Table Order and duplicating Sheets

Does anyone know how to control the order of the tables on the sheet and the canvas. It appears that there is no relationship between the order of tables in the Sheets Pane and order of tables on canvas. Is that correct?
I'm left with the thought that you have drag both the table in the Sheets Pane and the table on the canvas to get them in the same order.
Here are some observations
1. Assume that you have a sheet with 6 tables. Dragging one of the tables to a different location, say from position 1 to position 5 on the sheet, in the Sheets Pane doesn't alter the location of the of the table in the canvas. The converse is also true.
2. Duplicating a sheet results in the tables on the canvas appearing in the same order as the original but the list in the Sheets Pane shows a different order. Now there is a definite mismatch between the order of table on the canvas and the order in the sheets pane.
Question: Is there a way to provide NUMBERS specific feedback. I looked in the application for a bug or feedback link but didn't see it.

many times things like this are listed in creation order till you modify the order manually. when you duplicate a dheet the programmer didn't just haev a "duplicate" command at their disposal. they have to write the code to grab each object and duplicate it and all its properties onto the newly created sheet. Thus they are in a "random" order to us, as they would be listed in the order that the program re'created' them when duplicating.
they are not connected by order because if you had two tables directly above one another, which is first? Neither. no way to break the tie. positions relative on the sheet is inconsequential to the listed creation order.
detailed but it explains it, at least I think.

  • Albums out of order and duplicated after using Match

I finished Matching all of my tracks, and endbled iTunes Match on my Desktop, Laptop, and iPhone. My Mac laptop (where I originally enabled and purchased Match) shows my library as I want it-- everything in order correctly and all of the correct album art.
My desktop shows everything almost correctly. There are a few albums split into multiple (sometimes 7-10) parts, and album art is missing.
My iPhone (which has no local stored music right now) shows everything almost correctly. Some of the split albums that showed incorrectly on the desktop are in 2 parts instead of 10. Plus, some of the albums are completely out of order and duplicated in the album list view. I attached a screenshot below.
The "duplicated" albums seem to be alphabetically wrong because one of the tracks (When Love Takes Over, David Guetta) starts with a W. The problem is, the album for that track IS correctly set, and the artist and album artist are both David Guetta. Changing the album (which displays correctly in iTunes on my Mac, and even on my Windows Desktop) to a complilation does nothing.
    How can I fix this?
(P.S. I have an iPhone 4S, Macbook Pro, and Windows desktop, all running the latest iTunes. I have only 293 songs, so I do not have a large library)

I ended up fixing my issue. The problem was the fact that some of the songs in an album were marked as part of a compilation, but some were not. iTunes seems to be less strict about grouping things in albums, so I never really noticed it.
However, this, combined with the fact that I could not update the metadata after the song is added to iCloud resulted in me changing the metadata on the computer, only to have it reset when I updated Match. I solved the problem by deleted everything from iCloud and rematching it, but only after I had corrected the compilation issue.
So, if you are havng the same issue, delete and readd everything to iCloud. I deleted everything from a second PC (that had no locally stored files) and then rematched from my laptop (where iTunes asked whether I wanted to add to iCloud, keep the song, or delete it. Choose "Add to iCloud" to rematch).

  • SRM Service Orders and Entry sheets,

    Hi Friends,
Is SRM service orders able to provide the u2018price changeu2019 field? In the R/3 equivalent Service Order entered with item category Service, the u2018price changeu2019 field is available (table ESLL, field PRS_CHG) and we have a business requirement to have this available when we enter SRM Order Service confirmation sheets in R/3. If a service sheet is created from a SRM PO with item category service, u2018price changeu2019 is greyed out. If a service sheet is created from a service PO entered directly in R/3 the u2018price changeu2019 field is not greyed out for input and can be changed. Please can somebody explain how we can make this field available.
Previous experiences with using functionality this would be highly welcome.
    Thank you. Steven

    Hi,
You can assign the service master records administered in your company to different groups, according to their usage. Such a group is described by the service category.
To characterize the service categories in more detail, the latter are assigned an organization status. The organization status indicates the areas in which service master records are used.
For example, units of your company may use services provided internally by other units of the company, or procure services externally (from other companies). Your company may also provide services for others.
AS01: If you select this the service master data is at basic data level. That means basic data about the service will be depicted here.
AS02: Service master stored at basic and CO level. To maintain the information at CO level this organizational status is required.
AS03: Service master stored at basic plus purchasing level. For procurement purpose(MM), THIS LEVEL is useful.
Create a po with service activity number in me21n with account assignment category K & and item category D.
For the SES, the creation date would still be same. Only field ESSR-BUDAT (posting date) would get changed.
That shouldn't be a problem, since you would know anyway when the SES was created from ESSR-ERDAT, the SES creation date.
Also the last change date would also be correctly updated.
You have another field Doc Date ESSR-BLDAT which records the date the SES was posted
    Thank's
    Raj

  • Is there a way to create a table of contents listing the order of tabs(sheets) in a Numbers document?

