T-Code SMQS

Hello everyone!
I am facing some problems to replicate BPs between CRM and CS systems.
I´ve noticed that SMQS is always in status WAITING, hence the Outbound Queue (SMQ1) has always lots of entries.
That could be the reason for the performance problem.
I tried to change the numbers of connections in SMQS (Max.Conn.), but it did not work.
Does anybody know what can I do to solve it?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Regards,
Morgana Rodrigues

Hi Aaru,
I can activate the queues manually, but I need the scheduler doing this task.
Unfortunately, the problem persists.
Anyway, thanks for your help.
Have a nice week.
Regards,
Morgana

  • Material replication without registering queues in SMQS and SMQR in SRM 7.0

    Hi,
    Please help me to understand following:
    What is the use of transction SMQS and SMQR ?
    what is the use of registering inboud and outboud queue in SMQS and SMQR ?
    Do material replication will not work if I will not register any queue in the said transaction code ?
    If yes, what are the queue I need to register in SRM and ECC respectively ?
    Regds,
    Jennifer

    Hi jenny ,
    1. T code SMQS is used to register a destination and prior to this u need to define your destination by using T code SM59.
    2.T code SMQR is used to set up the ques.CRM ---> CRM Middleware and Related Components -
    >Queue Setup à Register CSA Queues.
    3.  to monitor and organise the Inbound and outbound queues.

  • Queue Block (SMQ2) and no GATP invoking for Sales Order

    Hi,
    I am encountering two issues:
    - Every time I activate any integration model for customer, materials etc. it queues up in SMQ2 in ECC and on processing there it goes to the APO
    - When I create sales order it does not invoke the GATP screen. However, if I click onto the 'Item availability' button it takes me to the APO screen with a different check mode (different from the one maintained in product master)
    - On saving the sales order and then clicking 'Item availability' button again, I get the message 'Order do not exist'. Next, if I check SMQ1 in ECC I find the queue. If I try to re-process, I get the message "LUWs in status NOSEND must be picked up by the application.
    Well, we have maintained X0 for the MRP materials, did CIF manually, and have udated the product master ATP view with new check mode. We have also maintained the distribution, RFC destination, change transfer settings etc.
    Can someone please tell me as to what is it that controls the queue communication between ECC & APO or if anything else that is controlling this.
    Regards,
    Avijit

    Hi Santosh,
    We maintained this settings in /SAPAPO/C4 in APO.
    Also, we maintained Debug = 'R', Logging = 'D' (Detailed) and RFC Mode = 'Q' (Queued RFC) in CFC2 of ECC.
    Even on changing the Debugging off in APO system to "Debugging on" / "Debugging on, Recording of t/qRFCs (NOSENDS)". I get the queue in SMQ2 of APO with status 'NOEXEC' i.e. no automatic execution.
    Another info:
    The queues are CF* and for that we maintained like this:
    In ECC (T-code: SMQS): Host id of ECC system is appearing at the 'Schedular Information' section and against the Destination of SCM system we maintained Host id of ECC system once again
    In ECC (T-code: SMQR): Host id of ECC system is appearing at the 'Schedular Information' section and against CF* queue Destination with Logon data is blank
    In SCM (T-code: SMQS): Host id of SCM system is appearing at the 'Schedular Information' section and against the Destination of ECC system Host id is kept blank
    In SCM (T-code: SMQR): Host id of SCM system is appearing at the 'Schedular Information' section and against CF* queue Destination with Logon data is blank
    In the light of these, is there something , that I am missing. Please let me know.
    Regards,
    Avijit

  • SAP CRM  Middleware flow from R/3 to CRM

    hi
    I am new to CRM middleware   I have some doubt about the replication from the R/3 to CRM.
    I have some 4 basic questions Kindly help me out
    1.in initial  down lode how to know which object for which requirement? There is any list like these objects for this one?
    2.when the initial download have to use and when the delta down lode have to use?
    3.object creating is preferable option or not if yes in which condition we have to create the objects?
    4.what is the difference between   customizing objects and business objects?  and when we have to use which object ?
    wiht Regards,
    prakesh..!

