Tables for ORG model

Hi friends
Could any one please tell me the table names which stores the ORG model and position and Job.

In three steps you can retrieve the BP number(s) related to an Org. Model position.
[1]
Positions are registered in HRP1000:
OTYPE = 'S' (Position)
STEXT : description
[2]
Relations between position and persons are registered in HRP1001:
OTYPE = 'S' (Position)
OBJID = HRP1000-OBJID
SOBID : link to person-ID
[3]
Relations between persons and BP numbers are gistered in HRP1000:
OTYPE = 'CP' (Person)
OBJID = HRP1001-SOBID
SHORT : BP number
STEXT : First and Last name of Person

Number range for org model

Hi,
Can i give the BP number range as external for the org units created in org model, so that i can give an external number while creating the org unit in the org model.

Hi Sarat,
Any Org unit created in the Org model will be created as BP and you can give the number range.
What i suggest is go to best practises in help.sap.com and select C02_BB_Configurationguide_en and this has the details how you can give the number range and grouping.

Table for Org unit information

Hi All,
Is there a table or FM, through which we can get the Org unit name by giving the org unit ID?
It is there in table HRP1000 with the fields SHORT and STEXT. But it is taking hell lot of time to give the output. Is there any other table or FM for this?
Please advise.

many FM are available for your requireemnt
1.BBP_OUTPUT_GET_COMPANY_ADDRESS - i/p bp of your company code o/p you will get address of company
2.BP_CENTRALPERSON_GET - input your user name and you may get central person name.

Business Partner Number for Org Model

Hi Experts
When we are maintain a Sales org Business Partner Number will automatically generated how it will generating let me what are the customizations for that
I have one scenario
Ex: I am taking number range from 10000 to 99999
We created 99999 customers now we want to maintain anther 10000 customers so how should is increase the number range in system 10000 to 99999 only available so how should I will maintain
Please tell me

The integration settings are maintained in the below path
Img -> Customer Relationship Management -> Master Data -> Business Partner -> Integration Business Partner-Organization Management -> Set Up Integration with Organizational Management

Org modeler 4.1 IDoc Receiver Setup

Hi all,
in the "Deployment guide" for Org Modeler is indicated to use the following files:
sapjco.jar is version 2.1.10.
sapidocjco.jar is version 1.0 standalone.
sapidoc.jar version 1.0 standalone.
Unfortunatly, they aren't available in Sap Service Marketplace, that permits to dowload only sapjco3.jar and sapidoc3.jar
Where we can find the files?

Tables for Job (STEXT)in Org model

Hi friends
Could any one please tell me the table names which stores JOB-STEXT (which is there under the position field )in the ORG model .Now my requirement is that i should get the job of the BP based on the personal number or BP.

The function module to find the BP number for the given sales organisation is 'CRM_ORGUNIT_GETBUPA' give organization number as '50000637' instead of 'O 50000637'. you will get bp guid as out put. then you can go to BUT000 and pass the BPGUID and get BP number. else call 'BBP_BUPA_GET_NUMBER' and pass the guid, get the BP number.
You can write select SOBID from hrp1001 into table it_hrp1001 where otjid = orgid and sclas = 'BP'.
here SOBID is the field which contains BP number for that sales org. sclas field should be 'BP'.

The tables that stores the organization model main information are HRP1000 and HRP1001.
For working with information that relates the org.model with sales area, I normally use static methods of class CL_CRM_ORGMAN_SERVICES.
Check if this class may help you a little more in your needs.

Org Model to CDB table SMOMITAREA

I hope you can help....
When we download the Org Model to the CDB, the table SMOMITAREA is updated. In this table is a field for 'Default' Sales Org for a business partner.
Can you tell me what defines which Sales Org is default for a person in the Org Model if they are assigned to more than one? In some case we have more than one default and can't work out where this default flag comes from.

I need function module or table from which i get the regions of org.model.
The table mentioned by you gives the regions under a country..i.e it gives the states of a country..
I need Regions in org.model like NA,LA,APJ,EMEA etc..
Any idea from where I can get these details?

