Subscription is due to expire unable to initiate upgrade

Getting a notice that my subscription is due to expire in the next couple of days. When I try to update and/or add account information, I continue to get a response, "We are processing your order, please check back later and if this continue to occur, contact support. However, I have not set up a subscription since my first year was free. How can I upgrade if it doesn't allow me to change and/or edit the account?

    I just solved this problem on my computer.
    Windows 7 comes with only one "Voice" installed. "Microsoft Anna - English (United States)" I'm not sure what you get if your in another country.
    You can test your "Voice/Voices" by running Microsoft Narrator. Click [Start] button and type "Narrator" in the [search programs and files] box. Press [Enter]. Your computer should begin talking. Click [Voice Settings] button to see a list of installed voices. Take note of the voices listed. "Mine has just the one."
    Adobe Reader must have a voice selected that you have installed. To verify your settings Run Adobe Reader. From the top menu click [Edit] then click [Preferences] at the bottom of the list. In the Preferences window click [Reading] from the left hand list. Find "Read Out Loud Options" Un-check [Use default voice] Choose a voice from the drop down menu that you have verified is installed on your computer. Click [OK]
    My Adobe Reader had 4 voices listed to choose from. I found this curious because I only have one voice.

    It is a bad situation. Your credit card expired but you cannot change it because FormsCentral is retiring.
    Please consider moving your forms to JotForm right away. It takes a few minutes to do it using JotForm new Import Wizard:

    A Mac Mini s a computer you can use with the iPad.
    YO do not need a computer fro backup since yo can backup to iCloud.
    However, sometimes software glitches occur and require connecting the device to a compute to restore vi iTuunes.
    You can control a computer via an iPod with an app like TeamViewer or LogMeIn. There are others too.
    You can also use an iPad a a SECONDAY monitor for a computer. with other apps.
    You need a dedicated monitor,  keyboard and mouse to setup the Mini. You can use a PC USB mouse and keyboard.

  • SharePoint 2010 Workflow: Email alert when item is due to expire

    Hi Guys, 
    I have a library which contains a number of customer records. In this library I have a custom date column called End Date which is used to hold a date when the record is due to expire. I would like to create a solution which would send an email alert to someone
    when the record is 30days away from expiring a sort of warning, and another email once the expiry date had been lapsed and the record had expired. Can you please advise how best to create this solution, I should imagine that this would be easily achieved in
    designer however, I've really not got much experience with using designer 2010.
    If someone could help me out with what code to use, or some useful how to's it would be much appreciated.

  • Unable to initiate HotSync...​error message

    Unfortunately, I let my battery drain, not sure how long it was like that, in my M515 and had to do a soft reset.  I lost all my word documents, excel, etc. When trying to hotsync, I'm getting this error:
    Unable to initiate operation because the port is in use my another application.
    How do I find out what's using that port, if anything?  I have 2 USB connections, one is my mouse other had the Palm plugged in.  Can someone tell me the steps into figuring this out?

    Sounds like you need a hotsync reset card. If you contact tech support they can send you out one.

  • Hot sync error message reading: "Unable to initiate hotsync operation because the port is in use by another application

    Having HotSync error message on my M130 when I press hotsync button. USB cable at cradle and on computer are OK. Computer recognized Palm software, and device, and displays the hotsync symbol in the tray. I have trie all 4 USB connections on my Dell Inspiron running Windows XP home edition. NO LUCK! Hot Sync icon will come up, but when pressed on the cradle button or initiated from the M130 screen, the error messages reads as follows:
    "Unable to initiate HotSync operation because the port is in use by another application." I have checked "My Computer", Control panel port assignments in the hardware section. No conflect noted. All ports open and operating. No port conflict or channel conflict issues. ?????

    On PC  Sync settings set connection to cable then set to bluetooth.  Problem fixed.

    We have been seeing this error in the Operations Manager Event Log for quite a while.

    I haven't been able to spot any network outage on the management servers, or the database servers to indicate a problem.  It usually happens at night, and when I look at the health explorer, the entity is healthy.
    Please would someone help me in finding the root cause of this issue and what can be done to avoid it.
    There were no backups running when this alert was generated.  As far as I'm aware, everything was idle.
    I would appreciate any help.

    Based on the Error it seems the below for me
    1. Either SCOM is unable to connect to the operationsmanager / operationsmanagerDW for its transactions on subscriptions
    2. Or the SMTP server which your SCOM is using to relay emails has closed the connection.
    So my suggestion would be you check the above for issues.

    There were no network hiccups that I can see.  Minimal disk activity.  I've looked for any signs of database load, and haven't seen anything that jumps out.
    Emails were going through just fine.  These alerts get emailed to me, and if the SMTP server is 'closed' SCOM is usually quite sensitive and alerts about that too.  I've seen it.

    Any ideas what could cause this? The provider web services are working fine... and there is no problem if there is a long time delay between calling the 2 web services.

    It seems that one of the providers was mis-configured (the first service called) :

    when I enabled the HTTP redirect then the problem went away...

  • Skype taking subscription amount before the new subscription is due to start

    My new subscription was due to start on August 1st but for some strange reason Skype attempted to take the money for it today.  Not happy about this and also not happy as there is no email support. I don't have time to check community messages. 

    All subscriptions autobill 3 days in advance to ensure payment goes through.  This helps resolve bank/transaction delays and helps you resolve billing issues before the subscription is over so that there is no interruption of service. The three day early auto billing is clearly stated in Skype Terms of Use as well as the "How Subscriptions work" FAQ: https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA10414

    FormsCentral won't help with flattening a form. You could set up the form in Acrobat so that the fields are set to read-only, using JavaScript. Not quite the same as flattening but it's the best Reader can do.
    Note that when Reader is used to e-sign a document, it gets flattened, but this won't be possible if you need to Reader-enable the form and under certain other conditions.
