  • Agent going to not ready after call hangup, Siebel CRM Connector, reason code 50002

    Hi Everyone,
We have Contact Center Enterprise UCCE 8.5.2 with CTOS integrated Siebel CRM 8.1.1 using
    Cisco Unified CRM connector
On daily basis we are receiving about 100 incidents that Agents goes to not ready after
talking to customer. and the reporting gives the reason code 50002.
As per Cisco its because of CTI server Failure/Agent desktop closed/network Problem.  But
In real there is no network issue, Agent not closing the Agent desktop. Also if this is
the case agent should be logged out but in pratical its stays logged in but moved to
    not-ready state(Reason 50002)
It could be  miss communication between UCCE and Siebal CRM connector.
One more thing its not happening with one customer only it happening in many deployment on
Version 8. Especially the one integrated with Siebel.
If anyone face the same issue please share the experience and the solution if found any!
    Regards,
    Atif Tanveer

    Atif,
If memory serves me right, CTI events are controlled and communicated by Siebel connector.  So when your users close Siebel or any other CTI controlling connector this will be same as closing CTIOS or CAD without proper logoff.  This will keep the phone out of synch and keep the user automatically into not ready to prevent any callers going to this device.
Simple answer you have to train users and make sure they close Close applications properly.
    Thanks,
    Baseer.

  • Monitor java code using BAM

    Hi,
I am new to BAM, and I have a specific use case, for which I couldnt find any doc in the web. I want to monitor a java code at different point using BAM. To be in more detail, I would like to add sensors at different location in my java code, which would possible push it to JMS queue and BAM monitors those data objects.
    Thanks,
    Sudarsan M

    Hi Sudarshan,
Please look in the blog entry below that demonstrate how you can feed BAM Data objects by listening to JMS Queue/Topic.
    http://beatechnologies.wordpress.com/2011/05/20/integrating-oracle-bam-11g-with-bpel-jms-sensor-action/
The example in the blog illustrate how a BPEL process uses a JMS Sensor action to publish Data to a JMS Queue and from there how it is picked up by External Message Sources in BAM.
For your use case you can write a small client code to post an XML message from your Java Class to a Queue in Weblogic.
    Hope it helps.

  • CRM Monitoring Solutions/Strategy?  New to SAP monitoring need some ideas..

I started a new rotation in my IT job.  I am working with the SAP Basis team and my project involves developing a "monitoring strategy" for all of the current SAP solutions our company has implemented.
I would like to first identify possible areas that may need monitored.  Does anyone have ideas or suggestions for me for developing a plan specifically for CRM?  Any help would be much appreciated!  Thanks!

  • CRM 2007 Transaction Codes

    Greetings Abapers
Can anyone provide me with a list of the important transaction codes for CRM. I have just started using CRM and i think that having the transaction codes is an important first step in familiarising oneself with the system. Thank you.
    Regards.

    Hi,
I would say there's not much transactions specific to CRM 2007 as it is build on top of exisiting 5.0 functionality.
    Some specific ones are:-
    bsp_wd_cmpwb->BSP component workbench
    crmc_ui_profile->to view business roles
crmc_ui_nblinks->to define the navigation bar links
ppoma_crm->to assign user to business roles
Rest you can go to se93 and search for transaction codes.
Let other people also contribute to this list.
    Thanks and Regards,

  • Avoid Country code in CRM

    HI All,
I am facing issue with Automatic addition of country code to the Phone number which we recieve from Interface. Our client wants Users themselves will add country code and we should disable automatic addition of country code based on Country. I went to Setting under IMG--Sap webapplication server-Set Country codes there I tried to remove country code but then it was disabled for all interface. My problem is for particular interface they want to disable it but for other interface then want CRm to add country code. Can anyone help me with this.
    Many thanks,
    Ashutosh

    Hi Praveen,
There was nothing much we did in CRM. We had XI so we decided to handle it at XI level. Even if CRM adds country code to the number while sending it back XI will chopp off country code and send it to interface.

