The Products are "Training Courses"

How to use BC E Commerce Products/Catalogs to sell Training Courses as the products.
Problem trying to configure the courses dates.
Need some kind of live calendar logic solution that shows if a particular course is FULL or available to purchase on a particular date.
And the calendar would need user access to edit.
Does BC have a calendar App or other possible calendar logic solution?

I just watched the kiyuco video on bookings - I understand the BC system and now see how to create bookings etc.
However, as your commented regarding layout deisgn, yes I've found layout presentation with BC layouts very difficult.
In this case the project is a school with about 30 classes students sign up for and pay and see the availability of seats etc. The client will need to easily go into BC admin and edit the class dates descriptions etc. as time evolves.
What do you reccoment I do Liam?

Process is Normal only. Go to MB1B. Use 344 Movement type. A Material document is created. A PCN is automatically created. Now convert the PCN to TO by LT04/LT06. Here you have to give your storage type as your production area.

Products are being deleted from manually created invoices upon saving.

What happens is I create a manual invoice and save it, but upon saving, some of the products are removed from the invoice.
Are you only allowed to list a certain product once on an invoice? It may be this that is causing it? However I wish to list products individually and not by using multiples of them. I have had this issue before with manual invoices changing upon saving.

Just received a license renewal even though the product is free?

We have just received the following email and I wonder why? The Adobe help desk can't help but as it states the license is about to run out I'm a little concerned even though the products are free. Any help on this will be much appreciated.

The distribution license isn't necessary if you're using those products for personal use. But, it is if you're distributing them for use beyond a personal installation (for example, if you're distributing via the intranet at your company).

Sort the products in transaction COMM_PCAT_ADM

We are using catalog views in transaction COMM_PCAT_ADM, but it's difficult
for user to tick/choose the product id, cause of such many of products and
not sorted.
Can someone tell me how to sort the product id in product catalog views ?
or is there any function to search product id ?

The products in VIEWS are displyed as per the products assigned in the Catalog Areas or Sub-catalog area.
The sequence in which the products are displayed is as per the products assigned in the Catalog Areas or Sub-catalog area.
1.Unfortunately as a STANDARD there is no provision to search the product/s in the VIEW section in comm_pcat_adm
2. Sorting is also not possible in the views section. You need to develop a custom program to fetch all the products in VIEWS to an excel file and after SORTING upload the same file.

Don't ever trust the Product in Thailand

I've purchased Nokia 2630 on 25 Feb 2008 and while I's using the phone taking photograph it turned off and cannot switch on again on 29 Feb 2008, just only 4 days after the purchased date.
I sent it to the Nokia Care Centre and I was surprised that the service centre cannot fix my phone, then it was sent to the service centre headquarter called M-Link on 2 Mar 2008.
So far I've never got any information about it, the status posted on the web board is Sending the phone to the service headquarter from 2 Mar until this moment (11 Mar) there's no any progressive information provide to me. I wonder whether the mechanics are not capable to do the service or the products are broken easily so that the mechanics cannot fix them in short term like any other brand in Thailand.
So shameful for the service of Nokia Thailand.

Service centers do take a month or more depending on the severity of the problem. The Job sheet would have mentioned the tentative date of return. You will have to wait till that date and then start pressurising them to expedite. Read the clauses behind the job sheet.
Again smaller service centres are usually understaffed.

Cifing the products

I have implemented the user exit APOCF005 for extending the products to regional locaton 'NA'. If i activate a model with materials not present in APO but are present in R/3 then will the user exit gets triggered after the products are extended to the locations defined in R/3 or will it get triggered before that.

What additional resources are required to do the TestStand training courses I and II?

I have the TestStand course manuals for courses I and II and am currently trying to refresh what I learned a couple of months ago when I took the courses. I'm at the point where almost every VI required comes up broken because additional libraries are required in LabVIEW. Why aren't the additional required libraries listed in the course documentation? What are the additional libraries and how do I get them?

