Subcontract Service PO Help

Dear all,
I have doubts in creating subcontract service PO. Here is my scenario. I have a project going on which i hire subcontractors to perform the planned activities. Thus, i created on Service Purchase Order in ME21N and listed the activities performed.
1) I need to make an advance payment of 10%. How do i make an entry in SES to allow accounts make the advance payment?
2) Sometimes, there will be partial payments. And after the project is completed, there may be late penalty for example 5%. But after doing SES for the partial payments, i am not able to modify the PO pricing conditions since it has already done SES. How do i go about this problem?

Hi,
you can save invoices before GR documents when you set up your system according to the information from knowledge base article 1496165.
Regarding subcontracting in service PO item, please refer to note note 634395, question 1.

Did you try to update iTunes through "Apple Software Update"?

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. You may need to restart the Apple Mobile Device Service. This article has instructions that may help:

There is nothing that anyone here on a user forum can do to help you. If it is a local issue in Syria, then you need to take it up with your phone company or authorities there who have prevented you from using VPN.

How to book subcontract service AP invoice ?

Dear all,
For a subcontracting service bill we need to book ap invoice for sub contracting charges 13320 and
we need to less esi charges 865.80(6.5% of sub con charges) and lunch expenses for 300,
Sub con charges - 13320
ESI charges        -    (-865.80)
Lunch expenses -    (-300.00)
Total                        12151.20
Problem is we need to deduct TDS for sub contracting charges 13320,but system is deducting
TDS for 12151.20.
How to do this in AP invoice ? or any other solution.

Hi Jeyakanthan,
I think you can post A/P invoice for full amount and then pass a separate Journal entry for Food and ESI charges, where in you can debit the sub contracter for the respective charges.

Subcontracting services to repair the customer material

Hello,
I need your help to the following scenario:
1. Company 1: I receive from our customer a material (the material belongs to him) to repair. Then I need to post it and the material needs to appear in the stock as material of the third partner in our company. The Nota Fiscal has the CFOP 5949, no taxes.
2. Company 1: Then, I pick up this material and send out to our supplier to make the repair. Nota Fiscal CFOP 5940, no taxes.
3. Company 2: As I'm also the supplier in another plant, I receive this material, make the repair and send it back to the customer, in the step 2. Nota Fiscal CFOP 5949, no taxes.
3.1. How to bill the aggregated costs? Because I needed to put new components and labour to make the repair.
4. Company 1: I receive the material repaired from the company 2.
5. Company 1: I send it back to the original customer and bill the service.
Overview:
Customer -> Company 1 -> Company 2 -
> Company 1 -
> Customer
material A / material A / material A + service X / material A + service X + Y
So, have you seeing this scenario before? How to do it in SAP? Which transactions? Process?
It is not industrialization process, due the fiscal incentives...

Hi,
There are two scenarios in your case. ONE is subcontracting and service procurement. First thing is you will receive material and get it repaired by another vendor send it to customer. In this you do GR for the material and raise subcontracting PO and send to the vendor. Receive the material after repair and send it to customer. You can do settings that the vendor itself can send the material directly to customer when the SC vedor box selected in PO.
Reseiving materiall and get it repaired and send back to customer can be treated as service procurement scenario. You can pay the tax for the service provided by you. For that you need to do some settings in Tax procedure. Thanking you.

I'm at truck dealer business
Customer will come to repair their truck.. we will create service order. one of operation that we had in service order will be provided by external vendor(subcontract). we will sent the machine to vendor subcont and receive the repaired machine, then after service is completed we give back to customer.
Right now I have an issue how to maintain stock at vendor subcont because the material is belong to customer and not ours. thanks

It is always use fll to Create a nonvaluated material with quantity update as this customer material and you ahve to monitor only stock movement.
Then receipt the stock with other movt type with 501 here only material document generated no accounting entry will be there.
Then Send it to vendor with 541 if you wants to add of service which vendor has created then create sub con PO then send the material with 541 then receipt the serviced material then you can dispatch to the customer. Hope this helps you

I tried to update itunes it corrupted the previous version, I'm trying to install new copy get this message "service apple mobile device (apple mobile device) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privleges to start system services." Help!

Not sure what to do. I've tried a system restore on my computer after the update in hopes of undoing the problem, that didn't work. I've tried to install, the new version of itunes for over two days now and I get to the point where it says "starting services" and it almost get's done and then it gives me that message " Service apple mobile device (apple mobile device) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privledges to start system services." Then it gives me three options to click on "abort", "retry" or "ignore". I've tried to retry over and over and it does no good, I just get the same message. I've tried ignore and the one time it did finish installing itunes, it didn't work, I got error messages telling me that it failed to download properly and I needed to delete the program and download it again. I thought maybe it had something to do with my ipod not being pluged into the computer so I pluged that it and it's still giving me the same message. I just don't know what to do. I'm very frustrated and I would really appreciate it if someone could help me. I'm completely out of ideas.

Upgrade to Creative Cloud 7 days ago - still no access to full products customer service not helpful

I upgraded to the full Creative Cloud access on the 13th of April through customer service. I saw a promotional offer for $29.99/month for access to all the CC apps, but since I was already signed up for Premiere Pro CC at $19.99/month it said I needed to speak to customer service to upgrade.
I did that. The customer service rep upgraded my service to $29.99/month and assured me that I would now have access to the full creative suite.
You can see that I was billed for $29.99 on April 13th:
After that upgrade nothing changed on my end. I had full access to Adobe Premiere CC like before, but otherwise all other programs(photoshop, illustrator, etc) still downloaded and ran as trial versions. I contacted customer service two more times. They were unable to resolve the problem and only escalated the ticket.
I have not had any response from either ticket. And looking at it now it looks like one of them is listed as "withdrawn" with no notes from Adobe's end and no resolution to my problem. The other ticket is still open pending Adobe's response.
To top it all off today in Premiere CC I received a notice that I would lose access to Premiere in 5 days because of some error in the billing information. So in 5 days time I will be paying $29.99/month and have access to zero Adobe products.
So I'm writing this post in hopes of actually getting someone that can solve my problems to take a look. I don't want to spend another 2 hours in a chat-box with an overseas customer service rep who only copys and pastes pre-formatted responses to me. I don't want my ticket escalated and then ignored. I want the service that I paid for, or I want my money refunded.
What I think happened is that the customer service rep who upgraded my membership to the full creative cloud suite forgot to flip some switch. It seems like they increased my billing rate but didn't actually change my subscription.

Please don't tell me to try logging out of creative cloud, or deleting files on my end, or check my DNS settings, or any of that. I've been through it - twice - with your customer service reps already. It did nothing. The issue is on Adobe's side. Somewhere in some database my account is not set to full creative cloud access. There is nothing I can do on my end to rectify this.
Please - I would either like this rectified, or have my money refunded. Anything else is unacceptable. And as a whole my experience with customer service has been frustrating, unhelpful, and not up to the standards I expect from a high-class company like Adobe.

Have you logged out of your Cloud subscription and then back in?
