Stuck on Ejecting, Please Wait

Hi, I connected my Ipod to the computer to charge it and then left, later I came back and it says on the Ipod (Ipod nano 3rd Generation 4G) "Ejecting, Please Wait" and on the computer it said it didn't recognize the usb driver, then I took it out, but it's still stuck in "ejecting, please wait".
I put it again on the computer and Itunes doesn't recognize it and no new logo appears on my pc, what should I do? I'd realy would like not to loose all the songs on the ipod...
thank you
- Alejandro vm

What luck? My IPOD fell from my bed and landed flat on its backside while palying. It was fine for a few seconds then it skipped to the next song. It was on shuffle mode and it continued to skip to the next song. I have reseted my IPOD before because the alarm would stop working even though i would set it up on "every day" mode. Long story short, i reseted the IPOD by doing the MENU + SELECT soft reset and it rebooted. But now for the past 2 hours it has been in a reset loop and you can actually here it clicking on and off. I've had my IPOD for 2 months with no issues other than why I just discussed?
ANYONE HAVE AN ANSWER?

  • Latest Windows 8.1 update doesn't let me login, "Please wait..." is constantly there

Last night (April 20, 2015), I performed a Windows update on my HP Enxy x360 2-in-1, model # 15-u010dx.  After performing the update, the computer restarted.  After restarting, my wallpaper came up (not my Desktop wallpaper, but the one that you see previous to logging in) and when I dragged the wallpaper up it was a black screen that said "Please wait...".  I left it like that for a pretty long time, probably about 20 minutes, before I first restarted it.  Then I left on a few other times before restarting each time... maybe a total of about 3-4 restarts last night.
No matter what screen I'm on, the wall paper or "please wait", there is no response to CTRL+ALT+DEL or to Shift+F8 as I've read in other forms; there's no response to any key strokes I've tried.  One thing to note is that on the wallpaper screen, at the bottm left corner it shows my battery power and it also shows the internet as not connected - it doesn't seem to detect a network.  After the last Windows update, I've had to manually disable/enable my wireless card every time I opened up my laptop - it's somethign i've looked up on other forums and there doesn't seem to be any type of resolution for it.  But that's not the problem... the main problem is being stuck on the "please wait" screen.  Anyone have any tips or solutions???

    Hi @BKDaveHP ,
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Forums and Welcome. I have read about your HP ENVY x360 - 15-u010dx Notebook and getting one moment screen or please wait screen on startup. Try performing a hard reset. This document includes helpful information on how to.
When performing a hard reset please note remove any and all USB devices. Disconnect all non-essential devices.
You can do a system restore. System restore will help if something automatically updated and did not go well on the Notebook.
    Hope this helps you.
    Thanks.

  • X305-q706 Stuck on splash screen where is says "Qosmio" with please wait...

    Hi,
recently bought a Qosmio x305-Q706. First time I booted it up it gets to the splash screen with Qosmio displayed with "please wait" at the bottom and hangs there forever. The only way I can get it to boot is to cold boot it and mash the F12 key while it's loading the splash screen, if i'm lucky I can get into the option where u can choose which device to boot, and if I manually choose the harddrive I can load windows.
Anyone hear of this issue or how to fix it? I've tried changing settings in the BIOS nothing. To Re-iterate, it's stuck on the pslash screen with Qosmio displayed, and if I press any key on the keyboard once it says "Please wait..." it just brings me to the bios :( .
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello
It is very stupid situation and I really cannot understand why notebook hangs on this start-up level.
Somehow is your Qosmio confused and cannot make decision which device should be first bootable device.
Is some external device connected to your Qosmio notebook?
Maybe BIOS update can help but if you have brand new notebook this is not solution. This is newest notebook and I presume there is latest BIOS version. So, if I were you I would contact either your local dealer and ask for replacement or Toshiba service directly. This behaviour is definitely not strange and notebook somehow hangs on BIOS POST (Power-On-Self-Test).

  • T440s stuck in "Please wait" screen

It happens a few times since last week.
When I started my laptop, it seems to stuck in "Please wait" screen before Windows 8 logon screen appears.
Any suggestion how to fix it?

