Subscription stopped

I had, what I thought, was a rolling subscription to Adobe Acrobat Pro since June 2013
This has recently stopped working saying the trial is over and I need to add a subscription number to activate.
In my ID I have nothing listed under products so no serial number.
Do I need to activate the product every year and why would the subscription keep charging if the software as stopped?

I checked your account and everything is in order there. There is no serial number required for an Acrobat subscription, so please try logging out, and then logging back in to your account.     I've checked your account, and nothing seems to be out of order with your Acrobat Pro subscription. Are you launching Acrobat on your desktop? If, for some reason, your subscription has reverted to trial mode, I would expect you'd be presented with the trial dialog box. From that dialog box, you should be able to click License this Software, and then sign in with your Adobe ID and password. If that's not the case, please let us know.

  • Subscriptions stopped working

    My iCal subscriptions (holidays for few countries) stopped working. I deleted them and tried to re-subscribe and am getting error message:
    "Error subscribing to the calendar
    Request to ical.mac.com failed after trying for 30 seconds"
    Nothing wrong with my Internet connection, just can't subscribe to any calendars now.
    The above error message pops up when trying to subscribe to calendars with mac.com addresses.
    When trying to subscribe to other than mac.com addresses the error message for example says:
    "Data downloaded from http://www.robsplanet.ca/files/CanadaHolidays06-10.ics is not valid."
    Any ideas?

    I'm not sure but it sounds like it might be the calendar you are trying to subscribe to might be down. Try the one found here: http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/calendars/canadianholidaycalendar.html and tell me what happens.

    I cancelled my first subscription “Sweden 60 minutes” since I needed more minutes per month.
    Now I have “Sweden 400 minutes”. But today it stopped working and it says it’s because my subscription “Sweden 60 minutes” is no longer available.
    But my new subscription “Sweden 400 minutes” is still available, I just bought it!
    I can’t work if Skype doesn’t work. Please help me with this problem as soon as possible!

    I checked your account I can confirm that 400minutes subscription is active and should be working just fine. Could you please try following:
    1) Make sure you have latest Skype from: http://www.skype.com/go/downloading
    2) Ensure you are logged in with the same account you used for this forum, in case you have multiple accounts.

  • Why does subscript stop working?

    I use Pages a lot for making worksheets. As I'm a Chemistry teacher I use subscripts and superscripts a lot and have placed the appropriate facilities in my toolbar for Pages. I've been finding recently, though, that when I select text in text boxes the superscript and subscript icons are greyed out. Neither is superscript or subscript available through the menu route.

    I apologizes but I'm unable to reproduce the described behavior.
    (1) try to run Pages from an other account. This way we will know if the corrupted item is in your current account or if it's in the global part of your system.
    (2) Run FontBook to check your fonts.
    I repeat that there is no bug on this point.
    You just have something corrupted somewhere.
    If the problem is specific to your current account, first possible culprits are :
    Pages preferences file :
    <startupVolume>:Users:<yourAccount>:Library:Preferences:com.apple.iWork.Pages.pl ist
    iWork fonts cache file :
    <startupVolume>:Users:<yourAccount>:Library:Caches:com.apple.iWork.fonts

    I purchased the one-year student & teacher subscription and after exactly a month it said my subscription is over and that I had to download creative cloud, so I did that thinking it would work.. it didn't.. I then checked my e-mail and it said my creative cloud subscription got downgraded, so now I don't have to pay anymore, but if I don't pay, my software won't work (I paid €19,99/month i purchased my software when the discount was still running and i'd like to keep paying the 19,99 euros instead of the full price) I need help as soon as possible because I have exams and I need this software to make them!   • ICal Subscriptions Stop Auto-Subscribing

    I had subscribed to iCal Movie and DVD Releases, which have both stopped coming in. When I attempt to subscribe, message indicates I already have subscribed. In addition, I have also checked for software updates (current), and dragged iCal preferences to my desktop and restarted. Please advise. Thanks so much.

    This one has me stumped. From what you have told me, everything is set up correctly and it SHOULD be working.
    From my experience, MobileMe has a lot of issues with the new CalDAV support. I am personally dealing with MobileMe support right now. The link below is a thread I set up for them to reference.

    I recommend you contact MobileMe Chat support and see what they can do for you. Some recommendations:
    1. The level 1 support is pretty weak and they are no more than glorified Customer Service Reps who instruct you to try solutions that are already posted on the internet. Be patient, and do as they say. They cannot elevate you to Level 2 until they have exhausted all of the solutions in their book.
    2. When talking to chat, DO NOT discuss Google Calendar. This will only confuse them and they will default to "the problem is with Google; we don't support Google; contact Google for help." So, ensure in your problem you only discuss Apple products.
    3. Discuss only one problem. I have found that the Level 1 support is incapable of handling multiple problems simultaneously, even if they are related.
    4. Set aside at least an hour for the chat session. Ensure you back everything up before your call.