    Ashutosh

  • Mapping Z-fields of BP in CRM to ECC and vice versa

    Hi Gurus,
Z-fields for BP were created in CRM using EEWB and AET tool. These z-fields need to be transferred from CRM to ECC, standard fields like KNB1-ALTKN, KNKK-REVDB,KNKA-KLIME... etc.
Now, that these z-fields are added in the BDoc. I believe no enhancement is required on CRM.
Please guide me on how to map these z-fields from CRM to standard feilds of ECC.
    Thanks & Regards

    Hi,
Thats right! C03 best practices would be certainly helpful to you.
Few important steps for BP repllication from CRM to ECC would be
In CRM , First define your Logical destination in BD54 .
    1) SU01 Transaction to create users : create user in CRM & R/3
    2) Transaction code SM59 : Create RFC DESTINATION .. here u use the users created for reaching into R/3 from CRM
    3) transaction code: SMOEAC: ADMINISTRATION CONSOLE:-
here define Publication, subscription and site ( OLTP) , and define replication objects ( like BUPA_MAIN, BUPA_REL)
    4) define Queue: SMQR and SMQS - inbound and outbound queue /
    Que registration .
    5) check entry in R/3 side tables:- Make the proper entry into R/3 side tables in SM30
    a)CRMRFCPAR
    b)CRMPAROLTP
    c)CRMSUBTAB
    d) CRMCONSUM
These are important steps for Middleware settings between CRM & R/3
In addition to this , you need to correctly define your
    1) in CRM ,BP GROUPINGS with Internal Number range
    2) in R/3 define "Account Group" with "External Number Range" for BUSINESS PARTNER
    3) In R/3 , Mapping of CRM CLASSIFICATION with R/3 account group...e.g. Classification B for customer with ACCOUNT group of R/3
You need to also map in CRM  correctly the partner functions and R/3 Partner functions.

  • ICI - How to display custom error messages in SAP CRM

    Hello,
we are working on a custom Contact Center which interfaces with SAP CRM Version 7 with Enhancement Package over ICI.
The basic call functions like accepting, hanging up, holding and retrieving are fully implemented and are working already.
Our goal is to display error messages in the CRM so that clients know there is something wrong, for example why he can't be log in successfully (e.g. the telephony server isn't reachable).
We already found the ICI Documentation file which provides us the CRM SOAP error codes and tried to send SOAP Fault messages, but never got
    them to screen.
Please find an attached example screenshot what we mean exactly, reproduced by trying to make a call with CRM user while BCM CDT isn't
    running in the background.
Regarding to this topic we've the following questions:
    - Is it possible to display custom error messages on the CRM or is this functionality limited to SAP?
    - Could you provide us some further information on how to use this feature exactly (implementation details?) and how the SOAP XML should look like to get it work?
    Thank you in advance!

I need to create an entity adapter and attach an error handler with the adapter? or can i handle that in the event handler itself. I coulnt find any api for handling errorsYou can do it both ways but since we are talking about event handler now, then in 9.x you need to extend com.thortech.xl.client.events.tcBaseEvent class for creating a event handler. In tcBaseEvent class there are various flavors of handleError method. So use that as per my note earlier and you should be good.

  • How to access a table from one view in another view via ABAP source code.

Hi experts, I need your help.

    Hi,
as I understand from your question you would like to add a partner to the complaint document.
The complaint document is a 1Order document and has the root genil node named BTOrder. Using the genil relationships you have to get the BTPartnerSet and then the right Partner Relationship.
You will find a lot of information in the newsgroup on how to do this by doing a search.
But a quick help would be to use the sapgui transaction genil_model_browser, component set ONEORDER and using the tree structure navigate from the BTOrder root node to the Partner set.

  • Functionality of CRM_WFM_SIS_BP in CRM 2007

    Hello All,
I have migrated my CRM 4.0 code to CRM 2007. In one of the function modules I am making call to CRM_WFM_SIS_BP_ORGS which belongs to function group CRM_WFM_SIS_BP...
Now this Function Group doesn't exist in CRM 2007. So is there any other function group which is providing similar functionality as this one??
If I want to copy these Standard Function Modules from old system to new as Z-Function modules, then will it be correct approach??
Please suggest the way out. Helpful answers will be greatly rewarded.
    Awaiting for replies.
    Regards,
    Amey

    Hello Amey,
I wouldn't copy the function modules to CRM 2007 because most probably underlying code doesn't work anymore as well.
However, I would look for functionality in the system doing the same thing. For example, it looks like the function module you mentioned is retrieving some organizational structure.
A search in SE37 with CRMORG and CRMGETORG* returned a bunch of promising function modules.
