The code is wrong

I am using CS3 which has AS3 and i want my button to play a
movie clip at a specified coordinate when clicked on. the button is
called: doc_butt (thats the instance name) the movie clip is
called: docpatient (may need an instance name(someone told me it
needed to be in the display menu, but i don't know where that is))
and the code is as follows. Please tell me where i went
wrong.

When attempting to perform updates, it asks for credit card information. I give it all the information its ask but then it tells me that the security code is invalid. I have rechecked it and rentered it several times still it tells me the code is wrong

the error when i run the code is like that:

which means there is error in :
mgr.initialize(localAddr);
mgr.addTarget(destAddr);
But i don't know what's wrong with the code,

I do not find any problem using the same ports for local and destination address with several unicasts. My problems are others.
But note that the error is even at constructing the localAddress, I mean before trying the destinationAddress. Thus the reason cannot be the former is already in use. In fact I think the later belongs to a remote hosts. Likely, it is trying to access the destinationAddress through the localAddress, but this has not been constructed properly.

Yes, the store didn't properly activate the card. As for what's wrong with the code, it would be easier if you said: it doesn't show the date (it does this instead), it doesn't compile (I get this message) etc.

Is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorizations have the correct information on file.