Tables for Service Desk Org Structure

Dear Colleagues,
Can anybody tell me what is the name of tables for Service Desk Org Stsructure
in ppoma_crm we define all the support teams/ org units. When defined it creates Id also like for example: I have defined MM Support Teams as Org Unit for this the ID is O 50000011.
I need the table name where these deta is saved

Org model for sales and service

Hi,
I have an issue while creating org model, I want to maintain organization for sales and service differently under a org unit, but in service org element when I have selected service radio button and type also as service in Function tab, it is effecting for all units, even the first org unit is also changing automatically to service.
Please clarify!

Hi Abdul,
I tried replicating what you have mentioned in your message and it is behaving exactly the same as in your case. So I dont think it will have any impact on your root org unit.
Dont tick mark any of the options i.e sales organization,Sales office or sales group for your root unit.Just create one org unit and leave as it is by saving.
When creating sales Org: Double click the the root org unit and click on "Create". Create the required sales organization(by selecting the sales scenario(radio button) and tick mark the sales organization in the funtion tab page.
Now you have created your sales organization.
When creating service organization: again double click the root org unit and click on "Create". Create the required service organization by selecting the service scenario(radio button) and tick mark the service organization.
Now you have created your service organization.
So when you select your org unit created as sales organization and switch to service scenario(radio button) and select the root org you will see the root unit also in service scenario and also you will not see any tick mark for sales/service/marketingin the root org unit.

Generate a BP number for Org. Unit in Org. Model

Hi experts,
For each organizational unit created in the organizational model a business partner is generated automatically.
However, when I go to Org. Model and create a Org. Unit, it is NOT generating a BP number for it.
Can anybody help me on this ?
I configured as following steps:
Step 1: Defining Number Range for Org Business Partners
Step 2: Defining Groupings for Org Business Partners
Step 3: Set up integration
   HRALX-HRAC - X
   HRALX-OBPON - ON
   HRALX-ONUMB - 2
   HRALX-OSUBG - Enter your Number Range defined in the   previous steps here.
save your entries.
Step 4: Execute Report for Changeover Classification

Hi,
You can follow the below steps to assign the BP to the org units if it is not assigned automatically
Go to IMG--> CRM --> Master data -> Business Partner -> Integration Business Partner-Org Mangement -> Create Business Partner Intially
Select the Organization unit check box and execute
Doble click on without business partners (All objects-> Org units -> without business partners )
Select the org units and click on start repair
I the above will solve your issue

Org Model determination for BP

Dear SAP experts,
We are using SAP CRM 7.0 and want to apply the Org Model determination by creating a new BP in WEB UI.
As we defined a Rule in PFAC (based on POSTCODE_1 and COUNTRY), is it possible to "execute" this rule by using a standard Function Module or Class Method?
The scenario is quite simple:
- The Country/Postcode attributes are defined for the Org Unit
- A Custom Rule is defined
While creating a BP (on SAVE) a Function Module will be called:
Thiis function should read the custom rule and its associated attributes,
then read the corrispondent values (Postcode/Country) of the Business Partner
and apply the determination based on the custom rule.
The result would be the associated Org. Unit.
Pratically is what the "Simulate" button does in the PFAC transaction.
Any idea if there is already standard FMs to achieve this?

I would say, yes, we plan to activate the buffering.
Once more, I´m looking for a clean way to:
1.Reading Container Attributes (COUNTRY/POSTCODE_1) of a Determination Rule (ZRule)
maybe RH_GET_HRS_CONTAINER
2.According to the attributes (for example COUNTRY) prepare a WHERE condition
3.Determine the attributes values for a BP (executing the query with the the WHERE condition above)
4.Execute the Rule (SALE scenario) to determine the Sales Group
CRM_ORGMAN_ORGOBJECTS_FIND_1
5.Check the Org Model Hierarchy to read the Sales Org / Sales Office associated to the Sales Group.

BP number is missing for org units in org model

Hi Guys,
I have created org model in PPOCA_CRM and saved it CRM7.0. But BP numbers did not get generated for org units which I have created.
Can any one suggest me what is the reason and what needs to be done in order to get BP numbers for already created org units in PPOCA_ CRM or PPOMA_CRM.

Go to CRM IMG->Cross Application components->SAP Business partner->Business Partner->Number Ranges and Groupings->Define Groupings and Assign number ranges.
There check if any number range is defined with the "Int Std grouping" . If it is not define it.
and in SM30 for "T77S0" for entries HRALX/OSUBG assign a number range.
