Tag Cloud only showing item I tagged

Hi all,
I have a Tag Cloud Web Part on a site collection root site homepage. I have tagged content in other site collections. I can see the tags in the Tag Cloud, but other users can't. Nor can they see the trending hashtags.
Please assist.

i think you need to edit the properties:
In the Web Part properties, under Tag Cloud Configuration, click the down arrow under Show Tags to see options:
To set the tag cloud Web Part so that it only shows tags derived from each team member’s My Site, click By current user.
This option lets you see only those tags derived from your My Site on your version of the team site. Other team members will only see tags from their My Site.
To set the tag cloud Web Part so that it aggregates all tags from the tag clouds on all team members’ My Sites, click By all users.
To set the tag cloud Web Part so that it only shows tags associated with content on the current site, clickUnder the current URL by all users.
This option lets team members build a collection of tags specific to content on the team site.

Email inbox only shows items recieved today.

I have set up my Blueyonder email account on my E72 & can send & receive emails ok. the problem I have is that the Inbox only shows new email. By that I mean anything I have received (and read) prior to today do not appear. This is a pain when trying to reply to an email received 2 days ago as I cannot see it in the Inbox! The default setting of Hide mail after 2 weeks cannot be altered. Does anyone know why I cannot see older email from the last few days? By having it only show todays emails is no better really than receiving an Instant Message. Surely this can't be right? Is it something to do with the Blueyonder account or the phone's email setting?
Please help.

That is very low - only 1.1 MB of free space. When the device gets too low, the Low Memory Manager starts deleting things like email, text messages, call logs, etc, to make room.

And FYI - Delete Prior is good to delete items only off of your BB (prior to a certain date). The items you delete that way will ONLY delete from your BB and will never sync with your client/server email account.

Creative Cloud only showing white

I'v installed adobe Creative Cloud and its only showing a white screen when the cloud starts. It looks like this :

You need to fix it yourself. Read forums and do it yourself. And of course send an email to Adobe with steps describing how did you fix that so they will know what to tell other customers.

HT201359 my credit card shows an iTunes charge that I don't recall. How do I find out what the purchase is? I've tried App Store and iTunes purchase list, but they only show items...not receipt numbers

I have been trying in vain to get purchase details on my iPad. I click on the iTunes button, but it only shows the names of the songs, I click on the App Store icon and it shows apps, but none of these match the charge, there is no email regarding purchases. What is the point of having reference numbers when they don't allow you to use them to reference??

You can only view the full purchase history on your computer's iTunes : if you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.

IPod's music library only shows items purchased from iTunes store?

I'm really frustrated because I've only had this iPod since Christmas and it's already giving me grief.
My iPod is synced with 918 songs:
However, my music library on the device itself only displays 65, as seen here:
These songs are ones I've purchased from the iTunes store. All other songs on the device have to be manually searched for from the Home screen, and if you ask me this is kind of ridiculous. It'd be nice if, y'know, I could use my iPod to actually listen to my songs with ease, as is its purpose in the first place??
I've resynched numerous times and reset it.
What the heck am I doing wrong?

By the way... ALL music files back to 2004 still play fine on iTunes on the PC...

I have two tables in a Btrieve database: Customer and CustomerType. Customer contains a field called CustType that is mapped to the ID field of the CustomerType table. In my report, I have the results grouped by CustomerType.ID with the group name pulled from CustomerType.Description.This mostly works. However, only results from the last CustomerType in the database are displayed. There are a number of other customers who belong to other groups, but only those with the CustomerType "Residential" are shown. There is no formula or anything in the Select Expert that would cause this.Any ideas?(By the way, I'm a Crystal Reports newbie. Sorry if this is a stupid question.)

Thank you! Changing the link to Left Outer Join caused the other records to display. However, the "Residential" customer type is the only one with grouped records. All other records are placed under a group with no name, even though those records have different CustType values. Also, there is nothing in the group footer, so I assume it isn't that.

Creative cloud only shows spinning blue wheel

Hi,
I have the spinning blue wheel issue on Windows 8.1 64 bit.
I have tried all the options in this article:

I even uninstalled all Adobe CC apps and tried from scratch but that didn't help either however the problem still exists.
Any additional ideas? Are there any logfiles that I could look into to gather further information?

ITunes 10.6.1, Home sharing: Show: Items not in my Library

iTunes Home sharing's feature to only show items not in my library used to work great, allowing me to keep my main iMac library and my MacBook Pro library synced. But just recently, my main library can no longer seem to sort out what items are unique in connected libraries -- it only shows the books that I don't have. Doesn't display movies, tv, music that aren't unique. I get the whole libary but once I press "Items not in my Libary" it doesn't work properly. What's odd is that I'm fine the other way. My MacBook Pro has no problems with the "Items not in my Library" selection when looking at my iMac's library.
Has anyone noticed change for the worse in the behavior of Home Sharing with respect to showing items not in the local library? I've tried turning Home Sharing off, rebooting both computers, and then turning Home Sharing on. But that doesn't fix it.

Tag Cloud to show search terms with zero results

I have been following the blue print document that we have regarding our OEID system which is under development at present.
We have a field called Search Terms which contains the text the user or the navigation has searched for. At present we have a tag cloud that shows the most popular. We also need to show the ones which are at the top of the "yeild zero results" list.
Looking at the Tag Cloud component and after reading the documentation on the tag cloud, it would not seem possible to create an EQL query to do this. Therefore would I have to create a custom attribute when I'm parsing our raw data to do this, then be able to display the 30 or so most popular search terms that yeild zero results, or is there a better way of doing this?

That issue can be caused by an extension that isn't working properly.
Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

Spy menu only showing some items and properties not available

I am having some issues with the spy menu. In order to try and fix my issues I built the menu from scratch again on one of my pages. Everything works now on that page and when I upload it to the server, it is all there.
However, when I then copy and paste the menu to all the other pages and upload the the server, the submenu doen't show anymore. When I go and troubleshoot it and highlight the menu in its entirety and click properties, no properties will show. On the working page, this ation delievers me a properties bar where I can + or - menu items. Why is this? As this must be why the submenu is not showing either?
The page where everything works is this (See sub menu under coaching clinics) http://www.golifecoaching.com.au/go-beyond-registration-test but on every other page on this website, this submenu disappears.
Can anyone help? I am tearing my hair out and don't fancy having to build the menu from scratch for every page. There has to be a better way.

Disclaimer: I am new to coding in general and this is my first attempt to help someone.
I think the properties bar with the + - has to do with the javascript coding that is generated when you create a new tag, and it is located near the bottom of the page just before the closing body tag.
looks something like this:

var MenuBar2 = new Spry.Widget.MenuBar("MenuBar2", );
</script>
so dont forget to copy that over too. Also, check the CSS that is associated within each page and make sure they are all in the same style.
P.S. Have you considered using a template for the menu bar so you dont have to copy it over each time?

I don't know how this happened.
I opened iTunes last night and the player only lists items from the cloud, which is a small percentage of my itunes library - no podcasts, no playlists. Somehow the iTunes players has "forgotten" that my music library is on my hard drive.
How do I tell the iTunes player where to look for my library? In About iTunes, the version I am running is 11.0.2.26
Also, how did some random songs/albums end up on the cloud when I didn't put them there? Some of the songs were purchased through itunes but not all and not all of my purchased songs, etc. show up on the cloud. I'm so confused.