    Hi Prakesh
    Happy to hear that my answers were useful. Hope this new will solve your problem.
    So let's reply to your new questions.
    1)  Yes it is the delta download. This means that you have already triggered the initial download. Now all changes or new creations are replicated into the CRM system. I do not suggest this approach. This is usually used when you have no other chance because this process is complex and very time consuming. I would suggest checking the BDoc before proceding with degugging the queue. Go to transaction code SMW01. Filter on time (when you made the change). You will find bdocwith a red or yellow traffic light. This means that data have been not processed in CRM system. You usually have an error message (just select the BDoc from the list and click the red button in the toolbar) attached to the BDoc that is explainatory of the error. Correct the error and reprocess the BDoc (there is a proper button).
    2) To debug the queue go to transaction code SMQS and SMQR and deregistrate inbound and outbound queue in the CRM system. After you do this, apply the changes to the customer. You will find an inbound queue in transaction code SMQ2. Select the queue and click the last button in the header toolbar. You will process the flow in debug. Remember to register the queue when this is no more necessary otherwise you will have a mess in the system.
    3) if you create new customer in CRM system, this are automatically replicated in the backend system basing on the scenario set. No additional tables are created. All the changes applied in the CRM system will be replicated in the backend with the same process except the Bdoc that are really CRM specific.
    Hope this help you.

    Fabrizio

  • SMQS transaction and Vertex calls timeout

    Hi,
        We just went live with one our SD projects. Before we went live we never had Vertex timeout issue, but after we went live we started getting 0 or 2 or sometimes 4 dumps in a day "CALL_FUNCTION_REMOTE_ERROR" The function where it dumps is RFC_CALCULATE_TAXES_DOC destination VERTEX. The description says "timeout during allocate" no connect of TP /usr/lpp/vertex/translink/verrfc from
    host ansapap7 after 122 sec" .
    RFC status: "CODE=CM_PRODUCT_SPECIFIC_ERROR CM_NO_STATUS_RECEIVED
    CM_NO_DATA_RECEIVED SAPCODE=456 CONV=06153020"
    RFC error text: "RFC_IO27"
    CPI-C error text: "CPIC-CALL: 'ThSAPCMRCV'#Timeout during connection setup
    (check that partner exists) "
    Wierd thing is that it does not happen all the times. It happens 3 to 4 times in a day, sometimes it happens only once and sometimes does not happen at all.
    I checked the SMQS transaction, it shows destination Vertex, max connection 1, max timeout 60. With this setting since last 3 + years we never had timeout issue, then why now when we have some 500 more orders being processed per day. These settings are still working for majority of orders, only some orders could pass through and get this dump.
    Can someone guide me what this problem can be. Also can someone tell me is it safe to change the max connections and max timeout parameters in SMQS transactions and will changing those settings help in solving this.
    Thanks in advance
    Pulin

    I had checked 645527 note also. We have not upgraded SAP since last 3 yrs. Its still 4.7, we have not applied any upgrade patches. It started happening after we went live on November 4th 06.
    I think, this is some load distribution issue. Should I change the settings in SMQS transaction. Is that safe ?
    If any one of you are using Vertex with SAP 4.7 or higher, then can you tell me what is present in table TTXC. Does this table contain old RFC calls(RFC_CALCULATE_TAXES1) or new RFC names(RFC_CALCULATE_TAXES_DOC).?

    Hi ,
    If you are looking for CRM Middleware monitoring T-Codes . Here are few :
    1) SMW01 -- Display Bdoc
    2) SMW02 - Display Bdoc summary
    3) To view the Unprocessed Bdoc Type in the sytem use : SMW03
    4) SMW20 - for Bdoc Procsing
    5) SMWMFLOW - Monitoring Message Flow
    For qrfc related monitroing check
    SMQR -- QIN Scheduler ( Inbound Queue checking )
    SMQS -- Qout Scheduler ( OutBound Queue checking )
    If you have to monitoe R&R queues use transaction : SMOHQUEUE

  • Generate prov.xml for Creative Cloud. Return Code 27

    We're trying to follow this guide (Creative Cloud Help | Using Adobe Provisioning Toolkit Enterprise Edition) to serialize a package (or something). We're stuck on generating prov.xml. My best attempt at an entry is:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\CCP\utilities\APTEE>adobe_prtk.exe --tool=VolumeSerialize --generate --serial=xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx --regsuppress=ss --eulasuppress --locales=en_US --provfilepath=C:\Program Fil
    es (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\CCP
    It says half of this is optional, but I'm skeptical.
    Anyway, I'm getting return code 27. This indicates that it is unable to edit the prov.xml file specified. I didn't specify a prov.xml file, I'm trying to make one. The syntax I'm using differs from what I found on the page I linked, as that was giving me syntax errors. I lifted this off someone else's code. I've tried just about every variation I can think of. Any help would be appreciated.
    This is on Windows

  • Code returns "null" and "0"s in main module - why?

