Test Package - Assignment to different tester

hi to everybody,
I'm using STWB_2 and STWB_WORK during test in an implementation project. I have created a test case with different process steps. Some of these steps are to be executed by a key user, other by another key user. How can I assign the different tester inside the test package. I would like to show this information when the testers display the package. Any idea????

Hi Lelio,
Ok. So, you have already considered the Package creation at Transaction Code Level.
One suggestion is, to let the first tester finish his/her transaction, have a test step called 'Create a message', let him/her create a message alerting the next tester to commence the next step. All such messages are with respect to a given 'Test' within a Test package - at Test document/ Transaction level, so they'll have the right 'context' when someone opens the message.
I know this isn't a great solution, but using a standard functionality for a different use.

There is also a [SAP Tutor |https://websmp107.sap-ag.de/~sapidb/011000358700000183912008E.sim]file which explains how the new functionality works. It's great to see this - and I wish this was part of normal SolMan pack itself !
Of course, this would come at some extra cost. Perhaps, a case for you to consider at a later stage, or if your project/support organisation can spare that rightaway

    Take a look at [Note 761040|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/761040] to see if the solution offered by SAP for this situation will work in your case.  Here is an excerpt from the Note's solution section:
    First, check whether you have selected the correct development class for the table append structure and whether the transport routes are configured correctly in the Transport Management System.
    The table append structure must belong to a development class which is at least transported to all target systems to which the relevant table is transported.

  • AFAB DEPRECIATION ERROR (CO ACCOUNT ASSIGNMENT HAVE DIFFERENT PROFIT CENTERS)

    Hello Every One
    we had a user “ABC” who used to run this AFAB depreciation month end activity as a background job. and was working for her perfectly fine. But since she is no more with us. Now New users “123” and “546” when they run the same activity in the same manner it does not show a batch session created in SM35 list, because there are errors associated with the above 2 user names that I saw in the SM37 LOG which is the cause of making this activity to fail.
    for User 123 it cancelled the job and error shows "CO ACCOUNT ASSIGNMENT HAVE DIFFERENT PROFIT CENTERS"
    for user 345 it shows "Not all the documents in the last posting run were posted"
    I will appreciate every one help as it is very crucial and month end activity

    Execute Afab with Repeat option, test mode and error analysis ON
    It should tell which asset had problem. For the 1st error, your asset might have 2 co objects in it and both have different PC s.. See if it can be cchanged

  • Changing Package Assignment of Floorplan Manager Configuration

    Hi,
    we have been making some prototype for floorplan manager as a local object.
    We like to change the package assignment of all different parts of it (application, configuration, GUIBB configuration, ...), but we don't find how we can do this. For these objects this option is not available in SE80, nor do we find it in the web workbench.
    Can anyone tell us how we can do this? ... without copying all developments of course.

  • Changing package assigned to EEW Development

    Hello all. One of our developers has assigend an incorrect package when creating an extensing in the easy enhancement workbench.  We cannot re-assign the package to a "Z" one.  When we try to delete the extension in the EEW we get the error message "Edit objects separately since they belong to different original systems" with detailed text being "The objects R3TR TABU CRMC_MAPPING und R3TR DEVC CRM_ACTIVITY_H cannot be edited together because the 1st object's original is in this system, whereas the 2nd object's original resides in another system"
    It looks like this is caused by the transport Package assigned being an SAP one and not a Customer one.
    I've looked for all the objects listed in the task and It looks like all objects and table entries were successfully deleted.  I still cannot delete the overall enhancement.  Or re-assign the Project to the proper package.
    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    So created another project and in this while creating enhancement it is showing error "Project could not be read".
    Please suggest how you have solved the problem.

  • How can we assign a different scope of planning in MTO scenario?

    We are using MTO scenario. In this case, during sales order creation checking control AE is getting triggered. We want to use a different scenario during rescheduling transaction. But as per my analysis, V_V2 is also calling the same AE checking control eventhough we assigned a different checking control for Back order processing.
    In this case, can we assign a different checking control (scope of check) for back order processing?

