T.code for checking stock at WM level

Hi Gurus,
I want to check the warehouse stock at Storage type level in previous week,Can any one give me T.Code where we can satisfy this requirement

Narayana,
There is no std SAP WM report which will show you this. I will take some calculating to get a total for all movements for a material/ST/Bin/etc. I did it in excel and it took some time, but I'm sure you could write a basic query / ABAP report to get this.

Refer Tcode ME80FN click on Change Veiw & select Purchase Order History with this you can get PO-GRN-INVOICE Qty & Value details
Last button on Application tool Bar it is in line of filter, total etc icons

Assign company code for subsequent settlement at Plany level

I am configuring "MM Subsequent settlement" in IMG
In the step - Assign company code for subsequent settlement at Plany level" , i can not add my purchasing organisation and assign to company code. There is no option for "New entry" in the change mode.
Could you please suggest?

Assignment is only possible or necessary for purchasing organizations to which a company code is not assigned.

Requirement is to give error message while creatin a PR / PO for a material for whcih there is stock at XXXX storage location.
Is there user exit for checking stock whiel creating PR and PO waih will check stock at a particular storage location ?

Tcode for negative stock transfer is MB1B.
Prerequiste for negative stock:
1) Enable the 'Neg. stocks in plant' in Material Master - Plant Data / Stor 2
2) Activate the negative stocks for the plant in IMG
SPRO - Material Mgmt - Inventory Mgmt - Goods Issue - Allowed Neg Stock

Need help with API and sample code for checking a user's rights on a folder

Hi All,
I am working on an UCM integration where user supplies a folderpath (ucm folders), and a file is later uploaded to this location.
Since a user can provide a folderpath where he has only Read Access or no access at all, we are trying to work out a way to pre-check his permissions on the folder.
Since we have Entity Security enabled, we have 5 security fields to rely on Account, Security Group, User Access List, Group Access List, Role Access List.
Writing custom code for this security check is second on our agenda.
Firstly, we wish to know the API and sample code that typically performs this Security Check in UCM.
We could find intradoc.shared.SecurityUtils which has methods to check security on SGroup and Account, but we couldn't find anything for:
1) Overall security check
2) ACL security check on top of sgroup and account security check

Any ideas anyone?!
I am looking forward to some pointers here. :(

i know that in java there's is something called a Robot class
which move mouse ,press keys etc..
i want to know that is there some api's in java which can check mails
for example i want to check where there are any new mails in my yahoo acount
then can some programe in java can be written to which i will feed userid and password and it will return some text that there r new mails

T-Code for reporting stock quantity difference between IM and WM

Hi All
I'm probably going to kick myself for asking this quastion but is there a report to show the stock quantity differences between IM and WM?
I have searched the forum first but cannot find info.
We have various differences in IM and WM shown in MD04 and LS26. This is usually the result of an unplanned plant to plant transfer not being recipted in at the destination plant.
If no standard T-code is available, which tables can I join to create my own query?

compare MMBE with LS26
Make sure you dont enter a storage location and storage type in selection screen of LS26.
if you post a difference with LI20, then you have just posted a difference within WM, means you moved a quantity from a bin into the difference storate type 998. The balance of both is still equal to your stock shown in MMBE. You have to clear the difference with IM by executing LI21 transaction. Only then the quantity will disappear from difference storage type and will be adjusted in MM and FI.
LX23 will only report real inconstencies and will adjust them.
If you do a MM movement like 303, then this creates a transfer request in WM, this TR needs to be converted into a TO. to move the stock from the bin to the interim storage type for goods issue.
In your case you created just a negative quant in the interim storage type for goods issue and still have a positive quant in the bin, the balance is equal to the stock shown in MMBE.

How to access source code for checked in .sca files in the dev environment

I am trying to do some CRM E-commerce development. The basis personnel has checked in all the relevant SCA archives listed in the setup documentation. He has since given me the Servername and port for accessing the NWDI that I can set in the Development Environment. I can log on to the system and see the repository browser with all the branches.
For example:
CustomerConfig -> CRMEXT -> sap.com_SAP-CRMWEB -> dev -> active
CustomerConfig -> CRMEXT -> sap.com_SAP-CRMWEB -> dev -> inactive
How ever there is no code there to sync. Is there something missing in our setup for the NWDI so I can sync the CRM E commerce projects to the local system and modify them.
Is there anything we have to do either in NWDI or in the IDE to see the source code to extend it.

Code for checking that all fields on a SubForm has a record (based on a condition)

I have a Main Form called Brewing.
On that main form there is a Sub Form (BrewingSubFormHops), see below.
"Min" is the time in boiling wort. Figure comes from recipe
"g/l" gram/liter, is the recommended amount of Hops based on wort in boiler. Figure comes from recipe
"added" is the real amount of hops the brewer should add into the wort.
"DryHop?" Yes / No. Data comes from recipe
If the "DryHop?" is No (0 ) then the hops will be added later, weeks later, and a record in the "added" field is not
required at this moment.
If the "DryHop?" is Yes (-1) then all the fields "added" must be completed before closing the MainForm/SubForm.
Picture 1 shows the SubForm that is right.
Picture 2 shows a SubForm with one missing data in field "added". How can I avoid this by prompting the user to "remember" to complete "added" on row two?

You can, and in my opinion should, also enforce this in the table definition by using an appropriate expression as the table's ValidationRule property.
From a presentational point of view would it not be better to use a check box as the Dryhop column's display control, or at least format the column as Yes/No? Access's implementation of Boolean TRUE and FALSE values as -1 and 0 is unlikely to be evident
to most users.
