STO partial returns - missing or lost items.

Dear Freinds
We have a scenario STO wherein we have to receive partial quantity in destination plant. Say, the PGI quantity is 10 pcs, 2 pcs are lost or missing and therefore we can receive only 8 pcs in destination plant. For STO returns , due to some legal reasons , we cannot take entire quanity in receiving plant and cancel the document. Now the balance quantity of 2 pcs is lying as stock-in-transit in the system. Though physically there is no quantity available (its missing or lost ) . Now we do not want to receive the material in destination plant , instead we want it to transfer partial quantity of 2 pcs from stock in transit to the supplying plant. Is it possible? Pl advise , how do we adjust quantity lying in stock in Transit ?

Look under the Store menu in iTunes for the "Check for available downloads" command and run that. You may find the tracks there to be downloaded.
If not, contact the iTunes Store Customer Service department from their Support page (select the category and subcategory closest to the issue you're reporting and you'll find either an "Express Lane" button - just follow the instructions to get to the contact form - or an "Email Us" button) and explain the problem to them.

Partial Return not possible

Hello,
This query is already being posted in SDN but the solution is not specified. So I thought of reopening it again.
I am using EBP 3.5, classic scenario, BBPCRM SP level is SAPKU35009. My requirement is whenever I try to do a return delivery, it does not allow me to select the item I want to return.
Lets say my shopping cart consists of three items. Now while confirmation, all three items are confirmed in EBP. When i try to do a return delivery here in EBP, the checkbox to select the individual items is disabled. So I am left with no option but to return all the three items even if I want to return only the second one.
I assume this must be the standard functionality but Is it possible to find a solution to this prob? Is there an OSS note available to do the same.
Need your help and advice to solve this.

Cancellation/Partial Cancellation Indicator
You can cancel items of a goods receipt confirmation.
It is not possible to effect quantity changes or to cancel items for which open invoice items exist.
When a cancellation document is posted, the relevant values are updated in the order item and the confirmation item. However, status changes do not occur in the confirmation.
<b>You can cancel backend service confirmations. You cannot carry out item selection here. You can only cancel the whole document.</b>

Partial Returns in EBP

Hi All,
We are using SAP Enterprise Buyer v4.0 [Classic Scenario], and have a new business requirement to be able to handle partial returns.
Currently it is only possible to reverse/return [movement type 102/122] the entire material document through EBP. The checkboxes to select individual items from the original confirmation (GR) to reverse/return are disabled - however, this also indicates that it may be possible, since the checkboxes exist.
On the same topic, slightly different issue - does anyone have any information on the ability to assign a 'reason code' to a return from EBP?
I would greatly appreciate any assistance/guidance with these issues.

Thanks for your reply. We're on a fairly new implementation of EBP v4.0 [1.5 years] - so no plans currently to upgrade.
Have you heard about any alternative options for being able to support partial returns in releases prior to SRM 5.0?

Cancelled an order which I used a rewards certificate only a partial return of points

I placed an order online and used a $20 certificate for it. I decided to cancel the order but have so far only recieved a partial return of my points.In my purchase history it shows I received back in 1 500 point chunk and 1 250 point chunk I already had about 400 points left over so Best Buy just used that and reissued a rewards certificate. I am still missing 250 points from my total. I'd like to get my 250 point refund soon in order to complete my refund of points, Thanks

It can generally take 3 to 6 business days for a certificates point value to repost to a member's account following a return or cancellation. I am showing that your order was cancelled on 1/11/2015, so the 6th business day would be 1/19/2015 (today). If you do not see the remaining 250 points repost to your account by the end of the day, then send me a private message and I will make sure they are added. They don't go into the Trash. Unless you have a backup prior to the deletion time it's gone.

Withholding tax information missing from line item

Hi Gurus,
We have created a vendor invoice in SAP. The voucher processed and paid has withholding tax of 1,333.00
But if you display the vendor invoice and click on the withholding tax data button, it says that withholding tax information missing from line item.
Kindly advise how could this happen when the vendor account has maintains withholding tax code and the payment document also has withholding tax information.

Please check the following:
1. The withholding tax types and indicators must be defined as Liable'.
Please check this via vender master data (fk02).
2.Please check field status group for withholding tax fields in
transactions OB14 (inserting the field status variant of the Company Code oby6 and the field status group of the g/l account that You can find running FS00) and OB41 (posting key, in DP case 29). Check the account group for the GL account
assigned to the vendor reconciliation account in FBKP.
These should be set as "optional".
Select group --> Taxes
Suppress Req. Entry Optional Entry
Withholding Tax Code X
Withholding Tax Amounts X

I have deleted the item multiple times both on my Mac mini and my touch and 5 minutes later it is back in my Junk mailbox. The item will not return to the Junk mailbox until it is deleted from the trash.