    Let me explain my requirement here....
    This is a kind of trading or sub-contracting. Initially we will give the forecast to vendor...but Vendor will start the finished product production only after getting the confirmed order from us. Hence we thought to use strategy 50. So we will create a PO to Vendor only after getting a confirmed sales order from customer.
    But in strategy 50 ATP confirmation is based on PIR. Hence we created a new requirement class (copy of 45 with ATP active). So in this new strategy ATP is against actual receipts instead of PIRs.
    But sometimes Vendor may not be able to supply as per lead-time...and he may postpone the delivery date. In this case we are getting exception message 10 for the PO...even though PO is specific to a sales order. Still rescheduling job (V_V2) is not populating the new confirmation date as it is referring to the TRLT.
    Hence we want to use ATP based on TRLT during sales order creation. And during rescheduling we want to use a different scope of check ('without TRLT' and with 'No storage location check'). Hence we created a new checking rule for rescheduling and this we assigned for that specific plant.
    As per my observation, rescheduling job is not picking the scope of check that is assigned for rescheduling....it is calling the same checking rule AE during rescheduling also.
    So my question here is... can we call a different scope of check during rescheduling run while using make to order strategy?

    By "game center account", do you mean Apple ID?
    If so, you can change it.
    1. Tap settings and navigate to iTunes and App Stores
    2. Tap "Apple ID" and then tap "Sign Out"
    3. Log in with a different ID.

    User is creating item in ListA. In new form he needs to put Manager which is User Field column type. From people picker he is choosing login name Domain\jo (Two letters seems to be important here). User is resolved correctly to John Doe. Item is saved and
    added to list correctly. In list view John Doe is displayed in Manager column. In view item John Doe is in Manager field. In powershell Id;#John Doe is as a Manager field value. 
    Now the "funny" part:
    After item is added to ListA workflow is started automatically. Workflow is assigning new task to user from Manager (CurrentItem:Manager) field using Assign task action. Now the new task is assigned to different person i.e. John Dimagio with login name DOMAIN\jod
    ! When I am logging value to wf history of the CurrentItem:Manager field I am getting sth like i;123#DOMAIN\jod . So value is completely different and wrong. 
    Can someone explain why is this happening? 
    My guess is that using two letters login name can cause such case but why ?

  • Assigning a different mask for the same role

    Hi All,
      I have two users user1 and user2 are created in MDM and each assigned to the same role say role1.
    My requirement is user1 should get data of catagory 1 where as user2 should get all the main data in MDM.This catagory 1 is part of the main data.
    For this scenario i have created a mask say for example  catagory1_mask for catagory1 data and assigned this mask to the role role1 where user1 and user2 are being assigned to this role.
      And i have one more mask all_mask for user2 where i have assigned all the records of the main table to this mask. So when user2 logs into the MDM he would get all the data in MDM.
    If i assign this all_mask to the role1 user1 cal also access the whole data including user2. But as per the rqmt user1 should not access the whole data but have to access only catgory1 data.
    Can anybody advice me how can i assign a different masks to a one role when 2 users have been assigned the same role?

      I am getting one issue after creating duplicate role in portal.
    As u know i have created 2 duplicate roles for user1 and user2. Before creating the duplicate role i was able to see the user1 and user2 in the SRM MDM UI page of general tab.
       After creating the duplicate roles for these users am not getting the user1 and user2 in the User dropdown field of MDM UI screen...
    Is this bcoz of creating duplicate role?
    How can i get the user1 and user2 here?

    The device manager will do this use View setting resources by type and look at the interrupts.  A negative (or large hex value) is an MSI interrupt, a small integer value is a regular interrupt.  You say you have configured the interrupt for your
    device, for a plug and play driver the system should be giving you the interrupt. configuration in start device, is this what you mean, or are you just trying to connect to a specific interrupt?

    To run a package that runs logic on another application, you could copy a package such as "Default Formulas" and put the name of the target application in the new package's name.  Then go to Modify Package --> Advanced.  Edit the package to set the application as below.  The LegalApp (for example) is set on the third Task command.  Default logic is called on fifth.

    Why don't you post the message number which is showing at the time of PO creation.
    I don't think its possible within any standard settings.
    Because system checks the same path for "Define Attributes of System messages" during creation of PO and PR.
    If you have custom message, then you can do it through development for the custom message.
    If this is standard message, then you also have to go for development. By using any user exit or badi, system can triggered the message.
