Subscription Suspended

When I try to access InDesign, a "Subscription Suspended" message appears and when I try to update, another message appears, "Please connect to the Internet and retry." I am connected to the internet. I have tried this with a Mac and a Windows laptop with the same result. Please provided information on how to work around this.

    I've paid for Adobe Creative Cloud, and when I don't have an internet connection my subscription is suspended. This is not good enough Adobe.
    Sure my clock settings seem to reset after restart - but I have paid for my subscription! So let me use my program. When I restart and don't have an internet connection to update my clock my Creative Cloud is useless.
    Either give me a refund for broken software, or update the way this works. I'm a paying customer, and your DRM is broken because of a clock! This is ridiculous, I'm not happy.

  • Can't create website again, says subscription suspended

    I cannot create Azure website due to error 'subscription is suspended'. I'm still on free trial and I can create VMs, databases, and other stuff---but not websites.
    I contacted microsoft directly but he said this is technical problem, not billing, therefore I should contact technical support---which I cannot do because free trial credit doesn't allow me to purchase azure support plan.

  • 12 MONTH Subscription Suspended!

    I am writing to you because my account has been blocked again, there is a restriction on my account and I cannot use my 12 month, 120 minutes subscription that I purchased on April 11. 2015. Also, I noticed that Skype has posted on my account payment history the $227.88 that I paid for the 12 months, subscription as “fraudulent.”  But I wanted you to know that the payment for Order No. xxx is not a fraudulent one. The transaction was a valid transaction and the payment was successful. I had a conversation with my bank about 3 weeks ago regarding Order No. xxx after they contacted Skype Customer Service and I was informed by my bank that the Order was a valid purchase and the payment was successful according to Skype. So, I don’t understand why Skype has put a restriction on that valid subscription that I have been using since April 2015 and now has indicated it as  “fraudulent” on my payment history on Skype.I know well that order No. xyz was the invalid transaction (fraudulent one) and my bank disputed for it in April, 2015.  So, please if you can explain to me what is going on, why this confusion and restore back my 12 months, 120 minutes subscription for me, I will appreciate.Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you soon.P.A

    Minutes are reset every month on the same date you made the initial payment.
    If you purchased subscription on the 10th then each month on the 10th minutes will be reset.
    Note: Unused minutes are not carried over to next month.

  • IPod Shuffle and Podcasts

    I have just bought an iPod shuffle. Is there anyway to have my iTunes consider any podcasts transfered to my iPod as "listened to." My reason for asking this is I subscribe to a number of podcasts and right now the only way I know of to clear the "blue dot" is manually (by listening to the cast on my Mac).
    This would be convenient in not having to worry about having a podcast subscription suspended for not being listened to.

    I did new payment in Nov 30 2011 and subscription still suspended.

    Subscription minutes are reset based on first payment date & time. Your minutes will be reset today, but 19:34GMT as this is when it was purchased.

    Recurring payment was taken on the 30th since recurring payments are taken always 3 days before in order avoid any possible delays.

    I registerd for the india free call credit with th cost of 14.99 eur  and the  Order No. [removed for privacy] has Delivered but its showing the message  (Your subscription has been suspended as you have exceeded your allocated free minutes. Your free minutes will start again on Dec 3, 2013.) but still nowi get get any free minutes.

    Are you using Outlook client? May I know details about the delivered and bounced messages? You can hide the private part of the messages.
    It seems the email has been treated as junk or you are in the blacklist which caused the bounce, but I'm not sure why the delivered message was sent. If the issue only occurs with outlook.com hosted domains, to know more about the mechanism, I think

  • Subscription temporarily suspended (Premium Paid!)...

    My name is james and im trying to sort something out. 
    I recently got "Subscription temporarily suspended" on my account because i have used more than 10hours in a day with group video calling. I run two groups, One a fully operational production company and the other a collective of 3d animators in which we use skype to show work and other creative content. 
    I "obviously" went over my 10 hour per day.  But you can't suspend my account for using the services i paid for. From what i am aware, Skype does NOT host any calls or video, Why am i being suspended? I am hosting the call. 
    I want this to be removed from the whole system, otherwise i will take my money elsewhere. Skype has been good up until this. This is a very recent change as i go over 10hours a day very frequently. Sort your **bleep** out skype or you will loose a customer. 

    IM GETTING THE same issues, now were only 3 days in to this month. how can this be possible? 
    you pay for the servie why cant we use it.

    I have a Creative Cloud monthly subscription and suddenly when I try to use the apps it states that me subscription is suspended because the date on my system does not match the date on adobe's server? The date on my system is fine.

    Did you contact customer support? Sounds carzy or somekind of glitch.
    Can you telll us when you prucahsed your subscription and where? What system you have? Is this a yearly contract or a month by month? Did you pay this months fee?
    W hat does the error say exactly? Can you post a screenshot of the message?

  • Suspend (or freeze) my subscription

    Hi everyone,
    I have a 12 months subscription and i used 5 months so far. (therefore i have 7 months of subscription left).
    i'm going back home for a long period of time, so I do not need my subscription now, and I want to freeze my 7 months and reactivate them in the future. (i do not need a refund because i still want to use Skype in the future) how do i do that? I already canceled the automatic payment (to renew the subscription), but i didn's saw how to freeze what's left of my subscription.