    I am coding a program that is in two modules. The main module serves it's standard function. The inventory class/module has three functions - 1) request stock input on 4 data points (1 String and 3 integers, one of which is a double) - 2) calculate the value of the inventory, and - 3) return string which reads out the 4 data points and the calculation showing the total value of the inventory. I've created the 3 functions in the inventory class/module, but obviously don't have them referring to each other correctly because when we come to the end of the program the output is null for the String and "0"s for the int/doubles. The code is below - any ideas about how to overcome the empty output? The code compiles fine and acts like it is going to work, but when it comes to the final command line it outputs
    "null, which is item number 0, has 0 currently in stock at a price of 0.00 each. The total value of inventory in stock is 0.00"
    Main module:
    public class Main {
        @SuppressWarnings("static-access")
        public static void main(String[] args) {
            Inventory inventory = new Inventory(); //call Inventory class
            inventory.inventoryInput();
            Inventory results = new Inventory();
            results.inventoryResults(); //call for inventoryResults in Inventory class
    }Inventory module:
    import java.util.Scanner;
    import static java.lang.System.out;
    public class Inventory
      //declare and initialize variables
       int itemNumber = 0;
       String productName;
       int stockAmount = 0;
       double productCost = 0;
       double totalValue = 0;
       String inventoryResults;
       //initialize scanner
       Scanner input = new Scanner(System.in);
       public void inventoryInput ()
       out.println("Please enter item number: "); //prompt for item number
          itemNumber = input.nextInt();
       out.println( "Enter product name/description: "); //prompt for product name
          productName = input.next();
       out.println("Quantity in stock: ");
          stockAmount = input.nextInt(); // prompt for stock quantity
       out.println("What is the product cost for each unit? ");
          productCost = input.nextDouble(); // prompt for product cost
        } // end inventoryInput
        public double totalValue( double stockAmount, double productCost )
          totalValue = stockAmount * productCost;
          return totalValue; // return stock value
        } // end totalValue
        public void inventoryResults()
        out.printf("%s, which is item number %d, has %d currently in stock at a " +
         "price of %.2f each. The total value of inventory in stock is " +
         "%.2f\n.", productName, itemNumber, stockAmount, productCost, totalValue);
        } // end inventoryResult
    }// end method

    Actually my final solution was quite simple - I moved the calculation and final formated print text statements into the body of Inventory's class code. It now works. "Works" scares me a bit.
    Someone cooking dinner might rummage about in the fridge and the cupboards to see what's there. Do imaginative things with what they come up with. And, with a bit of luck come up with something tasty or, at any rate edible.
    A physician deciding on a medical treatment would do well to try a more cautious approach. A specific aim would be a good thing. And a calculated appreciation of the documented effects of each medicine. And how they interact.
    It's up to you to determine which approach your coding should resemble. But it seems to me that your original Main class had a perfectly good reason to exist. It was a driver class whose purpose seemed to be to create and use an Inventory. (And using an Inventory is a very different thing from being an Inventory, so it made perfect sense to have two different classes.) To me it works or not, depending on whether it fufills that purpose. And what you have done is not so much solve the problem of it not working, as avoid that problem.
    (If by "moved" you mean that the outputting now occurs as part of - or is called from - inventoryInput() then that is not a good thing. The input method should input: just input.)
    I think that is because once the original input was loaded into the program (when I entered product number, name, price and value), the entries were dropped when the code switched to the next step. I think your intuition is entirely correct. In particular look at what your original main() method does (my comments replacing yours):
    Inventory inventory = new Inventory(); // (A) Create an inventory...
    inventory.inventoryInput(); // ... and put stuff into it
        // (B) Create some new entirely different (and empty) inventory...
    Inventory results = new Inventory();
    results.inventoryResults(); // ... and print its contentsInstead of creating a second inventory, try printing the results of the first one.

    Whoops ... just read reply 2.
    It might sense, though to call totalValue() at the end your input method (because at that point the total value has changed). Or do away with that method - which you worked on getting right in your other thread ;)

  • Sample source code for fields mapping in expert routine

    Hi All
    Iam writing the expert routine from dso to cube for example I have two fields in dso FLD1,FLD2
    same fields in infocube also ,can any body provide me sample abap code to map source fields to target fields in expert routine,your help will be heighly appreciatble,it's an argent.
    regards
    eliaz

    Basic would be ;
    RESULT_FIELDS -xxx = <SOURCE_FIELDS> -xxx
    you have the source fields as source, and result fields for as the target. In between you can check some conditions as in other routines of transformation.
    BEGIN OF tys_SC_1, shows your source fields ( in your case DSO chars and key figures)
    BEGIN OF tys_TG_1, , shows your result fields ( in your case Cube characteristics)
    Hope this helps
