Dear All,
im new in SAP Abap. Im making reports on Customer Services module. I have a problem im using T-code IW53 and in Task tab i want to find out table the column is "Task Code Text". When i F1 the structure is shown in the background. I want to get the text from the column "Task Code Text".
pls help me.

MATXT is the TASK TEXT.. I need to find the TASK CODE TEXT......

For text field fetch - go to table - QPCT

In the columm of Vendor code and Text he wants to Display in the respective filed

But i tryed it by table wise like BSEG and LIFNR but its displys only filed name but it not displaying the VENDOR CODE & TEXT in the respective filed

Container element in task item text and task description inconsistent

We use the purchase order release workflow 20000075: Workflow for release of purchase order
The container element Release indicator (&_WI_Object_Id.ReleaseIndicator&) is used in the PO release effected task TS20000168 in work item text (title) and task desription (body text).
When we release the PO a workflow notification is send to the PO creator, the title text shown Release indicator = Z (released) and task body text shown release indicator = Z (same).
However, we do a cancel (undo) to the release of the PO, now when we view the same workflow nofication again the task work item text (title) shown Release indicator = Z (released) and task body text shown release indicator = X (blocked) -latest status.
In this scenario the title text does not updated with the latest release indicator value, the task body text does. Task work item title text and task body text is inconsistent for the release indicator. When we view the workflow notification at this point is confused with the release indicator Z and X (approved in task tile and Blocked in task body text).
Please help how to resolve this issue, any way to make the body text release indicator does not change once the notification is generated??

This is very weird!!!!! I will suggest you to check the binding such that the PO Object is binded from Workflow to Task and viceversa.

i think i was asked to install an update (something to do with libraries?) before i started working, but i didn't do the update.
don't know if this has anything to do with problem.

The backups for your version are date-time stamped as the name and with an extension of .fcpproject. They look like this.
The original project is named CurrentVersion.fcpproject.
You need to replace the CurrentVersion with the backup file and rename it to be CurrentVersion.fcpproject.
With FCPX closed, I suggest you move the original to the Trash, but not empty it. Then promote your backup one level higher in the project folder hierarchy (to be at the same level that the original previously occupied. Then rename the backup.
Open up FCPX, which should now recognize your project.

Packaged CCE 9.03 - Display Reason Code Text in CUIC report

The (Stock) Agent Team Real Time report includes a Reason Code field, but not the descriptive Reason Code Text (or Name). Is there any way to present the descriptive text or name in the report?
Please note that we have CUIC standard.

Comparing Handled on an Agent report to Answered on a Call Type report is tricky, since depending on your call flows the two values can be vastly different. If you're looking at Answered and Handled on the same report (Call Type Historical All Fields should have both), there are opportunities for either value to be higher than the other within any given interval or across multiple intervals.
Generally, if Answered is higher than Handled in one interval, then Handled is going to be higher than Answered in one of the intervals after that (though not necessarily the one right after - depends on call length). In the database, Answered is incremented in the interval when the call is answered, Handled is incremented in the interval when the wrap-up completes. So a very basic example would be with a single call - Say the Agent picks up an inbound call at 8:56am, and hangs up and completes wrap-up at 9:07am... The 8:30am interval would show 1 call Answered and 0 Handled, while the 9:00am interval would show 0 calls Answered and 1 Handled.

Deactivation of code groups and task codes in PM/CS notification

hi experts, would like to ask regarding Plant Maintenance and Customer Service module. Is it possible to disable code groups and task codes assign to notification type? instead of just deleting it? We have a config made on which the old format is no longer applicable so we need to exclude the old one on the selection so that users may not be confused of having so many options in the list.
Please suggest procedure on how can I make it.

Error code text file or Error ring, pros and cons of each

I'm looking for some community input on the pros and cons of using either the Error Code Text file, or the Error Ring for creating custom errors in an application. My question comes about as a result of this post.
I've used the Error Rings exclusively in the past to avoid the extra maintenance steps of bringing the text file along with the LV project and source control. I assumed the error information was simply converted to ring constant. But with my linked post above, I'm wondering how deep my mistakes may cut me.
Please weight in on this with pros/cons, , and any past experiences that may be helpful.

Actually Hooovahh and Jeff are right. As you can see in that way you can prioritize the error that you need to read or in other case ignore. In the same time you can create the error that you want.

Task code automatically populates in the table

Dear Expert,
When auto Tasking Notification to the production engineer (single user), Task code 170 AUTOMATICALLY populates along with codes 70 and 65 in the Item speacific Task(s) table of IQS21 screen.
Only codes 70 and 65 are required for initial tasking, I'm not sure why the Task code 170 automatically populates in the table when I assign to that particular user (production engineer).
When I auto Task to some other User this problem is NOT happening.

Once they created the notification, then it will be assigned to the concern person for the task, but this error is occuring when we assign to the specific guy in the production dept.

Short code texts

hi all
i have started to see charges on my iphone 4 bill for short code text messages . I have not received any messages in my message folder nor have i sent any messages for about a month . The code on bell canada's usuage info shows 49988 i called bell they said i must have replied to a message received or subscribed to something . I have unlimited text messaging . I did a google search on the topic and some people say something else on my phone is sending or getting these hidden messages . How can i figure out what it is . I have just turned about everything off . I only use the phone at home over wifi . i play 1 game angry birds and listen to my music from itunes . It is sad I cannot have things turned on on my phone for fear of getting charges i did not make. If anyone knows what i can do please share . i do not want to have to check my usuage on my billing every day just to make sure i am not getting phoney charges .

Inactive Task Code in Catalog 2

Hi all,
I have task codes marked inactive within a specific code group in the task catalog 2. My customer wants to use those codes again.
Is there any method of reactivating those inactive task codes so they can be reused again with a different description?

Thanks for your reply - actually I am talking about 1 level deeper than the code group. I have individual codes within a code group and some of the codes have been deleted. I can see them on QS49 and they show a status of inactive, but on QS41 I can find no way to display the deleted codes to change the status.
The code itself is what I am trying to reactivate.