If I had to guess I would say that you're missing the TS support API libraries for LabVIEW... Since those are the only 'special' libraries used by any of the examples in the TestStand 3.x or 4.x training manuals.
I'm going to assume that you have some recent version of LabVIEW (8.x?) and some recent version of TestStand (3.x) installed? Unless you took the NI training course more than a few years ago, in which case you might need earlier version of TS, LabVIEW version really shouldn't matter. Evaluation copies ought to be sufficient so I wouldn't blame those...
(If you don't have LabVIEW at all. Make sure you have the correct LabVIEW Run Time Engine version, as that's a pretty common source of TS errors... But without LabVIEW half of the exercises in the training manual are moot anyway...)
In your LabVIEW install path, (C:\ program files etc...\LabVIEW 8.x\) look for the folder path "vi.lib\addons\TestStand\", it ought to be full of a few *.llb files that TS would furnish to LabVIEW when the product is installed. Sometimes when you install things in an unexpected order, or if you have multiple LVs installed, these items don't get put where you expect.
If the folder is empty, copy what you need from... the TestStand install path (C:\ program files etc...\TestStand x.x\) folder "AdapterSupport\LabVIEW" and restart LV. This might get you up and running.
If the folder is not empty. Try running a MassCompile from your LabVIEW Tools ->Advanced menu, there might be a version incompatibility issue...
Feel free to send me an email if you're still stuck. But there aren't any external dependencies/hardware drivers needed for the TS training sequences...

Does anyone else think that the AppleMac group of products are marketed in a greedy way? I have MacBook Pro 10.5.8 and am now told that I have to upgrade to Snow Leopard to sync my new iPad. Of course there isn't enough memory on the MacBook? I'm angry!

Does anyone else think that the AppleMac group of products are marketed in a greedy way? I have MacBook Pro 10.5.8 with Leopard and am now told that I have to upgrade to Snow Leopard so that my system can download the relevant iTunes upgrade to sync my new iPad and get my audiobooks (which don't appear anywhere on the device right now). Of course there isn't enough memory on the MacBook and Snow Leopard costs more also? I don't have financial resources to pay for all the new memory requirement and related upgrades they say I need just to sync my iPad with my purchases.

Thanks for the reply but I already knew this. $20 for Snow Leopard which asks for 5gb free memory. I can only see that I have 4 gb (which I feel is rather a pathetic amount of available memory for any computer). To upgrade this computer's memory will cost another fee (I haven't researched this yet but gather it's more than $20). Then of course I could also be told that the OSX Mackbook Pro that I have can't be memory upgraded - which means I'm being told to buy a new computer - hence my very frustrated last email. I have been given a lovely iPad 2 as a present and now can't sync at all with anything because of this ongoing upgrade nightmare. How on earth am I going to be able to sync my movies, audiobooks etc to this new device??

I need the right plug in for my online tech training course--it requires Macropedia Flash Player 8 and Internet Exploder 8 (but worked with my Safari ver 5.06). I updated my iMac software and Acrobat application software and now it won't show the study material nor animations.... I have MacOSX ver 10.5.8, 2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo 1 GB 667 MHz and Acrobat X. How do I get back to what I had previously?!? PS: my Time Machine is not setup so that won't do the trick this time...

Some xwz Company has already Implemented EPM Suit 11.1.2.1 , HFM,HPM,Essbase modules.
They are having the Production and Test Enviroment of the Hyperion running smoothly.
Now we have been given the contract to do the training where client wants us to take the clone of the
Existing EPM Suit ( Hyperion HFM, HPM , Essbase) and give us the training.
I would like to know whether is there any process where we can do the Clonning of the Oracle EPM Suit
11.1.2.1 from production to Test Server. ?
Currently they are Using
Windows Server 2008 R2 - HFM HPM Essbase
Windows Server 2003 - FDQM
SUN SPARC 64 bit for the Oraacle Database.