Missing 1,693 items after import from Aperture

My Aperture library had 42,817 originals (46,331 versions; according to the Aperture library selector).
My new Photos library following the migration has 39,835 photos, 1,287 videos, 2 items.
Assuming the Aperture count includes everything, this means I'm somehow missing 1,693 items in my new library.
I'm sort of at a loss as to figuring out how to identify these missing items (photos/videos/whatever). Any ideas?
I suppose I could just try importing the Masters folder inside the Aperture Library file; in theory it shouldn't import duplicates, but I'm naturally wary.

So it looks like I may have just added back a bunch of duplicates that were sitting in my Aperture trash folder. Better safe than sorry? I'm not so sure.
The worst part of this is that my library had just finished uploading the 40K items. And after mucking around last night, it looks like it's re-uploading the whole library...again.
Kill me now.

Regarding the error ME392, please check the customizing under
the IMG path:
Materials Management
-> Purchasing
   -> Purchase Order
      -> Returns Order
         -> Store Return
Here, for the supplying plant in your Cross-company-code return, you
need to set up a delivery type.
In order to know the supplying plant, please, open the vendor master
data (XK03).
Select the 'Purchasing data' section.
Once you are in the screen SAPMF02K 310 follow the menu path 'Extras' ->
'Add.purchasing data'.
Here you will see the Plant that is linked to your vendor.
So, now, for this Plant, under the IMG path mentioned before,
set a a delivery type for the store return (NCR - Ret.StTranspOrd CC
can be used, for example).

Web service error in response "Element '{ namespace }return' missing"

I'm quite new to ABAP development on Web services, and I encountered a problem after calling a web service method.
I created a Service Consumer proxy from an external WSDL, then created its port in SOAMANAGER.
Now, when I call one of its methods, an exception occurs. But I was able to debug that there is a response being sent by the web service. However, during the CALL TRANSFORMATION (found in class CL_SXMLP_DATA_ST method IF_SXML_SERIALIZABLE~DESERIALIZE) it raises the error:
Element '{<namespace>}return' missing
(I can't show the namespace but it's like "https://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.com/xxxxxxxx")
I tried to search the forums about this, but haven't found any yet that could help me. I can't also modify the code since this is already SAP standard.

Well the term "hotlined" I have never heard before. In any case many states (like NY) just passed regulatory powers to the State Public Service Commission of which it may be called something different in your state. You could file a complaint with them. Or file a complaint with your state attorney generals office, they also take on wireless providers.
The problem here is the staff you speak to are poorly trained, in days gone by it took one call to them and they pulled up your account and see the error and had the authority to remove any errors. They did not remove legitimate account actions, but used their heads instead of putting a customer off or worse lying to the customer.
Its a shame you have to go through what you going through.

When I called Apple (after wating 42 min. for a live person) I was told to run the APPLE Software Update and turn off location services then restart my computer. There were no available updates. The iPod touch I got on Christmas day. The iTunes app was downloaded the same day. Since day 1 I have not been able to connect. After restarting my computer:
From the iTunes app I click on the 'iTunes Store'
A new window opens and I get the following message:

So I click on 'Review' and am taken to a crude screen that says

With an Apple ID, you can download the latest music, videos, and more.
To begin creating your Apple ID, click Continue.
So I click on 'Continue'
A pop up window says:
We could not complete your iTunes Store request. An unknown error occurred (-1202).
There was an error in the iTunes Store. Please try again later.
And the only option I am left with is to click 'OK'
After every fix this same scenerio just loops and loops and loops

Register part II entry to be settled for partial return

Hi,
During return delivery by movement type 122 (partial return) we are posting the document in MIGO (in MM). And the posting of excise invoice is done in J1IV. An account document is generated but the excise registers i.e. part II do not get updated for the material that is returned.
We have maintined the movement type 122 in "Movement type versus register relevance".
I would like to know that how the part II entry is settled.

In the J2IUN transaction we have duties BED, ECS, SECS payable amount and BED, ECS, SECS amount remaining.
We get some value, request to kindly do let me know how we can check this value by manual calculation. Or how we can arrive at that value.
Secondly we have BED utilization RG23ABED, RG23CBED, PLA BED. Similarly is it also possible how these values can be checked.
