Task not coming as link in UWL

Question

Hi all,
I have configured some of the tasks in my UWL .Now when the workflow is triggered that tasks are coming to my UWL but they are not coming as link. Nothing is happening when I am double clicking on that task. Is this related to configuration that i have done in my UWL? I dont know how to track this. I have checked in SAP Inbox that task is in ready status.
Can anyone help me out in this? It is really urgent.

Same thing is working in my development server but it is not working in test server. Can anyone help me out in this. Tasks are coming in my UWL but no actions are performed on click of that task. This is task which I have added in my XML
