Strange error message when try to create a DS instance

I installed DSEE 6.1 on Solaris 10 and afterward I tried to create an instance and I got the below. Do you have any ideas?
root# ./dsadm create /usr/local/dsee/dsins1
Choose the Directory Manager password: ******
Confirm the Directory Manager password: ******
Failed to make directory /usr/local/dsee/dsins1: a component of the path prefix does not exist.

i don't have a dsee server in front of me at the moment to confirm but i would suspect that /usr/local/dsee/dsins1 does not exist.
Can you ls /usr/local/dsee/dsins1? Does it exist?

When the customer try to create a new Service Notification (IW51 transaction), they receive an customized error message: "No pricing reference material for material [item code] not able to save". The price appears on the quantity contract by through of the Condition Price. So, I checked it this condition price on the VK13 transaction and it was inputed correctly and it is valid.

You can still create universe, just not UNX universe.
If you have upgraded Bi4.0 to Sp01 or SP02 - in IDT it will not let you do that.

Error message when trying to create a unique name

Why do I keep getting an Error message when trying to create a unique name for a location on your site. I am simply looking to use your free 2GB space to store some pics and vids but keep getting an error message.

How come Leopard let me use the WGM in standard mode?
While SA complains that it won't work in Standard Configuration, WGM does not. There is some fault in the logic of this for which I don't have an explanation.

If you wish to have complete control of all client settings, yes. There really is no disadvantage of using an Advanced configuration other than the learning curve.

Strange error message when I tried to use the "collaborate" function under "File"

Has anyone else met this before? : I am trying to share my project with my team members. Tried File -> Collaborate and then try three options under it. Non e of them works. It asks for your Adobe ID in order to sign in and upload. However, every time I typed in my Adobe ID and password, it gave me strange error messages. The first time it says: User has not verified email address yet. I have been using this Adobe ID since 2008 or 2009 and of course I have verified my email address. But to make sure, I went back to my email box and search for emails about Adobe ID verification but I didn't find any (I never delete emails such as this).
Then I tried to register a new Adobe ID. This time when I tried to singn in with the new Adobe ID, it will either say "Network may not be available" (which is not true because I am able to surf on the Internet at the same time), or it says "User has not accepted user condition/agreement".
I feel so frustrated because I feel this is definitely not my mistake which caused the failure of log in.
Hope someone can tell me what the reason is and how to fix it though.

Now I can enter the collaborate function. However, everytime when I tried to send it to myself (for test purpose) I got another error message "You need to enter a valid emaill address". I saw someone else on this forum has met the same problem. Do you have any suggestion on what is the possible reason for this to happen?

Why am I receiving an "unknown error message" when I attempt to upgrade my X OS from 10.8 to Yosemite? It says "There was an error in the App Store. Please try again later (4)." I tried running pacman -Syyu, but that did not seem to solve the problem. There is /var/lib/pacman/local/openssl-0.9.8l-1/
directory but it is empty. When running pacman -S openssl, I get the above error message as well but it spans for hundreds of buffer lines. In the end I end up with this:

seemed to have fixed it. Did not know of the force reinstall option. The necessary directories in /var/lib/pacman/local/openssl have been created.

I am getting this error every time I create a Project Excel Template, and I don’t know why, nor do I understand what the error message is trying to tell me. The project is very simple, just a task list with resources assigned, but
the resources are not assigned any costs or rates, as we don’t use. Any help is appreciated, as I have to explain this. Thx!

thx John for your help. I don't think any thing at all is applied... I get the same message if I just create a new blank project and try the export. The resulting output looks fine - it's just the message that worries me. I am on the road training some folks
in Africa in regards to the beauty of MS Project 2013, and this one is a bit embarrassing. Perhaps it's an OS thing? The only substantial thing that's changed on my machine is that I went from Windows 8 to 8.1. Hmmm, also installed Visio. Well, thx again!

Error message when trying to create Recovery Media Creation

I have a HP Pavilion 15 Notebook PC 15-n235sa and when trying to create my Recovery Media Creation on a 32GB Flash drive it comes up with the error mesage We are experiencing errors in recovering media creation. Please try again.
This is after.46% of Verify Disk section. So it is almost there.
I have tried 4 or 5 times with the same result.
Help!

Please try another USB Flash Drive or DVDs. USB Flash Drives indicating Windows 8 compatibility may not work for creating the recovery image. If you are still unable to create your HP Recovery Media, please contact official HP support in your region / country, via the HP Worldwide Support Portal, to see if HP Recovery Media is available for your computer. When you request this media, indicate that it is free because the HP Recovery Manager failed to work properly.

Strange error message when printing to PDF

I am surprised that no one else has reported this issue. Searching the net, I found only one other mention of it. Using Adobe Acrobat Professional 8.1.2, when printing a document from any application using the Adobe PDF printer, the document will print correctly; however, the printer icon with a question mark will appear in the system tray and the error message "This document failed to print" will appear. When I open the Adobe PDF printer, the document is there with the status "Error - Printing".
I can successfully delete the document (with error), though the actual .pdf document is created just fine; it is just returning an error and holding the document after every print. I have tried deleting the Adobe PDF printer, reinstalling Acrobat (both using a repair installation as well as uninstalling and reinstalling) all with the same results.
There is nothing being logged into the system or application logs, either. I have seen this happen with two OSs at work, Vista Home Premium and WinXP SP3. Can someone guide me to a solution?

Well I can give you what I did to get around the problem. I am running Adobe X pro on windows 7.
1. The print job in queue, cancel it so that it is deleted. You now should have no jobs pending.
2. Go to Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Devices and Printers(Win7) or just the printer and devices for your OS. Yes this must be done with Admin privilages.
3. Go to Printer Properties for the Adobe PDF printer.
4. Select the ports tab. Mine was on Com3.
5. Select Add a Port and call it Adobe Printer or something.
6. Select the check box and select apply.
You should now print with no errors.

Strange error message when compiling an IPA ("multiple L$start$ labels found at same address in...")

I get this message when compiling an IPA with AIR 3.6:

Googling a bit, it seems it's an error message from this C++ class:

So I suppose it's a bug in the AIR for iOS compiler. Any clues about why am I getting that warning message?

Error message when trying to create realm in OAS

I have deployed my app to OAS 10.1.3 from JDEV 10.1.3.3. I am trying to create a realm so I can set up roles and users but when I hit apply I get the following error message:
An error has occurred.
Error invoking method: addRealm on MBean: oc4j:j2eeType=Security,name=SecurityProvider,J2EEApplication=KATS,J2EEServer=standalone

Is there something I should have done when configuring for deployment? Is this a bug with the OAS?

In WGM, everytime I try to create a new account and save, this message appears:

I tried to create the user accounts in Server Preferences/users but I can not login.
It seems that I get a lot trouble with leopard server. Should I reinstall it or go back Tiger?

How come Leopard let me use the WGM in standard mode?
While SA complains that it won't work in Standard Configuration, WGM does not. There is some fault in the logic of this for which I don't have an explanation.
If I want to get control on Dock, selection of Home folder, config of Proxy... which I think are basic things, do I really need the advanced mode?
If you wish to have complete control of all client settings, yes. There really is no disadvantage of using an Advanced configuration other than the learning curve.
So if I switch to advanced mode, there is good chance I won't get this error message anymore, right?

When i try and download i-tunes i get a message about URBCHN1 not being a win32 command, or something similar. I have tried all thr suggestion on the web, deleted i tunes and quicktime, deleted temp folders and even changed the settings in myconfig, but what ever i do i still get the same message!