I am planning my wedding and I have this huge Numbers document with 20+ tabs and I have plans to add many more tabs. Is there a way to create a table that has two columns: column 1= order that a tab appears, column 2=tab name? For example, my first three tabs are called Venues, Must Haves, and To Do List (in this order. I'd want this table of contents to be in the first sheet of the document, so it would be like sheet 1. Then I 'd want like the cells of column 1 to be like 2, 3, 4 (2nd, 3rd, 4th sheet in the document), and then the cells of column 2 to say Venues, Must Haves, and To Do List. I can make a tiny table of one cell in each sheet that I copied the name of the sheet and then do like a cell reference for column 2, but I'm having trouble w column 1.

There is no referential value for the order of the sheets, just the sheet name. Only two things I can think of to suggest:
Do the same thing for the first column that you do with the second (i.e. put a referential column in the same table as the Name and point to that).
Seriously consider using a word processor program. Numbers is probably the wrong tool.

  • Link between Sales order and Credit master sheet

    Hi,
Plz explain the link between sales order and credit master sheet.
    Thanks and regards
    CSR

    Hi,
Credit master is related to Customer.
Credit limit will be assigned to a customer by using the T.Code FD32.
Credit control area will be assigned to a customer.
You can the credit control area for a customer in the table "KNVV".
Goto the T.Code "FD32".Enter your customer number and credit control area.Select the status tab.
Here you can maintain the credit limit. If you leave blank means the limit is 0.00.
Next thing is goto the T.Code "OVAK".
Select your sales order.Maintain the "Credit limit check" for your order type.
Goto the T.Code "OVA8".Select your valid combination. Here, you can activate either the static or dynamic credit limit checks.
If you create the sales order by using the customer, initially the system will check for the credit limit. If it is 0.00 and credit check functionality is activatd in the above specified T.Codes, then creditcheck will happen and order will be blocked for releasing of credit by using the T.Code "VKM3".Authorised persons have to release this credit block.Suppose, you have maintained this credit limit as "1000Rs/-" and you are creating the order of value "550Rs/-",then your order will not be blocked even though the credit check functionality is activated for your order type.
In this way, sales order is in turn related to credit master.
    Regards,
    Krishna.

  • Purchase order and service entry sheet

    Hi
Is there a way to prohibit modifications on the position of services purchase order when the service entry sheet and the invoice were already entered for that position?
Thanks in advance for your help
    Tomas

hi, thanks for your help, but the problem that i have is when the service entry sheet and the invoice are allready entered, the user change the value of the position and the service tab, so the user can enter services for more amounts. So its produce difference on the purchase order history between the values of LERF (WE) and the value of the purchase position. For example
Service Purchase order for 100 dollars.
Tab service: 2 units for 50 dollars
The user enter one service entry sheet for 50 and the invoice for 50 (lerf and WE= 50)
Then the user change the position of the purchase order and increase the value to 100 and modifies the service tab to 1 services for 100.
Then he enter one service for 100 and the corresponding invoice..........so the result is the following:
    Service purchase position: 100
    LERF-WE: 150
so the purchase order history is inconsistence.
For that reason i whant to know is there is a wat to prohibit modifications on the position of purchase order
Thanks in advnace for your help

  • Table For Open Sales Order And Customer Invoices

    Dear Gurus,
Are there any table to know open Sales orders and pending invoices for Customers?
    Wishes,
    Abhishek

    Hi,
Go to T code VA05 and select open sales order radio button. Put other input parameters like date range or sold to . Execute you shal get list of all open sales order.
For pending invoices go to T code VL04 and you get list of all billing not yet created even though GI is done.
These are standard SAP functionality and can be used rather than looking in a table level.

  • HOW WE FIND OUT OPEN PURCHASE ORDER AND CLOSED PURCHASE IN THE TABLE?