If you are stuck in "Please Wait" screen, to resolve the issue follow below method
Boot the system into Safe Mode, to do so follow below steps:
    1. While at the "Please Wait" screen, press ALT+CTRL+DEL
    2. Click the power icon displayed at the bottom right
    3. Hold down the SHIFT key and select Restart. This will take you to the Windows Startup Settings screen
    4. Select Troubleshoot
    5. Click Advanced options and choose Startup Settings
    6. Click Restart
    7. From the Startup Settings screen, select the number corresponding to Enable Safe Mode
    8. Choose the user account that has administrative rights
If you are able to enter to safe mode, perform clean boot and check error still persists
    http://support2.microsoft.com/kb/929135
And if you are not able to login to safe mode, perform "Repair system files using SFC scan."
This is a command-line tool that scans for corrupted files crucial to the system, and automatically initiates a repairing process.
    1. Run this command using the steps mentioned below:
    2. Reach Advanced options from the Windows Startup Settings described formerly
    3. Choose Command Prompt
    4. In the command prompt screen, type the following command: Sfc /scannow
    5. Press Enter
    6. Execute the on-screen instructions to complete the scan
Note: This method may require you to insert the Windows installation DVD to extract missing/damaged system files from the media

  • Stuck in 'Please Wait' after few automatic Updates

As usual there were some pending updates in the LOG IN Screen of my lappy. So, I selected the "Update and Restart " button. That's it after that BOOM. I have been stuck in "Please  Wait" screen ever since. Any suggestions for a quick recovery will be helpful .

You might need to go to a Verizon Wireless corporate store and have them assist you with getting the SIM cards activated and then the phones activated.

  • Stuck at "Setting up a new iPrint Appliance, please wait .."

    Hi!
iPrint Appl 1.0.1 and a new setup and stuck at "Setting up a new iPrint Appliance, please wait ..." (Configuring...), for hours. I remember it didn't take a long time with 1.0.0 to set up.
    Mh. Any experiences already?
    More thanks, Alar.

    Hi!
Just to end this thread. Seems to it (problem described below) was caused by separate (second) hard disk presence which had installation from old system and even choosing a New install ... it stuck at it.
New install with "clean" second disk solved the problem, but, seems to, this second disk is no needed for iPrint Appliance, anyway.

  • Windows 8.1 stuck at "Please wait" screen

    Source4ward wrote:
I realize that I could have done a backup and wiped the drive. I did not want to do that since the client had spent a lot of time training his voice recognition software.
Well, "reality" and the "wants of a residential customer" are often mutually exclusive.  You can "want" there to be a magical, miracle fix, but there simply is not.  Your time is worth money, and the more days you sit around and wait for this problem to suddenly resolve itself, the less $ you make per hour.

I have a client who powered off his computer during Windows updates. After that, Windows updates would take upward of 24 hours to run, and would not even install successfully. The updates would roll back and he would have to start over. I tried doing a refresh, but it did no good. I also booted to the command prompt and ran the following commands:ren system system.001ren software software.001Now I cannot seem to get it to boot to Windows. It is stuck at the screen saying "Please wait" and will not go any further. Any ideas how to salvage this Windows install without doing a complete restore? I want to avoid the complete restore because this client is an elderly gentleman who had a lot of custom settings in Windows and also was using Dragon Naturally Speaking which he had spent time to get working right for his voice.

  • Windows server 2012 stuck at 'Please Wait' screen

I did read through some of the post on a similar scenario with 2008 R2 or earlier versions stuck on "Please Wait" screen while logging in.
There were some suggestions about disabling NLA service or applying the hotfix- KB Article 983551. I'm not sure if this is applicable for Windows 2012 server.
These are virtual machines joined to the domain. After a reboot I'm able to login to the server.
I'm now starting to see this issue occuring on multiple servers on the domain. Can someone advice on this please?

Do you have all the latest patches applied to the system?
Is there any consistency in your environment as to which servers are exhibiting this behavior?  For example, servers with a specific MB, BIOS level, firmware, etc.
    All systems listed on www.windowsservercatalog.com?
Latest BIOS, Firmware, Drivers on all systems?
This is not typical.  It is something in your environment, so you need to look for what is different about your environment.

  • Stuck in 'Starting backup, please wait' . Not even the webbased story works. What to do?

As the topic says, last night i attempted to backup my data via FTP, tested connection, everthing was okay. So i went ahead and started the backup. Now it's been stuck at 'Starting backup, please wait..' since yesterday, same goes for the webbased application, when i try to login it works fine until i'm logged in, then the backup window appears and says the same thing. At the moment i cannot access my data, edit anything, or do anything at all for that matter. Anyone got a solution or any tips for this issue? Google didn't help at all.
    Sincerely
    Kim

  • Windows 8.1 stuck on "please wait" after update

Hello. I recently got a new hp all in one 23-p010 about 2 weeks ago, and i have run into a problem. Last night i was getting ready for bed so i pressed update and shut down, and windows began to update and shut down like normal. The next morning, i turn it on it and i see the hp logo, then as its booting i see a blue sceen with the word "please wait". Now this has happened before but it leaves in seconds so i thought it was normal, however it has been hours and the screen has not disappeared. I cannot boot into my computer. I have tried shut downs but nothing. I really could use some help here. Thanks.