    I have had subscriptions stop in the middle of the day for no apparent reason.
    Rebooting the SCOM boxes fixes it (not good I know).
    Is there a way for SCOM to alert if subscriptions (emails) are not working, even though alerts are being generated?

    All the above were fine....Eventually I rebooted everything and emails flooded in,
    but my question is, how to monitor when emails are not sending/coming in?
    As an example: Is there a way to monitor if an email has not been received in an Outlook folder from a certain sender for say 60 minutes? If an alert can be figured out for that, then, since SCOM sends so many (and I get them all), then a blank period of
    60 mins in my Outlook SCOM folder would tell me something is not right.

  • Delivery Error when creating Sharepoint Document Library subscription

    Recently we have been having issue with a subscription from a report we have.
    We have a report that has been generated and have a subscription from that report to create a PDF document within sharepoint.
    Recently the subscription stopped working and we have these errors showing:
    A delivery error has occurred. ---> Microsoft.ReportingServices.Diagnostics.Utilities.DeliveryErrorException: A delivery error has occurred. ---> Microsoft.ReportingServices.Diagnostics.Utilities.InvalidExtensionParameter: One of the extension parameters
    is not valid for the following reason: Failed to validate the delivery setting PATH.The specified user USERNAME could not be found.

    Looking into this, I found a few things but they did not help.
    One thing was to install update 5 for SQL server 2012 R2, but that didn't help.
    Another thing was saying something about there being 2 user accounts, a claims account and a windows user account, but I couldn't figure out how to make it use the correct account.
    I also tried to save it to a Windows File Share, and try to save it to the Sharepoint server side, however that failed stating it couldn't find that path.
    Being that sharepoint is tricky with its file store (is there really a location on the server that files are stored, I cant find it) I could not figure it out.
    I know I can windows explorer to the file location, \\site\shared documents\Folder but if I go to the web servers that host sharepoint I can't find where this path really is.

    According to your post, my understanding is that you want to get error in accessing sharepoint document library files.
    The cause is that the account being used to validate accounts on the production domain had been set to expire the password according to the general domain policy.
    Once the account is set to never expire, the issues will disappear.

  • If my monthly payment fails, do my apps stop at once?

    With the security breach, we may have to change our credit cards.  If for that reason or any other, a monthly payment fails, do our CC apps stop working at once, or do we get any period of grace to correct the payment?  Does anyone know this?

    The question is: if a monthly payment doesn't go through, what happens?
    Suppose my credit card payment doesn't work.  For example, my card might have been stopped by the bank for suspected fraud reasons, or the card number changed following a re-issue of the card, or there may have just been a payment error.  Does my Photoshop CC subscription stop immediately?  I might not even know that the payment has failed for a few days, and it might take me a bit longer to find out what has gone wrong, and reset the credit card on my Adobe ID. 
    In the mean time, can I still use my Adobe CC applications, even though a monthly payment has not gone through on the due date (for reasons outside my control, perhaps, and maybe even without my knowledge)?

    I am trying to figure out why my magazine subscriptions stopped working when I updated to the new iOS.  It is telling me to restart the app and download my purchases again.  I have tried to delete the app/sync iPad/install the app.  I have tried turning off the iPad and restarting it.  I am not sure what else to do. Any ideas?

  • Podcast episode in iTunes feed but not on preview page

    I have been experiencing different behavior with my podcast in the iTunes store this week. My latest two episodes took a couple of days to update in the iTunes feed when for the past two months they have appeared within an hour.  What concerns me is that they are not displaying on the preview page for my podcast in the iTunes store, even the one that was published two and a half days ago. Apple's email support persists in telling me how to submit a podcast to the store and suggesting that I phone support and ask my question for a fee. Liberated Syndication tells me that the feed URL is accurate and that the episodes in question have been published. It also says several of its customers are experiencing this problem currently with iTunes.
    Any ideas?

    iTunes is unable to read this feed because there is a fatal error in the episode of 27 November. The 'itunes:subtitle' tag contains an ampersand ('&') by itself - because an ampersand indicates the beginning of a code sequence which is never completed, and this renders the feed unreadable. You need instead to use the code
    &amp;
    as you have in fact done elsewhere. Since this is in episode 5 this is why your subscription stopped at episode 4. I'm not clear how the Store has managed to keep updating, except that the Store and the iTunes application are quite different things and it may be that the Store software has been arranged to ignore this error. Anyway, make the change and it will work again. (Make sure there aren't any more instances of this.)