    HI,
    PLZZ HELP ME.
what are fields names for open purchase order and closed purchase order
    thanks

    Hi param,
Go to mseg table, pass the purchase order number and purchase order item. if the mseg-menge = ekpo-menge for the corresponding purchase order then consider the purchase order is close, else it is still open. even check if the entries are not there for corresponding purchase order in mseg table then also it is open.
select mblnr zeile matnr menge from mseg into it_mseg where ebeln = it_ekko-ebeln
    and    ebelp = it_ekpo-ebeln.
    if sy-subrc <> 0.
then consider the purchase order is open.
    This is the first case.
even u can consider like this
    if sy-subrc = 0.
    if it_ekpo-menge > it_mseg-menge.
then also the purchase order is open.

  • What is a table containing sales order and the contract it refers to

    Hi,
    I have a following problem (ECC6.0):
A sales order is created in VA03 and referenced to a contract. I need to locate the table or tables (or FM) which contains the information of the sales order number and the contract number.
Problem with VA03 is that I can see both numbers in the document flow screen; i.e. sales order (Doc.no) is xxxxx and the Preced.Doc field contains the contract number. However, this is only an ALV view. I cannot get anywhere from the program SAPMV75F.
I have checked table VBAK and it contains most of dat but not the link itself as it has any sales document. I need to have an entry containing the link between a given sales order (+item) and the contract.
Instead of creating with "Create with reference" and select Contract (which you need to refer to),  the system is defined so that contract is used with a hierarchy customer. Debugging of creating did not help as the linking was conducted in the background without activation of debugging screen. I'm not an SD and no experience with contract.
    Help is highly appreciated,
    Pipsa

    Hi,
The field VBAK-GUEBG is used for valid from and valid to date,
you can find the Preceding and Subsequent sales and distribution document under table 'VBFA'.
under SMOD, you can find below exit use for Contract data modification:
V45W0001 Function module exit for copying sales header data into
    items.
This enhancement contains the user exit:
    -   EXIT_SAPLV45W_001

  • Any table keep track of Sales order and relevant IDOC

    hi all,
Do we have any table to keep track Sales order and its relevant IDOC in the system?
A list of sales order# given by user, from the list, we would like to find a faster way to get the corresponding IDOC.
    thanks.

    Hi Reetha,
EDIDS table would have the IDOC Number & sales order number. Parameter 2 is the field in EDIDS which would have the sales order number.
I understand that this table would have many records but i dont think any other table would have the above combination. If you get any other table, then pls. do update @ it on this thread.
    Thanks,
    Best regards,

  • Link tables of Sales Order and Purchase Requisition

    Hi,
thru which tables we can get the data of purchase requistion for a sales order.
    regards,
    balu

    Dear Balu,
the fields VBEP-BANFN and VBEP-BNFPO are filled in the third-party process only. It means that there is 1:1 connection between the schedule line of the sales order and the purchase requisition. In the third-party process during saving the sales order the purchase requisition is created automatically and is linked to the order.
If the fields are empty, it means, you have no third-party process and no 1:1 connection between the sales order and the purchase requisition. Probably the sales order created normal requirements, which generate purchase requisition(s) after MRP run. In this case you cannot see the purchase requisition from the sales order as there is no 1:1 connection. You have no chance to get the data from sales order to the purchase requisition.
The only possibility which you (may be, it depends on the process) have, is to find sales order numbers from the purchase requisition: so to develop the process backwards. These data are stored in the database table EBKN: Purchase Requisition Account Assignment.
    Please use the following fields:
EBKN-BANFN  - Purchase requisition number (key field)
EBKN-BNFPO  - Item number of purchase requisition (key field)
EBKN-LOEKZ  - Deletion indicator in purchasing document (key field, can be helpful)
The corresponding sales orders are stored in:
    EBKN-VBELN  - Sales Document Number
    EBKN-VBELP  - Sales Document Item
    EBKN-VETEN  - Schedule line number
I hope, this information will help you further and will solve your problem.
    Kind regards,

  • Sales Order and Sales Item not copy over to table AFPO-KDAUF and AFPO-KDPOS

    Hi Expert,
May I know why I run MRP and convert planned order to production order based on Sales Order, why the sales order and sales item is not copied and save in table AFPO-KDAUF and AFPO-KDPOS?
I can see the sales order and sales item is appearing in MD04, but how is the linkage between production order and sales order/item?
    Thanks.

Sales order No. and sales line item will only be transfer to production order in MTO ( Make to Order) scenario.
If your scenario is MTO and the sales order reference is not getting  transfer, then check your requirement type and  requirement class setting in T.Code OVZH and OVZG.
In standard SAP 'KE' requirement type  40 requirement class is used  for MTO scenario.
