The App Store telas me that Your purchase could not be completed, i have 25 dólares in créditos and it doesnt let me buy anything?
I was trying to buy an app in the App Store and it tells me that the purchase could not be completed, what can I do, I have credits in my account??

When my purchase points in one of the programs through the iPhone show me this message:- Your purchase could not be completed.. contact iTunes store support to complete this transaction??

Did you follow the instructions in the message and contact Apple, which you can do through iTunes Store Support. If Apple have asked you to contact them, then the issue can only be resolved by them. -

Do you have a valid credit card link to your Apple ID?
Some in-App purchases can only be bought using credit card.

When I attempt to purchase gems from Clash of Clans, I get a message that my purchase could not be completed. I have ample funds available for the purchase, and have tried changing my account and downloading app in the new account.

Is it telling you to contact iTunes Support? If so, that is what you will have to do.

Solution
1) Delete the file Macintosh HD/Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/NetworkInterfaces.plist
2) Restart OSX
3) Try logging into Mac App Store again.

Why after few in app purchases I get a message that "your purchase could not be completed" when I try to do more in app purchases?!?! It's annoying!!
Sometimes rapid purchases look suspicious if you have a credit card attached to your account. Store credit takes a minute to catch up depending if the balance is low on the account. May want to check balance or with credit card company.
