Hi all,
I created a free text SC and after approval by the manager, the SC was routed to the Sourcing cockpit as I had activated sourcing for the product category that was ordered.
Now in the SOCO, when I select my SC and click on the 'Next' button, I get an error : "The attributes of the user are inconsistent or not defined. See transaction PPOMA_BBP."
I have defined the following attributes for my purchaser
Acct assgnmnt Categry --- (Cost centre)
Acct system for vendor --- (ECC logical system)
Company code --- (XXX)
Cost centre --- (XXXXX)
Del address --- (XXXXX)
Doc type in R/3 --- (ECPO)
Local currency --- (EUR)
Mov type --- (201)
System Alias --- (ECC logical system)
System alias for accounting system --- (ECC logical system)
System alias for vendor --- (ECC logical system)
User role --- (employee/op purchaser/st purchaser)
Which other attribute do I need to define? Is there something that I have missed?
Strangely it works fine if I give my user SAP_ALL profile!!

I did regenerate the role and it is in green now. Still it does not work.
However I noticed that when I ran the attribute check for Purchaser's position, I got the following errors.
Application 'RFx': Assign purchaser PURCHASER1 to a purchasing organization
Message no. BBP_ATTR_CHECK151
Diagnosis
User PURCHASER1 has a purchaser's authorizations but is not assigned to any purchasing organization.
System Response
Purchaser PURCHASER1 (position S 50000015) cannot run the EBP applications RFx without encountering errors.
Procedure
Assign a purchasing organization to purchaser PURCHASER1 (position S 50000015). Select an organization unit above the purchaser and select the property 'purchasing organization' on the 'Function' tab.
I have already done the above, all org units have a function that links them to backend ECC. Why is it still prompting me with the same error?

Hi,
We are in SRM 7.0 have created new plant and some users assigned to this plant.
However when logged into portal page, it gives the error message ' Attributes of the user inconsistent or not defined' see PPOMA_BBP.
When checked in the org structure the data entered are correct.
What could be the reason for this error message.

Please check the following in the org structure in PPOMA_BBP for the users
1. Check whether the attribute for the ITS --URL is given.
2.Check the attribute for the company code is given.
3.Check whether the Roles for the users is given
in addition go to the check tab and check if any Red mark are there.
correct those attribute.
The error is basically related to the PPOMA_BBP only

All of the Users are missing in the File Sharing Prefs

I was trying to straighten out an issue I was having with accessing my wife's iMac. She has access to mine. So then I gave up and was trying to save a Word doc to an external drive and it wouldn't work. I checked Prefs and the Users are listed but when I go to File Sharing there aren't any of the Users listed.
Any ideas?

I will provide you the steps to resolve the issue for Mac operating system .
Please follow the below steps :
Close Creative Cloud Application (up right corner, click on the cog menu and then "Quit Creative Cloud").
From Finder, click Go > Go to Folder at top in Menu bar
Type ~/Library/Application support/Adobe and hit return.
Rename the folders 'AAMUpdater' and 'OOBE' to 'AAMUpdaterOLD' and 'OOBEOLD'.
From the Finder, click Go > Go to Folder.
Type /Library/Application support/Adobe and hit return.
Rename AAMupdater, folder to AAMupdaterOLD
Launch your Creative cloud desktop.
Introduce your CC credentials.
Select install/update applications.
Hopefully it will work for you. If it does, then you can remove the folders that you renamed as <something>OLD.
I assume that for Windows users, the steps are different , if you are using Windows OS, please follow the below steps :
Hold Windows + R key from your keyboard.
It will open into a run window.
In RUN application type: %localappdata%
Next, navigate: \Local\Adobe\OOBE
Rename OOBE as OOBE.old
Then, Navigate to C:Program files/Common files/Adobe(32 bit) or C:Program files(X86)/Common files/Adobe folder.
Rename AAMupdater folder and try signing to Creative Cloud desktop application.
If you face same issue again, please reply back .

Have you tried deleting the account and re-adding it on the phone?
What version of Exchange server are you running?

All the users are able to access all queries in all infoset's.

Hello All-
All the users are able to access all the queries in all the query areas and infoset irrespective of the user group setting. even though the users don't have access to a particular infoset they are able to access and execute the queries in them and also edit them.
Please advice if there is a setting that is set at the client level or any other setting. We are in ECC 5.0 recently upgraded from 4.6.

The role all these employees are having is a composite role which is having SQ01, SQVI as a single roles in it.
But if the users have the access to SQ01 then why are they able to edit or change any other queries which they don't have access as per the user group. What is the use for the user group?
Please advice with any thoughts!

What is the user area control type

I am able to find volumes of data on using buttons, text areas, check boxes, etc... But there seems to be no reference any where to the user area control type.

In the Case 2, scenario i.e. when some one modifies the file, it does show in the source control as pending changes. In case multiple user check out the file, then it show only one user.
Kindly try once again this is one of the basic and essential functionality of version control and TFS does support this.

We are fellow users here on these forums, we won't know if/when other payment cards might be added to the Indian iTunes store until if/when Apple announce something. Based on what some people have posted some Indian debit cards are still accepted e.g. Re: can i download from itunes using debit card in india ?.

How do I know if the apps are free or not if I already have them on my ipad?? I have an ipad and it was open by another person's Apple ID and all the applications too. Now I have change the Apple ID by my name and I wanted to update the apps and I can't remember if the apps were free or not, and I don't want to delete them without knowing if they are free.

When you buy an app the app is permanently allocated to the AppleID account you bought it through. You can then download that app on up to five devices, as many times as you want, without buying it again. So deleting an App is not a big problem, you just log into your account in iTunes again, find the app, and instead of showing you a 'BUY' button it shows you a 'DOWNLOAD' or 'INSTALL' button.
If you change the AppleID account you use in your iPad then Apple will think you sold the iPad to someone else, and all the apps with that name will stop working anyway.
But you can change the name and email address for an AppleID account, without moving to a new AppleID account, by following these instructions:

Some of the users Profile photo is not showing in sharepoint team sites

Some of the users Profile photo is not showing in the list of SharePoint team site.
In the people picker their picture is grayed out but if you click on their name it will direct you to their mysite and the picture is there.
Can some body help on this.

Try running:
stsadm -o sync -deleteolddatabases 0
Then, run the timer job named similar to "User Profile Service Application - User Profile to SharePoint Full Synchronization". Wait for it to complete, then re-check the profile photo on the SharePoint site.

I created a interna table IT_ITAB with OCCURS 0, But it's giving error as

Above syntax is not working...its giving error as "OCCURS 0 is not expected".

When I select a title or lower thirds and try to enter text by double clicking on it I cannot enter any text at all. Also the text area box does not show up at all where you can enter text also.

It's a bit hit and miss, Walter. Sometimes the box to enter text shows up straight away in the inspector under "text". Other times, although you click "text" in the inspector, there's nowhere to actually write anything.... then what you have to do is move the trackbar over the Title Box until you see the text boxes in the main Viewer. In the Viewer, double click a text box.... you can enter text there, but it's a bit flaky, but when you've clicked in it, you'll find that under "Text" in the inspector, the box for inputting text has magically appeared!
I'm not sure if anyone else has this trouble, but it is a bit of a pain!
