has done excise cancellation using J1IH. we are not able to reverse billing using VF11, we are not able to PGI reversal using Vl09. it giving error "No dat available for your selection".
    Note: is it problem of JEX because we have not assigned cancell billing type and doc pric procedure to JEX?
    any solution for the above issue.

    the optional solution can be as following steps:
    1) create the bin manually with ls01n: storage type 904, bin name is the delivery number,
    2) reverse with vl09 and a material doc will be created.
    3) check the bin stock with ls24, you will see negative stock in 904.
    4) create TO to offset this negative qty with lt06 with above mentioned material doc. this TO's source bin is just the one in regular storage type.
    5) confirm TO
    6) don't forget to delete the bin created in step 1,  this is because it is created manually but not dynamic bin that will dissapear automatically.

    User issued qty from quality stock to cost centre trough T-Code MI10. Inspection lot against the issue qty has status u201CREL CALC SPCO PRII CROK QLCHu201D This lot has been generated through mov  101 against PO (GR). After doing GR qty posted in quality stock. By mistake user has issued qty from quality stock to cost centre trough T-Code MI10. For same movement type was 704.
    Now they want same qty back in quality stock also they want to do UD for the same. How to get back this stock in quality stock?

    hi Sandy,
    Quickest and easiest option without lot of configuration and process change for your scneario will be ,
    The transaction code is MB0A.
    The steps for executing the above trancode is as follows.
    Inputs:-
    Posting date : UD date.
    Movement type : 102
    Enter relevant plant, storage location, vendor and the material code
    The purchase order/sch.agreement for the given vendor-matl-plant combination will be displayed.
    Select the correct PO and click adopt selected.
    The material with quantities to be reversed will appear in various line items. Select the correct quantity for which the reversal to be made.
    Click adopt + details
    Enter storage location
    Remove "X" in the stocktype field
    Save.
    Material document will be generated.
    The correct material could be inwarded again and correct usage decision can be taken  against this lot.  
    Get approval from Materials and  Finance guys.   As long as your accounting documents nurlifies each other  ,  you should be good to go.
    If not  you have to use the same proess   witht twiests , with other movement types for which you have activated  inspection type.
